Grat\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konvencionale nga burrat si emocionale, mend\u00ebrisht dhe moralisht t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, t\u00eb nxitura seksualisht dhe deri n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e fundit ato kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuara nga pozitat e pushtetit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 disa grave aristokratike, pak mbret\u00ebreshave, dhe sot ato v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se kan\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb vendimmarrje politike apo publike.<\/p>\n<p>Feminizmi \u201cRadikal\u201d mendon se kuptimi i t\u00eb qenit grua \u00ebsht\u00eb e modeluar dhe e shtremb\u00ebruar nga burrat. \u201cRadikal\u00ebt\u201d mendojn\u00eb se ndryshimi i ligjeve nuk do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb mendimet e rr\u00ebnjosura tek burrat dhe jan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptimi krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb ri, t\u00eb asaj \u00e7\u2019ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb jesh grua.<\/p>\n<p>Feminizmi p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb barabarta k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e grave n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ndryshimit t\u00eb ligjeve, pasi grat\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shtypura prej ligjeve q\u00eb i kan\u00eb prodhuar kryesisht burrat, dhe duke ndryshuar ligjet, (p.sh duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb grave t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs, pron\u00ebsis\u00eb pas martes\u00ebs, t\u00eb divorcit, kandidimit p\u00ebr pushtete qendrore apo lokale), sigurisht q\u00eb sjell ndryshimin e pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb gruas n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Pushtetet gjinore dhe konkurrenca; \u201cAjo, (femra) \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7ka mashkulli dekreton\u2026 ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar dhe diferencuar duke iu referuar mashkullit dhe jo mashkulli duke iu referuar femr\u00ebs; ai \u00ebsht\u00eb subjekti, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb absoluti \u2013 ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb tjetri\u201d; Simone De Beauvoir<\/p>\n<p>Pushteti padyshim shfaqet edhe n\u00eb shkencat liberale politike t\u00eb cilat ballafaqojn\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht vetveten me argumentin, veprimet e q\u00ebllimta apo p\u00eblqimin. Q\u00eb nga koh\u00ebt e hershme, shkrimtar\u00ebt apo aktivist\u00ebt liberal\u00eb synonin q\u00eb ta kufizonin fuqin\u00eb. Ato filluan me sfidimin e mbret\u00ebrve. Synimi ishte t\u00eb vendosnin limite kudo (ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht) edhe te vendimet kolektive t\u00eb \u201cpopullit\u201d. Ato binin dakord n\u00eb faktin se m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur limite ishte t\u00eb ndaje dhe shp\u00ebrndaje aft\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar pushtetin. N\u00eb fakt, shp\u00ebrndarja p\u00ebrfundimtare e pushtetit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kurr\u00eb. Pabarazia sociale dhe ekonomike p\u00ebrzihet me principet demokratike dhe shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb pakica q\u00eb sundon prapa fasad\u00ebs s\u00eb demokracis\u00eb. Shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt politik\u00eb liberal\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi p\u00ebrgjigjen duke debatuar se megjith\u00ebse pushteti shp\u00ebrndahet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pabarabart\u00eb, ai gjithsesi shp\u00ebrndahet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Pavar\u00ebsisht faktit q\u00eb ka hierarki sociale dhe ekonomike, demokracit\u00eb liberale jan\u00eb regjime t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera. Disa mendime merren nga nj\u00eb person, disa t\u00eb tjera nga pak persona, por shumica e tyre merren nga shum\u00eb persona &#8211; ose s\u00eb paku n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb atill\u00eb q\u00eb e merr parasysh edhe pik\u00ebpamjen e shumic\u00ebs. Efektet e kombinuara t\u00eb p\u00ebrpilimeve kushtetuese dhe t\u00eb politikave demokratike kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me v\u00ebnien n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb interesit p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket ushtrimit t\u00eb pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb raportet e ndarjes s\u00eb pushteteve sipas raporteve gjinore, ligji i diskriminon grat\u00eb, pasi ka vendosur kufirin 30% p\u00ebr qind p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb Parlament, kur n\u00eb fakt duhet t\u00eb ishte as m\u00eb