I lodhur si\u00e7 isha t\u00eb diel\u00ebn e shkuar nga num\u00ebrimi pa fund i votave, i sigurt edhe q\u00eb asgj\u00eb nuk mund ta l\u00ebvizte m\u00eb fitoren e kandidatit Basha, rash\u00eb p\u00ebr pak siesta mbas dreke te sht\u00ebpia e sime motre aty nga ora 15. Mir\u00ebpo sa vura kok\u00ebn n\u00eb jast\u00ebk, shp\u00ebrtheu nj\u00eb batare fishekzjarresh q\u00eb u ndoq nga nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Pas pak u d\u00ebgjuan n\u00eb larg\u00ebsi disa bori makinash. Aha, thash\u00eb me vete, paska fituar p\u00ebrfundimisht Basha.<\/p>\n

Madje jemi m\u00ebsuar edhe me nj\u00eb turrje si kjo e s\u00eb diel\u00ebs q\u00eb nis me t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr t’u kthyer n\u00eb fest\u00eb rrug\u00ebsh por pastaj zbrapset e zhduket kur merret vesh rezultati p\u00ebrfundimtar, si t\u00eb thuash me bisht n\u00ebp\u00ebr shal\u00eb.<\/p>\n

E kund\u00ebrta nuk ndodh, ose ndoshta ndodh rrall\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb qytet t\u00eb provinc\u00ebs. Pasuesit dhe votuesit e PS nuk dalin me flamuj t\u00eb kuq n\u00ebp\u00ebr bulevard me rratatat\u00eb e borive dhe fishekzjarr\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb festuar nj\u00eb fitore mbi Berish\u00ebn, edhe pse dufin mund ta ken\u00eb t\u00eb madh. Sado q\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb t\u00eb tranzicionit e majta ka fituar m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr zgjedhje e referendume. Ndoshta t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e kemi vrar\u00eb mendjen, p\u00ebrse ndodh ky fenomen te pasuesit e krahut t\u00eb ashtuquajtur \u201et\u00eb djatht\u00eb” dhe nuk ndodh te t\u00eb majt\u00ebt, por rrall\u00eb e kemi diskutuar n\u00eb publik.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vetvete \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb festim i paleze\u00e7\u00ebm, bile \u00ebsht\u00eb i sh\u00ebmtuar. Flamujt komb\u00ebtar\u00eb pas atyre t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb i japin edhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr sh\u00ebmtim, gjoja sikur ne jemi p\u00ebr kombin, ju jo. Ngjan me nj\u00eb brit\u00ebm mllefi dhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsie mbi kund\u00ebrshtarin e \u201ekuq” t\u00eb shtrir\u00eb p\u00ebrtok\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb nj\u00eb votimi, normalisht nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb fituar e t\u00eb humbur, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur nj\u00eb kryeadministrator, i cili do t\u00eb vendos\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra q\u00eb u p\u00ebrkasin t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse e ke zgjedhur ti nj\u00eb kryetar bashkie a nj\u00eb kryetar qeverie, s’mund t\u00eb g\u00ebzohesh p\u00ebr m\u00ebrzitjen nj\u00eb numri t\u00eb madh njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb kan\u00eb patur arsye t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e zgjedhur at\u00eb, por q\u00eb qysh nes\u00ebr e tutje do ta pranojn\u00eb si kryetarin e tyre t\u00eb ri dhe do ta rregullojn\u00eb jetes\u00ebn n\u00ebn t\u00eb e bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Festime t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb qytetet europiane i sheh vet\u00ebm pas nj\u00eb ndeshjeje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme futbolli a pas fitimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb kampionati. Aty po, mund t’ia valavit\u00ebsh para turinjve flamurin t\u00ebnd tifoz\u00ebve kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb, pasi nuk je n\u00eb politik\u00eb dmth. n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme, je n\u00eb sport, nj\u00eb aktivitet i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb s’ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me buk\u00ebn e me ujin, me taksat dhe me energjin\u00eb, me ligjin dhe lirin\u00eb e fjal\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Qysh n\u00eb krye t\u00eb her\u00ebs, Berisha i pa fitoret e partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij si fitore mbi nj\u00eb gj\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb ishte komunizmi, e n\u00ebnkuptuar, mbi nj\u00eb mas\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb ishin komunist\u00ebt ose familjet e tyre, bllokmen\u00ebt dhe gjith\u00eb pinjojt\u00eb e tjer\u00eb – n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e tij. Pasi ai n\u00eb retorik\u00ebn e tij asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk i ndau njer\u00ebzit nga ideologjia: sa her\u00eb ia ka lypur lufta politike ose interesat, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebsh i ka luftuar cok si pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb familjesh komuniste.<\/p>\n

