Adhurimi i fuqis\u00eb politike \u00ebsht\u00eb i shkaktuar prej frik\u00ebs, prej nj\u00eb ndjenje q\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzet\u201d. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se adhurimi i cil\u00ebsdo trajt\u00eb t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb politike na kthen n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e kafazit mos do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet se adhurimi i fuqis\u00eb politike autoritare t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs na kthen n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e shpell\u00ebs!<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tri jan\u00eb mjetet m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura dhe ende m\u00eb frytdh\u00ebn\u00ebse t\u00eb regjimit autoritar t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs: frik\u00ebsimi, g\u00ebnjimi dhe posht\u00ebrimi! Me to, me frik\u00ebsimin, me g\u00ebnjimin dhe me posht\u00ebrimin, sundohet populli dhe, sidomos, b\u00ebhen p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb t\u2019u mbyllet goja t\u00eb mospajtuarve me at\u00eb regjim, kritik\u00ebve t\u00eb atij regjimi. Dhe, pretorian\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, m\u00eb t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt frik\u00ebsohen dhe posht\u00ebrohen t\u00eb mospajtuarit, kritik\u00ebt e regjimit, nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit partiak\u00eb po edhe z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit regjimor\u00eb n\u00eb mediat, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht n\u00eb gazetat e murit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij regjimi qoft\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mbylle goj\u00ebn ose do t\u00eb l\u00ebm\u00eb pa kushte p\u00ebr jet\u00eb! Mbylle goj\u00ebn ose ta l\u00ebm\u00eb pa pun\u00eb gruan, djalin, vajz\u00ebn, v\u00ebllan\u00eb, motr\u00ebn \u2013 dhe k\u00ebdo tjet\u00ebr prej pun\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb cilit t\u00eb krijohet mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb jetosh!<\/p>\n<p>Mbylle goj\u00ebn ose ta mbyllim ne me \u201ct\u00eb dh\u00ebnat\u201d tona! Mbylle goj\u00ebn ose t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb mos e njoh\u00ebsh veten! Mbylle goj\u00ebn ose do t\u2019i d\u00ebgjosh n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e n\u00ebnt\u00eb t\u00eb zeza p\u00ebr veten t\u00ebnde dhe p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit tuaj! A more vesh a jo?<\/p>\n<p>Si p\u00ebr frik\u00ebsimin ashtu edhe p\u00ebr posht\u00ebrimin l\u00ebnda baz\u00eb jan\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtrat dhe trillimet!<\/p>\n<p>Dhe, me frik\u00ebsim, me g\u00ebnjim dhe me posht\u00ebrim, pa dyshim, u jan\u00eb mbyllur goj\u00ebt shum\u00eb vetjeve, shum\u00eb krijuesve dhe jokrijuesve, shum\u00eb intelektual\u00ebve dhe jointelektual\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 po shihet n\u00eb mbledhjet e fundit t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, mjetet sunduese, mjetet frytdh\u00ebn\u00ebse, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb frytzeza t\u00eb kryeministrit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Sali Berisha, po dep\u00ebrtojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ka shum\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb me k\u00ebto mjete b\u00ebhen p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb m\u00eb mbyllet goja! Nj\u00ebher\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb, thon\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesit e tyre! Kot! Nuk kan\u00eb sukses.<\/p>\n<p>Por, pik\u00ebrisht frik\u00ebsimi, g\u00ebnjimi dhe posht\u00ebrimi si mjete me t\u00eb cilat b\u00ebhen p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrohet i gjith\u00eb opinioni, e gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebria, duhet t\u00eb na nxisin q\u00eb t\u2019u kund\u00ebrq\u00ebndrojm\u00eb si p\u00ebrdoruesve t\u00eb tyre, si pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre! Se, vet\u00ebm ashtu, duke i kund\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar kleptokracis\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb kriminokracis\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb politike, shoq\u00ebrore dhe shtet\u00ebrore, ne u kund\u00ebrqendrojm\u00eb prish\u00ebsive dhe ndot\u00ebsive q\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb thelbin etik