K\u00ebt\u00eb e di dhe Kryeministri. Ai e di se kjo bindje e p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb vot\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb nj\u00eb humbje t\u00eb thell\u00eb 23 qershorin e ardhsh\u00ebm. Edhe shqiptar\u00ebt e kan\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb. Mjaton t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh zgjedhjet e 2005 dhe nd\u00ebshkimin me vot\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Nano, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar q\u00eb n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsie institucionale, i vetmi institucion q\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sadopak drejt\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb vota.<\/p>\n<p>Fakti q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt  e kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb mendjen, fakti q\u00eb edhe ai m\u00eb skeptiku, madje dhe militanti m\u00eb besnik i PD-s\u00eb, thell\u00eb-thell\u00eb e di q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb vazhdohet m\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, e tremb si djallin temjani Kryeministrin. Nj\u00eb forc\u00eb politike si akjo e udh\u00ebhequr prej tij, e cila n\u00eb \u00e7do hap q\u00eb hedh l\u00eb pas skandale ekonomike, me d\u00ebm vlera e t\u00eb cilit tejkalon \u00e7do shif\u00ebr t\u00eb imagjinueshme, mund t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb tret\u00eb vet\u00ebm fal\u00eb frik\u00ebs dhe plog\u00ebshtis\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb opinionin publik dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Nisur nga kjo premis\u00eb madhore (sipas aksiom\u00ebs t\u00eb Okamit, aty ku faktor\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb qendruesh\u00ebm shpjegimi\/hipoteza m\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e pranueshmja), ofensiva anti-vot\u00ebe nisur nga maxhoranca n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kanaleve institucionale (tashm\u00eb t\u00eb de-institucionalizuara) duket se p\u00ebrb\u00ebn\u00eb hallk\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb saj elektorale p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e ardhshme. Duhet p\u00ebr\u00e7uar me \u00e7do kusht n\u00eb opionin publik bindja se t\u00eb votosh \u00ebsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb, se vota mund t\u00eb vidhet dhe rezultati final do t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn e pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky argument duket akoma dhe m\u00eb i pranuesh\u00ebm racionalisht n\u00ebse konsiderojm\u00eb hallk\u00ebn tjet\u00ebrky\u00e7e n\u00eb strategjin\u00eb elektorale t\u00eb maxhoranc\u00ebs. Pika ky\u00e7e \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i perceptimit se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mungojn\u00eb alternativat, se p\u00ebr votuesin shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur nj\u00eb zgjedhje tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Pra frika dhe shantazhueshm\u00ebria e tejskajshme e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ton\u00eb (po na vrasin e vjedhin duke p\u00ebrdorur lidhjen e fort\u00eb dhe dashurin\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7do shqiptar ushqen p\u00ebr familjen, apo dhe thjesht duke shfryt\u00ebzuar brisht\u00ebsin\u00eb ton\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e nevojave primare t\u00eb pap\u00ebrmbushura), bashkuar me mosbesimin ndaj \u00e7do alternative tjet\u00ebr, perceptimin e mosegzistenc\u00ebs t\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb alternative, duket se shihen si \u00e7elsi i fitores t\u00eb nj\u00eb mandati t\u00eb tret\u00eb nga Kryeministrin yn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Interesante duket, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim, simbolika e fakteve si \u201crritja\u201d p\u00ebrtej \u00e7do kriteri racional t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb votuese n\u00eb disa zona elektorale (shih rastin Topojan), \u00e7uarja n\u00eb Kuvend et\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes t\u00eb ndarjes t\u00eb mandateve dhe vetoja e maxhoranc\u00ebs kund\u00ebra  nj\u00eb ndarjeje m\u00eb racionale dhe n\u00eb respekt t\u00eb vler\u00ebs e barazis\u00eb t\u00eb vot\u00ebs t\u00eb \u00e7do shqiptari, pun\u00ebsimet masive t\u00eb militant\u00ebve dhe familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn publike vet\u00ebm disa muaj p\u00ebrpara zgjedhjeve. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto fakte duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcojn\u00eb n\u00eb publik iden\u00eb se nuk ka asnj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar status-kuon\u00eb, e aq m\u00eb pak  q\u00eb kjo mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb vij\u00eb prej vot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pra maxhoranca,  dukete vendosur dhe, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb pamjen q\u00eb i ofron opinionit publik, e bashkuar nga bindja se nuk ka asnj\u00eb kart\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mundshme p\u00ebrve\u00e7 asaj t\u00eb arroganc\u00ebs dhe dhun\u00ebs sistematike p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet e ardhshme, duke shpresuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb rikonformim t\u00eb saj fal\u00eb k\u00ebtyre instrumentave destruktiv\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo strategji p\u00ebrshkohet n\u00eb \u00e7do hallk\u00eb nga  vet\u00ebdija q\u00eb disfata \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb af\u00ebr. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye po procedohet me krijimin e nj\u00eb situate t\u00eb nder\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn ky duket t\u00eb jet\u00eb  q\u00ebllimi i ideator\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj strategjie. \u201cShpopullimi\u201d i qendrave t\u00eb votimit, si pasoj\u00eb e frik\u00ebs apo e mosbesimit, \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur sadopak shanset q\u00eb rezultati final t\u00eb jet\u00eb produkt tavoline. E trisht\u00eb por e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Kryeministrit ton\u00eb, si \u00e7do dhespoti t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb titull, nuk i intereson aspak fati i demokracis\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebrpara fatit t\u00eb tij politik dhe fatit t\u00eb familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij biologjik\u00eb apo t\u00eb \u201cadoptuar\u201d, q\u00eb tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb t\u00eb vetmit p\u00ebrfitues nga i asht\u00ebquajturi boom ekonomik shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00ebse ka di\u00e7ka q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb boom n\u00eb k\u00ebto vite, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb korrupsioni dhe cipa e k\u00ebtij pushteti n\u00eb syt\u00eb e \u00e7do qytetari shqiptar. N\u00ebse ka di\u00e7ka, nj\u00eb arritje t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebto 22 vjet tranzicioni, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht vet\u00ebdija q\u00eb ndryshimi dhe drejt\u00ebsia e munguar vihen n\u00eb vend vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet vot\u00ebs. Shqiptar\u00ebt e njohin vler\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs si\u00eb instrument nd\u00ebshkues p\u00ebr politikan\u00eb dhe forca politike t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuara n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb injoranc\u00ebs arrogante q\u00eb karakterizon lidershipin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Detyra e opozit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb strategji drit\u00ebshkurt\u00ebr duke q\u00ebndruar me forc\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb vot\u00ebs. Dhe kjo vot\u00eb mbrohet duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se p\u00ebrpara vjedhjes dhe vrasjeve ka gjithnj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb. Kjo alternativ\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet me vot\u00ebn e tyre dhe vota e tyre nuk duhet t\u00eb mungoj\u00eb p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb arsye n\u00eb 23 qershor. Nj\u00eb v\u00ebrshim masiv n\u00eb qendrat e votimit n\u00eb shp\u00ebrfillje t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb arroganc\u00ebs dhe dhun\u00ebs t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfytyruar do t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrgjigjia m\u00eb e mir\u00eb ndaj padrejt\u00ebsive ekonomike dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb munguar t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmet \u201cvlera\u201d q\u00eb kjo maxhoranc\u00eb ka promovuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto 8 vjet n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e din\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tashm\u00eb. , Berisha po ashtu.