Si populist i talentuar q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb, sidomos p\u00ebr koka t\u00eb k\u00ebtushme, ai disi ia arriti q\u00eb fitoret e partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij n\u00ebp\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb ndiheshin si fitore t\u00eb nj\u00eb mase t\u00eb caktuar njer\u00ebzish mbi nj\u00eb mas\u00eb tjet\u00ebr njer\u00ebzish, po shqiptar\u00eb. N\u00eb thelb ideologjia e tij ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb ideologji p\u00ebr\u00e7arjeje, ai shpesh ka p\u00ebrdorur edhe retorik\u00ebn Veri-Jug p\u00ebr t\u00eb mobilizuar p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e vet (bie fjala kur ishte n\u00eb opozit\u00eb, q\u00eb u thoshte shkodran\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur se Nano diskriminon Veriun), nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsi q\u00eb u mish\u00ebrua m\u00eb keq se asnj\u00ebher\u00eb kur nisi n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 1997 forcat e tij t\u00eb armatosura kund\u00ebr Jugut n\u00eb revolt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Retorika e tij e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes dhe urrejtjes shpjegon n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe urrejtjen q\u00eb g\u00ebzon te nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh qytetar\u00ebsh shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk e votojn\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb: T\u00eb lodhur nga nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb ndarjeje klasore n\u00eb gati 50 vjet, shqiptar\u00ebt nuk duan t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb m\u00eb q\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsit e familjeve jokomuniste qenk\u00ebshin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb se ata t\u00eb familjeve komuniste, q\u00eb jugor\u00ebt qenkan m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb se verior\u00ebt ose anasjelltas etj. etj.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo Berisha s’b\u00ebn dot pa k\u00ebto kampe, ndaj kal\u00ebron mbi… V\u00ebrtet mbi k\u00eb kal\u00ebron?
\nDjemt\u00eb e rinj q\u00eb dalin me makina dhe tam-tame, ata q\u00eb s’l\u00ebn\u00eb miting t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb pa brohoritur, da\u00e7 p\u00ebr heqje vizash da\u00e7 p\u00ebr both\u00ebt e \u00c7iljet\u00ebs, jan\u00eb kontigjente t\u00eb papun\u00ebsh, me sa duket nga familjet e ngulura n\u00eb periferit\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs. E shumta pun\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb ata, jan\u00eb pun\u00ebsime sezonale n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim ose si kamerier\u00eb n\u00eb kafene, se gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ky kryeqytet nuk ofron, as industri p\u00ebrpunuese, as bujq\u00ebsi t\u00eb zhvilluar si\u00e7 kishte dikur, bash n\u00eb ato toka q\u00eb i zun\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurit.<\/p>\n

Edhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb atu i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn; ai jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb lejoi dhe nxiti ardhjen e familjeve t\u00eb varfra t\u00eb provinc\u00ebs n\u00eb toka q\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrkujt, por nxiti edhe legalizimin e shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimeve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb shpejta. U dha me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb kontigjenteve t\u00eb tij politike bujarisht di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk i p\u00ebrkiste. Sepse q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunonte ndonj\u00eb strategji p\u00ebr zhvillimin e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, industrive t\u00eb lehta ose turizmit, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb i mungonte \u00e7do aft\u00ebsi – sikurse edhe parardh\u00ebsve t\u00eb vet socialist\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n

Ja pra pse kontigjentet jan\u00eb aty dhe ato jan\u00eb me zem\u00ebr p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn. Do t\u00eb jen\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00ebfar\u00eb kohe, sepse kush s’ta di p\u00ebr nder t’i jap\u00ebsh tok\u00eb falas? Mir\u00ebpo tokat tani p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht sikur u zun\u00eb dhe zor se gjen m\u00eb pa pronar. Nuk di \u00e7’mund t\u00eb gjej\u00eb Berisha dhe administrata e tij p\u00ebr masat e t\u00eb papun\u00ebve q\u00eb rrethojn\u00eb qytetet tona t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, shenj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb nuk ka.<\/p>\n

Duket se makinat e shpejta me bori dhe flamur\u00eb po i p\u00ebrkasin gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs. Jo vet\u00ebm pse ato jan\u00eb shenj\u00eb vulgare e nj\u00eb dasie q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb s’e pranon, por edhe pse mendja q\u00eb i ka derdhur rregullisht n\u00eb bulevardet tona nuk ka m\u00eb \u00e7’pasuri e \u00e7’frym\u00ebzim t’u jap\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