t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Pa mposhtjen e k\u00ebtyre mjeteve moralisht vrastare \u2013 frik\u00ebsimeve, g\u00ebnjimeve e posht\u00ebrimeve dhe pa \u00e7maskimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb autor\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb gjith\u00ebpushtetsh\u00ebm nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e identitetit etik t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb identitet tep\u00ebr, tep\u00ebr i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn historike dhe p\u00ebr pamjen e popullit shqiptar n\u00eb bot\u00eb sot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Historian\u00eb, filozof\u00eb, shkrimtar\u00eb evropian\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb me keqardhje t\u00eb madhe se n\u00eb historin\u00eb e saj t\u00eb gjat\u00eb Evropa i ka harxhuar disa shekuj duke p\u00ebrndjekur heretik\u00ebt: heretik\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe heretik\u00ebt e imagjinuar. Heretizmi ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb mbulesa e terrorit q\u00eb ushtronin inkuizitor\u00ebt ndaj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre, q\u00eb nuk pranonin dogmat dhe q\u00eb nuk ngurronin t\u00eb shpreheshin kund\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave q\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore prodhonin ato dogma. Savonarola, Gjordano Bruno, Galileo Galilei jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr viktimat e para t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb asaj ideologjie t\u00eb cil\u00ebn historian\u00ebt, filozof\u00ebt dhe shkrimtar\u00ebt evropian\u00eb e quajn\u00eb ideologjia e mostoleranc\u00ebs evropiane.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb von\u00eb, edhe Volteri, edhe Rusoi, edhe Xhorxh Bajroni, edhe Sharl Bodleri, edhe Artur Rembo e Pol Verleni, edhe Oskar Vajldi do t\u00eb jen\u00eb viktimat e mostoleranc\u00ebs evropiane ndaj heretik\u00ebve t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb imagjinuar. Heretik\u00eb do t\u00eb shpallen edhe Tolstoi nga Kisha pravosllave ruse, edhe Tomas Mani nga Hitleri e nazizmi!<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb jesh n\u00eb mesin e heretik\u00ebve t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrndjekja e heretik\u00ebve t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe e heretik\u00ebve t\u00eb imagjinuar n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb ka zgjatur shum\u00eb; por, si shum\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave t\u00eb tjera edhe k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb keqeje n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund. Evropa e re, demokratike liberale, nuk p\u00ebrndjek dhe nuk trillon m\u00eb heretik\u00eb: as n\u00eb shkenc\u00eb, as n\u00eb arte, as n\u00eb politik\u00eb, as n\u00eb ideologji, as n\u00eb fe, as n\u00eb filozofi \u2013 si\u00e7 b\u00ebhej prej Mesjet\u00ebs e deri n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. Dhe, jo vet\u00ebm se nuk i shpik dhe nuk i p\u00ebrndjek heretik\u00ebt, por, t\u00eb shpesht\u00ebn e her\u00ebve, i p\u00ebrvet\u00ebson \u201cherezit\u00eb\u201d e tyre, e bindur se \u201cherezit\u00eb\u201d dhe heretik\u00ebt e d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e saj edhe shkencore, edhe artistike, edhe filozofike, edhe ideologjike, edhe politike. E, sidomos, morale.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrndjekje heretik\u00ebsh t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe heretik\u00ebsh t\u00eb imagjinuar mund t\u00eb hasen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb skajet gjeografike dhe kulturore evropiane.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe prej Evrop\u00ebs, ndryshe edhe prej skajeve t\u00eb tjera gjeografike dhe kulturore evropiane, q\u00eb nuk e vuajn\u00eb m\u00eb droj\u00ebn prej \u201cherezive\u201d dhe prej heretik\u00ebve, ne vazhdojm\u00eb ta shtojm\u00eb numrin e \u201cheretik\u00ebve\u201d duke shpallur heretik\u00eb si kritik\u00ebt e regjimit, ashtu edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk ngurrojn\u00eb t\u2019u thon\u00eb: dhun\u00ebs \u2013 dhun\u00eb, rrenave \u2013 rrena, lig\u00ebsive \u2013 lig\u00ebsi, e krimeve \u2013 krime.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u2019t&#8217;i b\u00ebsh! Gjithmon\u00eb kemi trokuar e vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb trokojm\u00eb me qindra vjet pas Evrop\u00ebs!