shum\u00eb e as m\u00eb pak, por 50 p\u00ebr qind me 50 p\u00ebr qind. Por edhe kur \u00ebsht\u00eb ligji, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri m\u00ebnyra si implementohet shkon m\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb meshkujve fakti q\u00eb n\u00eb funksione t\u00eb larta shtet\u00ebrore publike ka m\u00eb tep\u00ebr meshkuj. Si nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb edhe ndaj ligjit q\u00eb i jep t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn grave deri vet\u00ebm n\u00eb 30% p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Parlamentin shqiptar, edhe ndaj mos p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb fem\u00ebr n\u00eb kandidim as n\u00eb raportet q\u00eb parashikon ligji n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje, mbetet p\u00ebr t\u2019u vler\u00ebsuar kap\u00ebrcimi ndaj k\u00ebtyre barrierave gjinore q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e qyteteve t\u00eb vogla, Burrel, Konispol, Patos, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt votuan kandidate femra, duke treguar k\u00ebshtu emancipim n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb larta dhe civilizim. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb vot\u00eb k\u00ebta qytetar\u00eb i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sfid\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb kultur\u00ebs patriarkale, politik\u00ebs shqiptare, politikave mediatike me gjith\u00eb panelet e tyre mashkullore n\u00ebp\u00ebr ekrane etj.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBravo Burreli, Konispoli, Patosi! Duke votuar Adelina Farricin n\u00eb Burrel, Mimoza Arapin n\u00eb Konispol, Rajmonda Balilaj n\u00eb Patos, secili votues;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022    Besoi dhe votoi vlerat individuale t\u00eb kandidates duke injoruar stereotipizimet gjinore t\u00eb krijuara n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. M\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se nj\u00eb grua kandidate nuk fitoi si privilegj apo duke ia dhuruar pushtetin meq\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fem\u00ebr, pasi nuk duhet t\u00eb kalohet n\u00eb raporte diskriminuese me gjinin\u00eb mashkullore, por fitoi n\u00eb kushte konkurrence p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mir\u00ebb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb politikave t\u00eb saj. E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb qyteti i Burrelit, Konispolit, Poli\u00e7anit duket se i kan\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer me koh\u00eb barrierat gjinore, duke mos e l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb femr\u00ebn n\u00eb statusin si grup i stigmatizuar, por duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi dhe shanse t\u00eb barabarta me meshkujt p\u00ebr t\u2019ia njohur aft\u00ebsit\u00eb administrative p\u00ebrmes konkurrenc\u00ebs me burrat. Fitorja e kandidateve femra nuk erdhi me nj\u00eb dit\u00eb investim por me koh\u00eb investim, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb merit\u00eb e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Burrelit, Konispolit, Patosit si dhe e strukturave t\u00eb PS q\u00eb me koh\u00eb i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb shansin k\u00ebtyre grave p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebrmes angazhimeve n\u00eb qytet dhe n\u00eb struktura. Dh\u00ebnia e shansit grave p\u00ebr t\u00eb shfaqur dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019ju njohur vlerat e tyre individuale, publike, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme pasi aty dhe fillon zanafilla e t\u00eb promovuarit pozitivisht, dhe p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb edhe korrja e fitores. Problemi pik\u00ebrisht fillon tek zanafilla, dh\u00ebnia apo mosdh\u00ebnia e shansit femrave p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur potencialet e tyre, pasi femr\u00ebs zor se ia japin k\u00ebt\u00eb shans apo mund\u00ebsi shfaqjeje potencialesh intelektuale, menaxheriale administrative etj., sepse shoq\u00ebria mashkullore v\u00eb alarmin kur nj\u00eb fem\u00ebr k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb promovohet dhe p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb bota mashkullore fillon luft\u00ebn e pushteteve gjinore. Kryetar\u00ebt e partive duhet ta kuptojn\u00eb tashm\u00eb q\u00eb dh\u00ebnia e shanseve duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb raporte t\u00eb barabarta mes gjinive fem\u00ebrore dhe mashkullore 50% me 50%, dhe as m\u00eb pak e as m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Po ashtu kryetar\u00ebt e partive duhet t\u00eb binden se si\u00e7 ka r\u00ebn\u00eb miti i bastioneve, ashtu edhe miti i maskulizmit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnie dhe se populli