Citova zotin Rakipi q\u00eb e krahasonte gar\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtuar Tiran\u00ebn me betej\u00ebn e Stalingradit. Duket se ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb parashikim i sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi m\u00eb imediat \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk pati nj\u00eb fitues t\u00eb qart\u00eb m\u00eb 8 maj. Socialist\u00ebt mor\u00ebn shumic\u00ebn e qyteteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por Tirana \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje.<\/p>\n<p>Kaq i thell\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb niveli i mosbesimit sa num\u00ebrimi i votave u transmetua n\u00eb televizione. N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb votuan 249,184 njer\u00ebz; zoti Rama, q\u00eb po garonte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt, fitoi me vet\u00ebm dhjet\u00eb vota.<\/p>\n<p>Dje, Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve tha se do ket\u00eb nj\u00eb rinum\u00ebrim. Kjo ka rritur shanset q\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Basha, kandidatit i partis\u00eb qeveris\u00ebse t\u00eb zotit Berisha, t\u00eb marr\u00eb Tiran\u00ebn. Socialist\u00ebt pretendojn\u00eb se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hile dinake p\u00ebr tu mohuar atyre fitoren.<\/p>\n<p>Konfuzioni u rrit p\u00ebr shkak se n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb kishte kat\u00ebr kuti votimi, q\u00eb mbulonin vot\u00ebn p\u00ebr kryebashkiak dhe at\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt bashkiak\u00eb. Disa flet\u00eb votimi pashmangshm\u00ebrisht gjet\u00ebn rrug\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e gabuara.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja n\u00ebse ato duhen konsideruar t\u00eb pavlefshme \u00ebsht\u00eb e paqart\u00eb; nga t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt ka argumente t\u00eb forta. \u201cAskush nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb mohoj\u00eb vullnetin e qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb ushtruan t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar,\u201d thot\u00eb zoti Basha. Duket nj\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje e arsyeshme. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, kodi zgjedhor dhe precedenti \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb: votat nuk duhen num\u00ebruar.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria ka qen\u00eb e paralizuar q\u00eb pas zgjedhjeve parlamentare t\u00eb vitit 2009, t\u00eb cila socialist\u00ebt thon\u00eb se jan\u00eb vjedhur nga zoti Berisha. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi q\u00eb zhvillimet e fundit kan\u00eb provokuar furtun\u00eb mes radh\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. Zoti Rama thot\u00eb: \u201cNe duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka me trupat e shpirtrat tan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar qeverin\u00eb, dhe revolta q\u00eb po zien brenda \u00e7do shqiptari duhet derdhur n\u00eb rrug\u00eb\u201d. Gramoz Ru\u00e7i, nj\u00eb zyrtar i lart\u00eb i k\u00ebsaj partie, tha se socialist\u00ebt do t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqin nj\u00eb \u2018revolt\u00eb popullore\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>E pyeta Erion Veliajn, krahun e djatht\u00eb t\u00eb zotit Rama, n\u00ebse thirrja p\u00ebr protesta mund t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb rrezik i madh. Nj\u00eb demonstrat\u00eb e udh\u00ebhequr nga socialist\u00ebt devijoi gabimisht kur kat\u00ebr persona u vran\u00eb nga garda republikane brenda nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb. Zoti Veliaj u p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cPasi manipuloi letrat live n\u00eb televizion, Berisha tani do na heq\u00eb titullin dhe do deklaroj\u00eb njeriun e tij si fitues n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur Edin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb. M\u00eb thuaj ti se \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Presion i madh po ushtrohet mbi t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt nga jasht\u00eb. Catherine Ashton, shefja e politikave t\u00eb jashtme t\u00eb BE, apeloi dje p\u00ebr \u201cgjith\u00eb lider\u00ebt politik\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos vendosin n\u00eb rrezik jet\u00ebt e qytetar\u00ebve\u201d.