<\/p>\n<p><strong>4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte e dobishme p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e politik\u00ebs t\u00eb din\u00eb se: Xhorxh Uashingtoni ka refuzuar t\u00eb shpallet mbret, por pas shum\u00eb e shum\u00eb lutjesh q\u00eb do t\u2019ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb miqt\u00eb e ithtar\u00ebt e shumt\u00eb do t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb kryetar edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat.<\/p>\n<p>Thuhet se edhe babai i lavdish\u00ebm i Deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, Tomas Xheferson, gjat\u00eb ka refuzuar t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kryetar, por kur, n\u00eb fund, ka pranuar, m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti \u00ebsht\u00eb kujdesur si kryetar p\u00ebr nivelin moral t\u00eb politik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 shihet, edhe Xhorxh Uashingtoni, edhe Tomas Xhefersoni nuk kan\u00eb menduar t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb karrier\u00eb, por kan\u00eb menduar si t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb dijsh\u00ebm e m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb dijsh\u00ebm e m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, si t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00e7mohen pa arsye, prandaj, si dy kryetar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse nuk e di as kur, as ku e kam lexuar, kjo legjend\u00eb indiane m\u00eb ka mbetur p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb kujtes\u00eb. Nj\u00eb grua e pasur, Zonj\u00eb, k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb jet\u00eb mysafire n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e par\u00eb q\u00eb sheh. Dhe, ku mos tjet\u00ebr!<\/p>\n<p>Kjo gjendje ma kujton nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedim t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmjet idealistit Lazar Karno dhe poltronistit m\u00eb t\u00eb pakaraktersh\u00ebm, Zhozef Fushe, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur kishte kaluar koha e idealizmit dhe kur kishte filluar koha e karrierizmit dhe e pasurimit pas Revolucionit Francez t\u00eb vitit 1789. Lazar Karnoja i lavdish\u00ebm, i paluhatsh\u00ebm, parimor, i drejtohet Fushes\u00eb, i cili sapo kishte nd\u00ebrruar sundimtarin dhe ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb minist\u00ebr i policis\u00eb mbret\u00ebrore:<\/p>\n<p>-Po un\u00eb ku t\u00eb shkoj tani, o tradhtar?<\/p>\n<p>-Ku t\u00eb kesh qejf, o teveqel! N\u00eb akademin\u00eb qendrore, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn foli kryetari i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i Gjermanis\u00eb, me at\u00eb rast, u tha se Lesingu ishte nd\u00ebrgjegjja morale e gjerman\u00ebve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, por vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjja morale gjermane edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb. Mund t\u00eb thuhet k\u00ebshtu, tha kryetari gjerman, sepse Lesingu b\u00ebri betej\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrtashme, n\u00eb Gjermani e n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb: betej\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr toleranc\u00eb racore e fetare, p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzishm\u00ebri dhe, m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, p\u00ebr mposhtjen e paragjykimeve \u00e7far\u00ebdo qofshin ato. Por, n\u00eb sh\u00ebnime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetorit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Gjermani, u tha, mandej, se Lesingu e kaloi jet\u00ebn n\u00eb beteja mendore: n\u00eb beteja mendore me kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u quajtur kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb tij, por edhe me kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb e armiq t\u00eb padenj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Akuzohej se gjat\u00eb nj\u00ebzet e pes\u00eb vjet\u00ebve ia kishte predikuar popullit gjerman filozofin\u00eb e urrejtjes, t\u00eb rrenave, t\u00eb mashtrimeve, t\u00eb vrazhd\u00ebsive dhe t\u00eb vrasjeve. Dhe, ashtu i kishte p\u00ebrgatitur q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahnin politik\u00ebn naziste. Pa t\u00eb, kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb prokurori, nuk do t\u00eb ndodhnin krimet naziste. Vazhdojn\u00eb ta ndotin me shpifje e urrejtje shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare!<\/p>\n<p><strong>21<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb mbrosh nj\u00eb kryetar shteti, nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr, nj\u00eb kryetar parlamenti prej kritikave t\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrimtari; t\u00eb mbrosh nj\u00eb kryetar shteti, nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr, nj\u00eb kryetar parlamenti, q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb duar ushtrin\u00eb, policin\u00eb, gard\u00ebn, prokurorit\u00eb, gjyqet, sigurimin e shtetit, grupet e ndryshme t\u00eb mafis\u00eb, prej kritikave t\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrimtari q\u00eb asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej k\u00ebtyre forcave nuk e ka dhe n\u00eb to nuk mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb; t\u00eb mbrosh m\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetshmit dhe regjimin e tyre prej kritikave t\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrimtari q\u00eb nuk disponon kurrfar\u00eb fuqie tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrpos fuqis\u00eb morale t\u00eb Mendjes s\u00eb tij \u2013 e, kjo nuk ndodh kurr\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e qytet\u00ebruar dhe demokratike sot. Jo. Dhe, nuk ndodh sepse njer\u00ebzit me mendje sadopak t\u00eb zhvilluar, me vet\u00ebdije sadopak t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar historike, me kultur\u00eb sadopak t\u00eb formuar politike, me nder dhe me dinjitet sado t\u00eb pakt\u00eb qoft\u00eb nuk vihen n\u00eb an\u00ebn e fuqis\u00eb politike e shtet\u00ebrore dhe kund\u00ebr Mendjes e Liris\u00eb. E nuk vihen n\u00eb an\u00ebn e pushtetar\u00ebve, t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb politike e shtet\u00ebrore dhe kund\u00ebr Mendjes morale e liridash\u00ebse, p\u00ebrpos t\u00eb tjerash, edhe p\u00ebr arsyen se jan\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se mandatet e kryetarit, t\u00eb kryeministrit dhe t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb parlamentit, m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme, kurse mandati i shkrimtarit \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Te ne, megjithat\u00eb, kjo ndodh qe nj\u00eb shekull, prej se Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shtet. Dhe, po ndodh edhe sot. Kush e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb barbari te ne? E b\u00ebjn\u00eb mediokritetet q\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsojn\u00eb regjimin me shtetin, kurse n\u00ebpun\u00ebsin\u00eb pushtetore me popullin! E b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor\u00ebt e regjimit despotik, do\u00e7\u00ebt e llo\u00e7\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit pushtetor\u00eb iu urdh\u00ebrojn\u00eb duke mbajtur n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb k\u00ebrba\u00e7in e n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e majt\u00eb pak euro. E b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ata q\u00eb, n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e qytet\u00ebruar dhe demokratike, e kan\u00eb emrin prostituta t\u00eb regjimeve autoritare.<\/p>\n<p>Duke e shkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb artikull t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb serin\u00eb e artikujve t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb Gazet\u00ebn shqiptare i siguroj ata, p\u00ebrndjek\u00ebsit e mi, se, si as deri sot, as pas k\u00ebtij shkrimi, nuk do t\u00eb merrem me g\u00ebnjeshtrat, p\u00ebrndjekjet dhe denoncimet e tyre. Pse t\u00eb merrem me to! P\u00ebr mua t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e thon\u00eb veprat e mia e jo g\u00ebnjeshtrat dhe denoncimet e tyre. Nuk do ta b\u00ebj gabimin q\u00eb e kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb iluministi dhe shkrimtari i madh gjerman, Lesingu, i cili duke ua p\u00ebrmendur emrat n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet polemike i kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cpaharruar\u201d p\u00ebrndjek\u00ebsit e tij krejt\u00ebsisht anonim\u00eb e krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pavlefsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>22<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po m\u00eb sulmojn\u00eb duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se asnj\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe asnj\u00eb merit\u00eb nuk e gjej te kryeministri i tash\u00ebm i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Sali Berisha.
