Bujar Nishani, ish Minist\u00ebr i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, do t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e Ministrit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos pasur realisht minist\u00ebr. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb problemi t\u00eb njohur sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb fizikisht i paaft\u00eb t\u00eb punoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb normalisht dhe jo m\u00eb t\u00eb drejtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb super-ministri si ajo e Brendshmja. <\/p>\n<p>Por shpjegimin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebrse Nishani \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb minist\u00ebr sh\u00ebtit\u00ebs atje ku Berisha nuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb ket\u00eb minist\u00ebr, e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00eb Berisha kur formoi k\u00ebt\u00eb qeveri pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2009. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e kujtojm\u00eb se Berisha i shpjegoi gjat\u00eb gazetarit n\u00eb emisionin \u201cOpinion\u201d se \u201czoti Nishani \u00ebsht\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb, por un\u00eb po e \u00e7oj tek Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb se ai e njeh mir\u00eb policin\u00eb e burgjeve\u2026\u201d Nj\u00eb shpjegim q\u00eb nuk kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr komente. Thjesht dua t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb minist\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsie.<\/p>\n<p>Dy vjet m\u00eb pas, kur Berisha u vu para presionit n\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Brendshme, Berisha duket se u  kujtua s\u00ebrish p\u00ebr ministrin e vet sh\u00ebtit\u00ebs dhe e ktheu aty mbi karroc\u00ebn e invalidit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos pasur minist\u00ebr t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb jo njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend\u00ebsh s\u00ebmundjen e nj\u00eb qytetari publikisht, n\u00eb rastin konkret je i detyruar pik\u00ebs\u00ebpari se me s\u00ebmundjen e tij po luan nj\u00eb mjek q\u00eb e kemi kryeminist\u00ebr. I pari q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kishte etik\u00ebn e duhur t\u00eb mos ekspozonte s\u00ebmundjen e tij publikisht duhet t\u00eb ishte mjeku Sali Berisha, dhe natyrisht m\u00eb pas dhe kryeministri Sali Berisha. Por p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur deri \u00ebn fund \u00e7do skut\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb tij personalisht, Berisha nuk ndalet as nga Urdhri i Mjekut dhe as nga etika e kryeministrit. Ashtu si Bujar Nishani q\u00eb sh\u00ebtit atje ku nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb minist\u00ebr, Basha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr sh\u00ebtit\u00ebs, atje ku nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb shtet. Ai ishte Minist\u00ebr i Transporteve kur duhej q\u00eb t\u00eb vidhte, ishte Minist\u00ebr i Brendsh\u00ebm kur duhej q\u00eb t\u00eb vriste dhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb Minist\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsie kur do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mos jepet drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr vjedhjet dhe vrasjet.<\/p>\n<p>Ky parim kriminal q\u00eb po aplikon Berisha me rokadat formale n\u00eb qeveri, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb tradhton koshienc\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr humbjen e Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs dhe rreziqet q\u00eb e presin at\u00eb pas humbjes.
