Nuk e mbaj mend n\u00ebse i pat th\u00ebn\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht me k\u00ebt\u00eb renditje. P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb 80 vjet\u00ebve t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, plaku Ali Hoti, kishte qen\u00eb \u00e7oban e bujk. Nuk ishte i shkolluar, por mendonte me zem\u00ebr. Ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ai ishte provokuar nga diskutimi i t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve n\u00eb tubimin e L\u00ebvizjes VET\u00cbVENDOSJE! dhe e mori fjal\u00ebn. Ose, e kishte menduar qysh m\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vinte e t&#8217;i thoshte ato fjal\u00eb. Nuk e di, por edhe s&#8217;ka aq r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi. Arsimi, ekonomia e ushtria, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht penda, buka e ushtria, sigurisht q\u00eb e paguajn\u00eb \u00e7mimin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Demokracia si ide a koncept, si karakter sistemi ose procedur\u00eb e tij, demokracia edhe vet\u00ebm si fjal\u00eb goje, ka gllab\u00ebruar gjith\u00eb fush\u00ebn e politikes. Hegjemonia e demokracis\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb duket q\u00eb politika p\u00ebrmbahet te demokracia dhe jo anasjelltas, se politika ngjan ve\u00e7se p\u00ebrbrenda demokracis\u00eb. K\u00ebsisoj, ka politik\u00eb q\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet si demokratike dhe aso q\u00eb s\u00ebrish p\u00ebrkufizohet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet demokracis\u00eb duke u quajtur jodemokratike, me \u00e7&#8217;rast shkelja e till\u00eb, dalja prej hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ve\u00e7se e p\u00ebrkohshme dhe gjithsesi e d\u00ebnueshme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e k\u00ebtill\u00eb, demokracia q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka e asgj\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, p\u00ebrderisa s&#8217;kemi arsim, ekonomi e ushtri, e mbase pik\u00ebrisht pse nuk i kemi k\u00ebto, ka sajuar inflacion t\u00eb jet\u00ebs institucionale t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve e deficit t\u00eb asaj reale t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Kemi qeveri, president, parlament e gjithfar\u00eb institucionesh por arsimin dhe ekonomin\u00eb i kemi p\u00ebrtok\u00eb nd\u00ebrkaq ushtrin\u00eb s&#8217;e kemi fare. Ekonomia \u00ebsht\u00eb pa fabrika prodhuese kurse universitetet jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb si fabrika q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm diploma; n\u00eb vend t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb kemi Forc\u00ebn e Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb s&#8217;i afrohet policis\u00eb as p\u00ebr nga numri i trupave e as p\u00ebr nga pajisjet dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb.
