Mbasi pushtoi periudh\u00ebn e komunizmit, mjegullnaja e historis\u00eb vazhdon e shtrihet deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e demokracis\u00eb son\u00eb. Edhe sot, ashtu si m\u00eb par\u00eb, ngjarjet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs zakonisht nuk luajn\u00eb rolin q\u00eb duhet n\u00eb marrjen e vendimeve popullore po kaq t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, si pararend\u00ebse perceptimesh, sepse ne jemi nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb harrojm\u00eb. Ashtu si student\u00ebt para provimeve nuk kujtojn\u00eb prej ankthit njohurit\u00eb e marra nga leximet, njer\u00ebzit shp\u00ebrqendrohen pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb or\u00ebn e fatit t\u00eb tyre, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti i dh\u00ebnies pushtet pushtetar\u00ebve, n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb duhej dhe duhet korrigjuar patjet\u00ebr, harresa, shfaqet pik\u00ebrisht pas furis\u00eb s\u00eb premtimeve publike, sipas nj\u00eb inercie t\u00eb rrezikshme. Pushteti te ne ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrballueshme jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb premtimet publike, por edhe n\u00eb mashtrimet civile; mungesa e integritetit pushtetar \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb di\u00e7ka e zakonshme. Politikan\u00ebt g\u00ebnjejn\u00eb sa t\u00eb duan, sipas nj\u00eb logjike t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb: Ata grijn\u00eb e shijn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku jo mashtrimi, por as fyerja dhe shpifja nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn m\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebkat, sepse njer\u00ebzit harrojn\u00eb. Rrall\u00eb gjen te ne politikan\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme vrasjen e nd\u00ebrgjegjes p\u00ebr mashtrimet publike q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb. Shpifjet primitive jan\u00eb sot si aurora t\u00eb zeza t\u00eb personaliteteve t\u00eb tyre. Hedhja balt\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme se kund\u00ebrshtit\u00eb p\u00ebr ata: shum\u00eb prej tyre, madje, rutin\u00ebn e shpifjeve e kan\u00eb t\u00eb domosdoshme si ajrin:<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb jesh njeri me pushtet dhe t\u00eb mos shash supozohet si d\u00ebm gjenetik, ashtu si kujtesa e mir\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb hap herezis\u00eb. Kujtesa \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb ku shfaqen m\u00ebkatet e politikan\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb; sharjet dhe shpifjet ngjajn\u00eb aq m\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr ta, sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb zbehin qart\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre. Mungesa e integritetit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb politik\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dhimbje e re mbi dhimbjen e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb paqart\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb gj\u00ebrave, q\u00eb sjell mungesa e kujtes\u00ebs. Kjo dhimbje v\u00ebrteton se si magjia e pushtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruar te ne, nd\u00ebrsa pushteti ju besohet duarve t\u00eb pista, moralit t\u00eb paqen\u00eb. Njer\u00ebzit nganj\u00ebher\u00eb reagojn\u00eb, por reagojn\u00eb spontanisht ndaj ndotjes s\u00eb moralit dhe zgjedhjeve gabim q\u00eb vet\u00eb ata b\u00ebjn\u00eb, sepse harrojn\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt dhe besojn\u00eb shum\u00eb kollaj.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzit harrojn\u00eb zin\u00eb dhe tragjedit\u00eb e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs, po aq mjerisht sa edhe ngaz\u00ebllehen prej sukseseve t\u00eb paqena. Si n\u00eb nj\u00eb vark\u00eb mes stuhis\u00eb, besimi i shpirt-thjesht\u00ebve shkon nga fryn era e pushtetit dhe furia e mashtrimit. Shqiptar\u00ebt harruan dhe harrojn\u00eb \u201897-n p\u00ebrball\u00eb lavdis\u00eb s\u00eb NATO-s; harruan dhe harrojn\u00eb vrasjet e shpeshta t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, p\u00ebrball\u00eb liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave, harruan dhe po harrojn\u00eb makthin e 21 janarit, p\u00ebrball\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb paqen\u00eb dhe bumit turistik q\u00eb beson dhe shpreson ose b\u00ebn sikur beson dhe shpreson Kryeministri i vendit. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb harres\u00ebs, G\u00ebrdeci i friksh\u00ebm, si nj\u00eb fantazm\u00eb e trazuar, q\u00eb sillet v\u00ebrdall\u00eb n\u00eb g\u00ebrmadhat publike t\u00eb kujtimeve, sfidohet sot nga shk\u00eblqimi i trisht\u00eb i shifrave ekonomike, q\u00eb as vet\u00eb ata q\u00eb i thon\u00eb, i besojn\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Politika \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje integriteti dhe ndershm\u00ebria fillon pik\u00ebrisht te shifrat dhe mbaron te mashtrimi me to. Duke kuptuar kujtes\u00ebn e brisht\u00eb t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb vet, qeveria k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb imponoj\u00eb fshirje magjike t\u00eb uris\u00eb popullore me shifrat q\u00eb reklamon n\u00eb daljet publike, p\u00ebr t\u2019i shtuar shenjt\u00ebri misionit t\u00eb saj, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht mashtrimi, por sundimi\u2026 Euforia e pushtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fuqi po aq e rrezikshme, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe bab\u00ebzia e tij: Pushteti synon t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb perceptimet e njer\u00ebzve me ndihm\u00ebn e iluzionit; kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh t\u2019u ndryshosh ngjyr\u00ebn e qiellit njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb harrojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Tek shpifin e shajn\u00eb me autoritetin e mediokritetit dhe rast\u00ebsis\u00eb meskine q\u00eb i ka nxjerr\u00eb ata n\u00eb sken\u00eb, pushteti q\u00eb shpif dhe hedh balt\u00eb, ndodh q\u00eb ia dalin. Por kur asgj\u00eb nuk v\u00ebrtetohet dhe balta e hedhur p\u00ebr tjetrin bie mbi fytyrat e tyre, pushtetar\u00ebt buz\u00ebqeshin si aktor\u00eb tragjedish dhe shpirtrat e tyre rr\u00ebz\u00ebllejn\u00eb prej hakmarrjes s\u00eb ardhshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e tjetrit: \u201cNe jemi k\u00ebtu, votues t\u00eb mjer\u00eb. Ju keni nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ne, nj\u00eblloj si ne dim\u00eb t\u00eb fitojm\u00eb dhe vjedhim votat tuaja edhe kur g\u00ebnjejm\u00eb, edhe kur shtypim, edhe kur mohojm\u00eb, edhe kur rrezatojm\u00eb neveri.
