Gjithashtu m\u00eb lejoni t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes edhe iniciativ\u00ebn e n\u00ebndeg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb St. Gallen dhe kryetarin e saj z. Sallah Januzi p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr n\u00eb mesin e m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes autorin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr q\u00eb sjell sot p\u00ebr lexuesit. Zot\u00ebri Shefqet Dibrani \u00ebsht\u00eb njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i Veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb ku gjat\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij ka qen bart\u00ebs i disa funksioneve n\u00eb LDK si\u00e7 jan\u00eb: An\u00ebtar\u00eb i kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, dy her\u00eb delegat i k\u00ebsaj Dege n\u00eb Kuvendet e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb (1994; 1998), an\u00ebtar\u00eb i K\u00ebshillit Qendror t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Zvic\u00ebr, kryetar i par\u00eb n\u00ebndeg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb St. Gallen, Koordinator i Grupit t\u00eb 10-t\u00eb, t\u00eb n\u00ebndeg\u00ebve t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb theksoj\u00eb se kam pasur nderin t\u00eb jem bashk\u00ebveprimtar me te n\u00eb dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira q\u00eb kalonte Kosova, ku jemi munduar t\u00eb japim, dhe vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb japim kontributin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare, bashk\u00eb me qindra e mij\u00ebra veprimtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb kauz\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb vepronin kryesisht n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr. Nj\u00ebherit t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb asaj se \u00e7far\u00eb pune kolosale, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kjo deg\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n

Aktiviteti i k\u00ebsaj dege p\u00ebrmbledhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb hark kohor 21-vje\u00e7ar, ka nj\u00eb merit\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn, me nj\u00eb begraund t\u00eb lart\u00eb komb\u00ebtar. N\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, ne edhe veprimtar\u00ebt brenda saj kan\u00eb investuar shum\u00eb.
\nVeprimtaria politike dhe letrare e autorit z. Shefqet Dibrani, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sa produktive aq dhe definuese p\u00ebr shum\u00eb procese e madje edhe p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs. Ky lib\u00ebr (sado me kritika t\u00eb ashpra), ma merr mendja se ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim hapjen e debatit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, mjaft\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb tashmen e LDK-s\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebrshkruan me holl\u00ebsi, jo vet\u00ebm thjesht si sentimentaliz\u00ebm, por me nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie q\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite po e e jep vet autori me shkrimet e tija analitike q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr tem\u00eb zhvillimet brenda LDK-s\u00eb si dhe d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb LDK-n\u00eb si prij\u00ebse n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha proceset politike, zhvillimore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe ky autor nuk ka reshtur, tashti publicistika kosovare pasurohet edhe me nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr nga nj\u00eb autor q\u00eb jeton p\u00ebrtej \u201ekufijve\u201c, pra, nga k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr. Librave t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, i shtohet edhe nj\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ngjason sikurse uj\u00ebrat q\u00eb mblidhen n\u00eb lumin e madh, t\u00eb cilit i shtohet edhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrrua dhe kjo e b\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb begat k\u00ebt\u00eb lum, sepse \u00e7do lum i madh krijohet e pasurohet nga burimet, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb proverbi francez i njohur edhe tek ne se \u201cpika – pika b\u00ebhet lumi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Secili prej nesh mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb mendime t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb caktuara. Mendoj edhe autori n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, edhe brenda nj\u00eb familjeje p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb caktuara ka mendime t\u00eb ndryshme, dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht e natyrshme dhe e sh\u00ebndetshme. Mendoj se vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb dialog t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtive lind progresi, kurse shoq\u00ebria njer\u00ebzore ec p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb zbulimin e virtyteve njer\u00ebzore brenda vetvetes.<\/p>\n

LDK si forc\u00eb politike, n\u00eb thelbin e saj anti-dogmatike, duhet ta inkurajoj\u00eb debatin brenda vetes, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet atij debati t\u00eb lindin mendime dhe ura t\u00eb bashkimit. Disa do t\u00eb thoshin se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, por edhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e debatit.
\nAutori i librit z. Shefqet Dibrani ashtu edhe si\u00e7 shprehet vet\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr se “libri paraqet nj\u00eb kurs politik, nj\u00eb koncept t\u00eb pandryshuar, q\u00eb kam ndjekur q\u00eb nga dita e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb LDK. Nd\u00ebrsa kritikat p\u00ebrkitazi me zhvillimet e brendshme politike kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme, duke ruajtur nj\u00eb vizion t\u00eb qart\u00eb q\u00eb nga fillimi e gjer m\u00eb sot. Pasakt\u00ebsit\u00eb a l\u00ebndimet e mundshme kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb me \u00e7astin dhe rastin kur jan\u00eb shkruar, me mllefin q\u00eb ka ekzistuar n\u00eb ato \u00e7aste, por jo si nj\u00eb platform\u00eb e drejtuar ndaj individit, kushdo q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai, ndaj shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb q\u00eb po prosperon drejt s\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb saj demokratike, e ruana Zot t\u00eb m\u00eb shoq\u00ebroj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vrer kund\u00ebr LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, dhe Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi\u201c.<\/p>\n

Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera autori Shefqet Dibrani, shprehet se libri \u00ebsht\u00eb sajuar si arsyetim mbi fakte, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e jep me nj\u00eb profesionaliz\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk e kemi hasur n\u00eb librat e k\u00ebsaj natyre, q\u00eb e bashkon me sinqeritet e dashuri p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e vyesh\u00ebm n\u00eb LDK, si vler\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e madhe e k\u00ebtij libri. Fundja e fundit autori ngulmon pa reshtur q\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve dhe simpatizuesve t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, pra “Rugovist\u00ebve”, duhet t’u jepet hap\u00ebsir\u00eb…<\/p>\n

Atyre duhej hapur dyert e dritaret, atyre duhej dh\u00ebn\u00eb shansi demokratik, duke kanalizuar me kujdes energjit\u00eb, kreativitetin e p\u00ebrkushtimin p\u00ebr forcimin e LDK-s\u00eb, duke vij\u00ebzuar procesin e nd\u00ebrtimit e bashk\u00ebkrijimit t\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb fuqishme partiake, t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashkuara rreth frym\u00ebs Rugoviane. Mendoj, se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi i vet\u00ebm i k\u00ebtij autori, edhe n\u00ebse nuk ka arritur ta shpreh si duhet, shpresoj angazhimi i tij 20-vje\u00e7ar e d\u00ebshmon m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00ebllimin e tij t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

LDK-ja ka nevoj\u00eb si kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e mendimit, p\u00ebr shum\u00ebsi mendimesh, p\u00ebr platforma t\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshme politike, p\u00ebr pluralizmin politik, por asnj\u00eb nga ato nuk guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb bien ndesh me “Programin Komb\u00ebtar” t\u00eb filozofis\u00eb politike t\u00eb dr. Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs dhe LDK-s\u00eb, program ky i p\u00ebrgjakur me gjakun e ideator\u00ebve t\u00eb tij si: Fehmi Agani, Adem Jashari, Latif Berisha, Gazmend Zajmi, Xhemail Mustafa, Bajram Kelmendi, Ismet Rraci, Haki Ymeri, Sali \u00c7eku, Uk\u00eb Byty\u00e7i, Smajl Hajdaraj, e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb ishin veprimtar e b\u00ebrthama e LDK-s\u00eb dhe e liris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