shqiptar tashm\u00eb po voton gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr bazuar mbi vlerat e individit qoft\u00eb fem\u00ebr apo mashkull. K\u00ebt\u00eb e tregoi edhe fakti q\u00eb n\u00eb disa zona kishte marr\u00eb vota kandidati, por jo aq partia q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte, ose anasjelltas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022    I tregoi politik\u00ebs q\u00eb ndoshta shoq\u00ebria shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb lodhur nga britma mashkullore me z\u00ebra t\u00eb trash\u00eb, nga burrat q\u00eb ulen me or\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra e b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u201cpazare\u201d n\u00ebp\u00ebr kafenera me got\u00ebn e rakis\u00eb apo t\u00eb pijes p\u00ebrpara. I tregoi politik\u00ebs se nj\u00eb fem\u00ebr mund ta fitoj\u00eb gar\u00ebn edhe pa qen\u00eb nevoja t\u00eb ulet me or\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra n\u00ebp\u00ebr kafenera, t\u00eb pij\u00eb me burrat dhe t\u00eb intrigoj\u00eb pasi angazhimet n\u00eb karrier\u00eb dhe familje ia kufizojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi, (pozitive apo negative).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022    I tregoi politik\u00ebs q\u00eb fuqia mendore te femra nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nivele m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta se sa te meshkujt, por \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebria q\u00eb e ka etiketuar gruan si m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, si m\u00eb emocionale q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrballon dot sfida, si m\u00eb irracionale. Kur ne lindim, n\u00eb fakt lindim si mashkull dhe fem\u00ebr dhe jo si burr\u00eb dhe grua. Kulturat kan\u00eb edukuar sjellje, atashuar atribute dhe role ndar\u00ebse si grua apo si burr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe n\u00eb fakt shoq\u00ebria gabon kur shprehet se nj\u00eb fem\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb si fem\u00ebr, ose se duhet t\u00eb votohet si fem\u00ebr, se gjynah se \u00ebsht\u00eb fem\u00ebr, se nuk duhet kund\u00ebrshtuar apo kritikuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb fem\u00ebr n\u00ebse nuk e b\u00ebn detyr\u00ebn e saj n\u00eb nj\u00eb funksion apo post publik, sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet feministe. Ato nuk k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb qenit fem\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb privilegje p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb. Jo, aspak. Ajo q\u00eb duhet theksuar \u00ebsht\u00eb se k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb, shanset p\u00ebr garime apo p\u00ebr nj\u00eb post publik duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb barabarta. Aspak nuk duhet menduar q\u00eb nj\u00eb fem\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb g\u00ebzoj\u00eb privilegje p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb, pasi edhe femra si para edhe pas marrjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb pushteti, duhet t\u2019i p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb absolutisht nj\u00eblloj ashtu si edhe mashkulli p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb, presionet, konkurrencat dhe t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive po nj\u00eblloj si nj\u00eb mashkull, dhe nuk mund t\u00eb justifikohet se duhet t\u00eb falet apo tolerohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb fem\u00ebr. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb ndiqnim logjik\u00ebn e l\u00ebshimit t\u00eb gj\u00ebrave dhe dh\u00ebnien e favoreve vet\u00ebm se \u00ebsht\u00eb fem\u00ebr, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb binim n\u00eb nj\u00eb gabim tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb diskriminimit t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb mashkullore, do t\u00eb thellonim stereotipizimet gjinore duke diskriminuar gjinin\u00eb mashkullore dhe duke favorizuar at\u00eb fem\u00ebrore, duke krijuar k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebrs\u00ebri probleme shoq\u00ebrore. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt kategorizohen dhe stigmatizohen (njollosen) n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kolektive dhe jo individuale dhe diskriminohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike si nga ana sociale ashtu edhe ekonomike. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb kuptuarit klasik liberal t\u00eb tregut, njer\u00ebzit ndihen dhe bien, kan\u00eb sukses dhe d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb; nga ana tjet\u00ebr stigma (njollosja) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fat i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.
