R\u00ebnia e fuqis\u00eb bler\u00ebse n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk e d\u00ebmton ekonomin\u00eb vendore, e cila p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet prej prodhuesve t\u00eb pakt\u00eb vendor\u00eb q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb pak dhe shesin edhe m\u00eb pak. Buxheti i Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohej p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb zvog\u00eblimit t\u00eb importit. Sepse buxheti i Kosov\u00ebs, sigurisht q\u00eb nuk mbushet nga tatimi n\u00eb fitim, por nga tatimet q\u00eb mblidhen n\u00eb kufi. Prandaj, Kosova nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb ekonomike. Kriza n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ve\u00e7se sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Kriza ekonomike \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti yn\u00eb i p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm prej se dim\u00eb p\u00ebr veten ton\u00eb. Aq thell\u00eb jemi familjarizuar me t\u00eb, saq\u00eb s\u2019e hetojm\u00eb m\u00eb si t\u00eb till\u00eb. Kriza ekonomike shihet vet\u00ebm kur b\u00ebhet kriz\u00eb sociale. Shtrenjtimi i \u00e7mimeve na b\u00ebn t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb p\u00ebr prejardhjen e mallit m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa ambalazhi i tij.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova qysh moti ka mbetur pa prodhim vendor. Bile ka ndodhur edhe p\u00ebrshtatja me munges\u00ebn e kolektiveve t\u00eb cilat i shkakton prodhimi. Pas d\u00ebbimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb nga vendet e tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs para m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy dekadave, u rr\u00ebzuan p\u00ebrdhe organizimet dhe rrjetet shoq\u00ebrore e ekonomike, duke ua l\u00ebn\u00eb vendin atyre familjare e krahinore. Nepotizmi dhe lokalizmi n\u00eb politik\u00ebn kosovare sot jan\u00eb shprehje direkte e r\u00ebnies s\u00eb prodhimit ekonomik dhe e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb vazhdueshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtij prodhimi. P\u00ebrderisa familja, t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit dhe t\u00eb njohurit e fshatit apo qytetit mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm e t\u00eb dobish\u00ebm p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00eb (individuale), ata jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pamjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr zhvillim (kolektiv).<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb individ\u00eb t\u00eb ndar\u00eb e t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb, para s\u00eb gjithash, p\u00ebr shkak se jan\u00eb konsumator\u00eb q\u00eb nuk prodhojn\u00eb asgj\u00eb. Mungesa e prodhimit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe jo mungesa e ndonj\u00eb kulture t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaku i cop\u00ebtimeve t\u00eb trupit social t\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb. Konsumi i ka individualizuar qytetar\u00ebt, duke e atomizuar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. Secili qytetar \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb, sepse secili konsumon p\u00ebr vete. Secili qytetar e ka nj\u00eb goj\u00eb, secili qytetar e ka goj\u00ebn e vet dhe vet\u00ebm goj\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ushqen.
