P\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e tij, dhe sidomos p\u00ebr autor\u00ebt e projektit politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar Bash\u00ebn n\u00eb krye t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, Lul\u00ebzim Basha e ka pasur gar\u00ebn me rival\u00ebt brenda PD-s\u00eb dhe jo me Edi Ram\u00ebn. N\u00eb gjith\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e tij politike, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka marr\u00eb vendime p\u00ebr veten e vet, por gjithmon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb nj\u00eb projekti. Fillimisht ai hyri \u201ckollovar\u201d n\u00eb PD p\u00ebrmes vajz\u00ebs s\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr tu katapultuar m\u00eb ministrit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs pas vitit 2005, t\u00eb cilat konsoliduan bizneset e tij dhe t\u00eb familjes Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjith\u00eb aksidentet q\u00eb i ndodh\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb, ai asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk pati fuqi as t\u00eb mbrohej dhe as t\u00eb luftonte me vullnetin e tij. E pashembullt do t\u00eb mbetet beteja e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos hequr imunitetin kur prokuroria ngriti akuz\u00ebn, derisa Berisha i dha lejen t\u00eb hiqte at\u00eb. Po ashtu ai nuk pati kuraj\u00ebn q\u00eb personalisht t\u00eb mbrohej n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb, por n\u00ebn presionin e pushtetit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs e mbylli gjykimin me procedur\u00eb duke mbetur p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht minist\u00ebr n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr vjedhje t\u00eb 200 milion\u00eb eurove.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebse Berisha ngulte k\u00ebmb\u00eb se Basha i duhej p\u00ebr Rrug\u00ebn e Kombit ndaj nuk po e kandidonte n\u00eb Bashki, nj\u00eb muaj pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2007 Berisha e hoqi dhe e \u00e7oi tek Ministria e Jashtme dhe Basha pranoi sikur nuk kishte ndodhur asgj\u00eb. E nj\u00ebjta histori p\u00ebrdorimi vazhdoi dhe pas rimarrjes s\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit n\u00eb vitin 2009 n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Brendshme. Kulmi i p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb tij politik \u00ebsht\u00eb 21 Janari, ku n\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb mbetur 10 f\u00ebmij\u00eb jetim\u00eb, dhe ai nuk guxon ende t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb pikat mbi \u2018i\u2019, Basha kandidoi p\u00ebr Bashkin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ai konsolidoi tradit\u00ebn e nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb montuar. Me nj\u00eb luks t\u00eb pashembullt financiar, ai arriti q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb muaj t\u00eb mos b\u00ebj\u00eb asnj\u00eb takim direkt me popullin, por vet\u00ebm t\u00eb xhiroj\u00eb n\u00eb shesh- xhirime takime me publik t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur dhe t\u00eb shpalos\u00eb ide skolareske t\u00eb ofruara nga njer\u00ebzit e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve publike. Ai b\u00ebri gjith\u00eb fushat\u00ebn betej\u00eb kund\u00ebr transparenc\u00ebs s\u00eb fushat\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe kund\u00ebr ligjit p\u00ebr radiotelevizionin publik. Fushata duket se ishte ilustrim i procesit t\u00eb manipulimit industrial q\u00eb i ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb list\u00ebs votuese n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb me rreth 25 mij\u00eb importe demokrat\u00ebsh nga gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria dhe jasht\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysur rezultatin n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pa asnj\u00eb ide konkrete, me nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb t\u00eb montuar, me nj\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb t\u00eb montuar zgjedhjesh, ai iu p\u00ebrdor vet\u00ebm si kukull ilustruese e nj\u00eb rezultati q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt rrezikoi seriozisht n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb artificiale verdiktin real t\u00eb kryeqytetit. Fal\u00eb vullnetit politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar opozit\u00ebn, Edi Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb sot fitimtar numerik i fushat\u00ebs dhe mposht\u00ebs i paepur i nj\u00eb koalicioni t\u00eb lig anti-opozitar, drejtuar nga tri kryeministrat m\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar t\u00eb historis\u00eb 20 vje\u00e7are t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Sali Berish\u00ebs, Fatos Nanos dhe Ilir Met\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Lul\u00ebzim Basha ishte kukulla q\u00eb u p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb fushate t\u00eb montuar dhe artificiale si ilustrues i nj\u00eb rezultati industrial q\u00eb Berisha e kishte p\u00ebrgatitur m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrmes krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb trupe votuese q\u00eb prodhonte nj\u00eb rezultat artificial. Edhe pse Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur ndjesh\u00ebm nga viti 2007 dhe 2009, llogarit\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb e ka \u00e7uar rezultatin shum\u00eb af\u00ebr barazimit p\u00ebrmes mekanizmit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhjeve dhe n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn e pandershme t\u00eb dhunimit polik t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs si dhe ur\u00ebs ajrore Shqip\u00ebri- Itali apo turizmit elektoral Kosov\u00eb- Shqip\u00ebri. Ky rezultat edhe pse nuk sh\u00ebrbeu p\u00ebr t\u00eb mundur Edi Ram\u00ebn, do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar projektin politik t\u00eb kollovarit Basha brenda Partis\u00eb Demokratike. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rezultat fallco, me k\u00ebt\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje fallco n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ai do t\u00eb dominoj\u00eb tani drejtimin e PD-s\u00eb pas humbjes katastrofike t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse Berisha do t\u00eb rrij\u00eb formalisht kryetar i PD-s\u00eb deri pas humbjes s\u00eb radh\u00ebs pranver\u00ebn q\u00eb vjen, Basha n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb prej nes\u00ebr fillon rolin e tij t\u00eb ri si drejtues de facto i PD-s\u00eb. E gjith\u00eb fushata e tij elektorale, duke qen\u00eb fallco dhe e montuar, nuk ka pasur pranin\u00eb e strukturave t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb apo drejtuesve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb saj. N\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs ishin tre tavolina, dy prej t\u00eb cilave i p\u00ebrkisnin Shk\u00eblzen Berish\u00ebs dhe kunatit tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs. Pra, ai hyri dhe doli nga kjo fushat\u00eb si projekt i Familjes Berisha, si njeriu q\u00eb do t\u2019i delegohet pushteti i vajz\u00ebs dhe djalit t\u00eb monarkut t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, e gjitha \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb themi \u00ebsht\u00eb se ashtu si n\u00eb fushat\u00eb elektorale, ashtu si n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e tij politike, ashtu si n\u00eb rezultatin e tij, ashtu dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen e tij politike nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb asgj\u00eb origjinale, asgj\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn, asgj\u00eb nga \u00e7far\u00eb i duhet nj\u00eb njeriu p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb lider. Lul\u00ebzim Basha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lider figurant, dhe i till\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb derisa roli i tij t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i padobish\u00ebm, pasi nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet partia q\u00eb duan t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb si pron\u00eb private Berish\u00ebt. \u201cKollovarizmi\u201d politik i Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm tranzicioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar pushtetin nga Sali Berisha tek f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm q\u00eb mban n\u00eb pushtet realisht k\u00ebt\u00eb parti me k\u00ebto manovra.
