Askush nuk pret nj\u00eb ngritje t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb vit. Ajo q\u00eb nuk falet \u00ebsht\u00eb paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur lart optimizmin dhe shpres\u00ebn e popullit. Ata humb\u00ebn vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb: kur vdes besimi te shteti dhe e ardhmja.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb po vdesin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ikur nga Kosova mbeten n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e atyre q\u00eb po qeverisin, duke lejuar korrupsionin dhe kontraband\u00ebn. Jan\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb merak marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet shqiptaro-serbe sesa ato t\u00eb krimit t\u00eb armatosur e q\u00eb harrojn\u00eb se nj\u00eb rini e papun\u00eb e pa perspektiv\u00eb ekonomike nuk mbahet me polic\u00eb e me specialist\u00eb.<br \/>\nPor, k\u00ebto vdekje jan\u00eb edhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Vet\u00ebm politika nuk do ta ndryshoj\u00eb shtetin e ri. Mbar\u00eb shoq\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb punoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ringritur ekonomin\u00eb e p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur krimin.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto vdekje jan\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb biznes n\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb dhe nuk i paguajn\u00eb taksat shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb vjedh\u00ebs t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb popullit, aspak m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb se serb\u00ebt q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb bllokad\u00ebn ekonomike). K\u00ebto vdekje jan\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb doganat dhe administrat\u00ebn e re t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb mbyllin nj\u00ebrin sy n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb ryshfetit dhe l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb mallrat e padoganuara e kriminel\u00ebt e biznesit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjendjen e mjeruar q\u00eb ndodhet nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb t\u00eb mblidhen taksa e tatime t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb mbrojtje sociale p\u00ebr k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz. Q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mos ikin, si dikur n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Milloshevi\u00e7it, drejt nj\u00eb vendi tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fat m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm nga fati i shtetit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto vdekje jan\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e qeveritar\u00ebve dhe ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb lejuar e lejojn\u00eb shitjen e pasurive t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb procedura naive apo mashtruese t\u00eb privatizimit q\u00eb pranojn\u00eb \u00e7mime shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta se vlera e tyre reale n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb korruptimit personal. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb vjedhje n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e pjes\u00eb e fatur\u00ebs q\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u00eb detyrohen ta paguajn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto vdekje jan\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e politikan\u00ebve, q\u00eb parat\u00eb e buxhetit i kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruar sipas interesave t\u00eb tyre dhe njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb af\u00ebrt.<br \/>\nE p\u00ebr m\u00eb tej, k\u00ebto vdekje jan\u00eb edhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e atyre mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebzve, q\u00eb ndon\u00ebse nuk kan\u00eb pasur gisht n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nga veprimet e lartp\u00ebrmendura i kan\u00eb par\u00eb ato t\u00eb ndodhin e t\u00eb kryen nga njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb af\u00ebrt dhe kan\u00eb heshtur, kan\u00eb aprovuar e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrthort\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb po pasurohen n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb popullit, apo ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mir\u00eb financiare nga t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, ndoshta mendojn\u00eb se jeta e tyre nuk rrezikohet nga fati i nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Ndoshta mendojn\u00eb se Lumi Tisa \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb larg oazit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb bukur e t\u00eb lumtur. E pra, ata rrezikojn\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjim t\u00eb friksh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk duhet harruar se mungesa e perspektiv\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb krijon shtres\u00ebn rinore, t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur q\u00eb mund t\u00eb transformohet kulturalisht n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra q\u00eb variojn\u00eb nga terrorizmi e deri anarkizimi majtist. Shenja t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dukurive q\u00eb jan\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb tani n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb shprehje politike thot\u00eb se &#8220;n\u00ebse nuk shkon ti te lagjia e keqe, lagjia e keqe do t\u00eb vij\u00eb te ti&#8221;.
