Berisha duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb konsultuar me Bash\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019ia toleruar formalisht deklarat\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa zonja Topalli ka reaguar shum\u00eb eg\u00ebr n\u00eb mjediset e brendshme t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb ndaj deklarat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb deklarata e Bash\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga startet e forta t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs elektorale. Basha e ka marr\u00eb vendimin bazuar n\u00eb sondazhe ku diferenca mes tij dhe Ram\u00ebs shum\u00ebfishohej sidomos n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kur flitej p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimin ndaj Piramid\u00ebs. Tani jemi para nj\u00eb debati t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm shum\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb, n\u00ebse Basha rrezikon apo fiton m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga kjo deklarat\u00eb.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e vij\u00ebs s\u00eb ashp\u00ebr n\u00eb PD dhe sidomos ish t\u00eb persekutuarit politik\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb nga kolonat kryesore t\u00eb asaj partie, ndjehen shum\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb indoktrinuar pak dhe nga argumentet populiste t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs mbi dobin\u00eb e prishjes s\u00eb Piramid\u00ebs bile m\u00eb 20 Shkurt, ata natyrisht q\u00eb jan\u00eb tronditur nga qasja t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e ndryshme e Bash\u00ebs ndaj k\u00ebtij debati. Po ashtu t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitur me t\u00eb jan\u00eb dhe gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit drejtues t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, t\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr tre muaj rresht n\u00eb debate p\u00ebr prishjen e saj. Por zonja Toaplli ka nj\u00eb krye-arsye t\u00eb jet\u00eb e t\u00ebrbuar, pasi ajo kaloi nga fjala n\u00eb vepra dhe b\u00ebri nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb parlamentare dhe administrative p\u00ebr prishjen e saj dhe nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb kompleksi modern parlamentar shum\u00eb t\u00eb kushtuesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, gjith\u00e7ka duket krejt e pamundur p\u00ebr tu prap\u00ebsuar vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb Bash\u00ebs. Burime nga zyra e zonj\u00ebs Topalli b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se ajo ka pasur nj\u00eb debat t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb kompromis q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb mos shfaqet para kamerave p\u00ebr disa dit\u00eb derisa media t\u00eb mos e pyes\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo q\u00eb duket m\u00eb e besueshme \u00ebsht\u00eb se Basha nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto llogari kur ka b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb deklarat\u00eb. Ai nuk ka llogaritur se sa i fyen ish t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurit brenda partis\u00eb tij, apo ata q\u00eb realisht besojn\u00eb se ajo duhet prishur pasi si\u00e7 u ka th\u00ebn\u00eb dhe Berisha, ka qen\u00eb e projektuar p\u00ebr varr t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. Basha sipas gjith\u00eb gjasave e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb injoruar dhe pastaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur n\u00eb er\u00eb vrullin me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn zonja Topalli ka nj\u00eb muaj q\u00eb flet p\u00ebrdit\u00eb p\u00ebr piramid\u00ebn dhe Kuvendin.<\/p>\n<p>Qysh nga prania e saj gazmore n\u00eb debatin Rama-Berisha p\u00ebr Piramid\u00ebn, dhe deri para nj\u00eb jave, ajo ka qen\u00eb protagonistja e mbajtjes gjall\u00eb t\u00eb debatit mbi prishjen e Piramid\u00ebs dhe nd\u00ebrtimin e parlamentit. Sikur t\u00eb mos mjaftonte kjo, vet\u00ebm dy jav\u00eb para fushat\u00ebs ajo e shnd\u00ebrroi zyr\u00ebn e saj n\u00eb vend pelegrinazhi p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, student\u00ebt dhe pensionist\u00ebt demokrat\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vizituar maketet e vizatuara t\u00eb parlamentit t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj nj\u00eb jav\u00eb para fushat\u00ebs ajo u p\u00ebrfshi n\u00eb polemika publike me liderin e opozit\u00ebs dhe shtypin, p\u00ebrshi gazet\u00ebn ton\u00eb p\u00ebr faktin se ajo kishte parazgjedhur fituesin. Ne ju referuam nj\u00eb gazete vjeneze q\u00eb kishte njoftuar qysh m\u00eb 12 mars fituesin e tenderit t\u00eb parlamentit t\u00eb ri dhe zonja Topalli nuk p\u00ebrtoi t\u00eb d\u00ebrgonte njer\u00ebz n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb dhe ta detyronte gazetarin t\u00eb shpjegonte dhe rishkruante shkrimin, duke theksuar se ai kishte njoftuar pjes\u00ebmarrjen e tij si fitues i sigurt, por jo fitoren e tij.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto detaje t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb saj publike mbajn\u00eb realisht n\u00ebn terror kandidatin Basha, i cili kishte n\u00eb dor\u00eb sondazhe t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr impaktin publik t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn zonja Topalli po e b\u00ebnte fakt t\u00eb kryer. \u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo luft\u00eb e eg\u00ebr mes tyre, dhe kjo paranoj\u00eb e Bash\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb veprimtari publike t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme kund\u00ebr fushat\u00ebs s\u00eb tij q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se analizat reale t\u00eb tronditjes s\u00eb elektoratit t\u00eb vet, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb at\u00eb deklarat\u00eb, e cila po rezulton sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore, pasi nuk po mb\u00ebshtetet as nga Berisha, as nga Topalli.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se brenda PD-s\u00eb Basha po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb fushat\u00eb me strukturat e veta paralele me PD, me shtabin e vet elektoral, q\u00eb s\u2019ka lidhje me PD-n\u00eb tradicionale, por \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb shumic\u00eb me njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dikur pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb majt\u00ebs kund\u00ebr PD-s\u00eb, bile dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb stafit t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2007. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr shihet qart\u00eb se ka nj\u00eb mosangazhim t\u00eb fort\u00eb t\u00eb drejtuesve aktual\u00eb t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jo pa qes\u00ebndi u thon\u00eb militant\u00ebve se Basha i ka pun\u00ebt n\u00eb rregull, ka \u201csjell\u00eb partin\u00eb e tij\u201d dhe \u201cdo t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ndarje e fort\u00eb mes tyre, dhe paranoja e tij se beteja p\u00ebr Kuvendin e ri b\u00ebhej p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur at\u00eb n\u00eb er\u00eb dhe jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb parlament, duket se kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shkaqet kryesore t\u00eb deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb Bash\u00ebs. Edhe pse Berisha mund t\u2019i ket\u00eb miratuar nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje taktike p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb tani n\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb pasi kan\u00eb kaluar tre dit\u00eb dhe ideja m\u00eb e guximshme e Bash\u00ebs nuk ka asnj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje.
