Askush. Humb\u00ebn t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dhe b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb Partia Socialiste. Humb\u00ebn demokrat\u00ebt e Berdic\u00ebs q\u00eb ndihen m\u00eb t\u00eb braktisur se kurr\u00eb&#8221;, u shpreh Xhurreta.<\/p>\n<p>Xhurreta gjithashtu p\u00ebrmendi faktin se k\u00ebt\u00eb here humb\u00ebn dhe komuna q\u00eb u mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn fuqimisht nga zonja Topalli dhe qeveria si Gruemira , Rrethina, Velipoja etj.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij humbja e PD ka ardhur si pasoj\u00eb e pazareve t\u00eb disa individ\u00ebve n\u00eb PD t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs q\u00eb tallen me fatet e ndjenjat e demokrat\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj zone.
