P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb paqart\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shifrave n\u00eb momentet e para dhe natyrisht inteligjenc\u00ebs s\u00eb mang\u00ebt t\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Vokshi, demokrat\u00ebt festuan p\u00ebr rreth dy or\u00eb fitoren e Bash\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs dhe gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Kryeministri Berisha doli i qart\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr shifrat dhe hodhi dyshime p\u00ebr gabimet njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb mundshme t\u00eb b\u00ebra gjat\u00eb mbledhjes matematikore. Pas kat\u00ebr- pes\u00eb or\u00ebsh gjith\u00e7ka u b\u00eb e qart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>As gabime njer\u00ebzore nuk kishte n\u00eb llogaritje dhe as shans p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar Lul\u00ebzim Basha. At\u00ebher\u00eb u bllokua KQZ dhe tabela e fundit e rezultateve nuk u azhornua deri n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente. Rezultati paraprak, i cili q\u00ebndron n\u00eb themel t\u00eb integritetit t\u00eb procesit nuk u shpall kurr\u00eb. Pas tri dit\u00ebsh Berisha arriti t\u00eb seleksionoj\u00eb disa kuti, t\u00eb fus\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb prej tyre flet\u00eb votimi dhe t\u00eb filloj\u00eb para syve t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve nj\u00eb shfaqje t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb masakrimit t\u00eb vot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Tani procesi ka degraduar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht dhe as q\u00eb ja vlen ta ndjek\u00ebsh m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shfaqje t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar. Lul\u00ebzim Basha do t\u00eb shpallet kryetar i Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs me 4 vota pro dhe 3 kund\u00ebr, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb kryetar paralel bashkie n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb me zotin Rama. Pra, do t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb kushtet e d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb procesit, i cili nuk do t\u00eb prodhoj dot nj\u00eb kryetar bashkie legjitim. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte ne gjendemi para faktit q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend pushteti nuk nd\u00ebrrohet me vota, sa koh\u00eb procesin e zgjedhjeve e mbik\u00ebqyr Sali Berisha. Edhe pse ka pasur nj\u00eb presion t\u00eb fort nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb koshient se Shqip\u00ebria do b\u00ebj\u00eb hapa mbrapa me k\u00ebt\u00eb rr\u00ebnim t\u00eb procesit zgjedhor q\u00eb ai b\u00ebri, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i vendosur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tij. Arsyetimi popullor shqiptar se t\u00eb marrit i hapet rruga, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk vlen.<\/p>\n<p>Propozimi i djesh\u00ebm i opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr revolta popullore deri n\u00eb rr\u00ebzimin e qeveris\u00eb, edhe pse ka nj\u00eb kosto t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin, mbetet nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb shpres\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur rregullat e loj\u00ebs, se sa t\u00ebrheqja zvarr\u00eb pas institucioneve t\u00eb kapura t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Por revolta popullore nuk duhet p\u00ebrkthyer doemos n\u00eb eg\u00ebrsi, dhun\u00eb dhe rr\u00ebnim institucionesh. Ajo pik\u00ebs\u00ebpari duhet kuptuar si fuqi e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb zem\u00ebruar q\u00eb nuk pranojn\u00eb posht\u00ebrimin politik n\u00eb vitin 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur personalisht me  procesin e rr\u00ebnimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, pasi objektivi i tij kryesor n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zgjedhje ishte goditja ndaj liderit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar politikisht opozit\u00ebn. Ai p\u00ebrqendroi gjith\u00eb makinerin\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, q\u00eb ka prodhuar nj\u00eb trup\u00eb votuese artificiale p\u00ebr Bash\u00ebn, duke i shkuar shum\u00eb af\u00ebr rezultatit, dhe fal\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb madhe elektorale q\u00eb kishte zoti Rama, nuk ja ka kaluar.<\/p>\n<p>Duke mos rr\u00ebnuar dot liderin e opozit\u00ebs dhe duke p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb humbje katastrofike n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Berisha ka dal\u00eb i mundur keqazi nga kjo betej\u00eb, pasi as opozit\u00ebn s\u2019e ka mposhtur dot, as liderin e opozit\u00ebs nuk e ka mundur dhe as zgjedhjet nuk i ka certifikuar dot si t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte ai nuk ka \u00e7far\u00eb humbet m\u00eb, dhe as q\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrmend ta l\u00ebshoj\u00eb Tiran\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb them sa e gjer\u00eb dhe e thell\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb revolta popullore e opozit\u00ebs, por di t\u00eb them se Shqip\u00ebria s\u2019mund t\u00eb gjej\u00eb qet\u00ebsi m\u00eb n\u00ebn qeverisjen e nj\u00eb njeriu, partia e t\u00eb cilit tani ka mandat t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb vet\u00ebm 600 mij\u00eb nga 3 milion\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Protestat dhe bllokimi institucional duhet t\u00eb detyrojn\u00eb Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb shkohet drejt zgjedhjeve t\u00eb parakohshme, pa at\u00eb si kryeminist\u00ebr. E th\u00ebn\u00eb sot kur ende nuk ka mbaruar nj\u00eb proces i rr\u00ebnuar zgjedhor, kjo duket si teprim, por tensioni \u00ebsht\u00eb aq i lart\u00eb dhe gjendja aq af\u00ebr shp\u00ebrthimit, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb shfryhet p\u00ebrmes gjesteve politike se sa n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe ndaj institucioneve t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha e di mir\u00eb, sidomos nga viti 1997, se at\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb 1 Mars i dukej shum\u00eb dhe nuk e jepte p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn, m\u00eb 4 mars i dukej pak dhe nuk ja pranonin. Por, n\u00ebse at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kishte \u00e7far\u00eb humbiste ve\u00e7 pushtetit, tani duhet t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb mir\u00eb se p\u00ebrve\u00e7 pasurive dhe standardit t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb tij, Shqip\u00ebria humbet shum\u00eb nga nj\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje e re e madhe vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vesit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar \u00e7do zgjedhje q\u00eb nuk e nxjerrin fitues. Un\u00eb shpresoj q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb din\u00eb t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb qet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe ta ndalin k\u00ebt\u00eb njeri duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pafuqish\u00ebm t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb d\u00ebm p\u00ebrs\u00ebri vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00ebse ai ja del t\u2019i t\u00ebrheq\u00eb ata n\u00eb konflikt, si\u00e7 ka provuar m\u00eb par\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi gati p\u00ebr nj\u00eb betej\u00eb finale, e cila duhet t\u00eb lart\u00ebsoj\u00eb dinjitetin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si nj\u00eb betej\u00eb demokratike dhe jo si nj\u00eb kacafytje primitive. Askush nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i tep\u00ebrt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb lig\u00ebsive t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, por askush nuk e ka jet\u00ebn tep\u00ebr ta shpenzoj\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00ebn regjimin e Sali Berish\u00ebs.
