Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb opozita shqiptare q\u00eb ka frik\u00ebn e qen\u00ebsishme se gjith\u00e7ka do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb fars\u00eb nga ana e pushtetit t\u00eb fokusuar n\u00eb marrjen e nj\u00eb fitoreje si gurin e fundit p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar betej\u00ebn gati dyvje\u00e7are t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr transparenc\u00ebn e munguar t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 28 qershorit 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb qeveria dhe agjencit\u00eb e saj, t\u00eb zhytura para kohe n\u00eb fushat\u00eb, nj\u00eblloj si dy vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb jo thjesht mandatet e pushtetit vendor &#8220;p\u00ebr qytetarin&#8221;, si\u00e7 ka edhe sloganin elektoral, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisur e qet\u00eb dhe me pushtet edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb madh pas 8 majit 2011. Mes tyre, por duke anuar haptazi nga pushteti qendror, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicion aspak p\u00ebr t&#8217;u p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur nga votuesit shqiptar\u00eb, gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer nga deformimet zgjedhore, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e komunitetit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, q\u00eb jan\u00eb konsideruar si garant\u00ebt e votimeve t\u00eb ndershme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebrball\u00eb makut\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb pushtetmbajt\u00ebsit p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka, me \u00e7far\u00ebdolloj \u00e7mimi dhe pa pyetur p\u00ebr kostot q\u00eb ka vendi.<\/p>\n<p>Negociator\u00ebt e d\u00ebshtuar t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs dyvje\u00e7are n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, OSBE dhe ambasador\u00ebt e fuqive per\u00ebndimore, prej koh\u00ebsh jan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pozicion delikat dhe aspak premtues p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe transparent. P\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverie q\u00eb nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb koncesion p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit q\u00eb, me gjith\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet, vet\u00ebm sa ka rip\u00ebrtypur d\u00ebshtimet p\u00ebr transparenc\u00ebn e munguar, faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb rrudhur vet\u00ebm te k\u00ebshillat demokratike ndaj qeveris\u00eb, leksioneve anti-bojkot ndaj opozit\u00ebs, por duke mos munguar t\u00eb shpreh\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen totale ndaj Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb r\u00ebndom nga pushteti \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer si mb\u00ebshtetje politike dhe morale p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sot, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb, faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm se \u00e7far\u00eb pasojash do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin, pas 8 majit 2011, n\u00ebse vijohet me trim\u00ebrimin e pushtetit qendror dhe intidimin e opozit\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar vendin drejt nj\u00eb fushate n\u00eb dukje demokratike, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00ebntok\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishin po ato gjirize kut\u00ebrbuese si t\u00eb zgjedhjeve parlamentare t\u00eb 28 qershorit 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Mendimi i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb krahut radikal t\u00eb majt\u00ebs shqiptare se agjenci si OSBE-ja jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pal\u00eb me pushtetin, mund t\u00eb mos i b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb saj n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, sepse shum\u00eb vende kan\u00eb konsiderata edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta p\u00ebr t\u00eb, por n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ajo ende mbetet nj\u00eb pushtet me influenc\u00eb n\u00eb sfidat zgjedhore dhe roli i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb vendos\u00ebs, sidomos me raportet paraprake dhe p\u00ebrfundimtare mbi zgjedhjet.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj, do t\u00eb ishte normale q\u00eb OSBE-ja dje p.sh., t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb reagim pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes mes PD-PS p\u00ebr zgjedhjet vendore t\u00eb 8 majit, kur kushti i vet\u00ebm i opozit\u00ebs ishte transparenca paszgjedhore. K\u00ebrkesa e opozit\u00ebs shqiptare nuk duhet par\u00eb si nj\u00eb kryene\u00e7\u00ebsi e radh\u00ebs e socialist\u00ebve, por si nj\u00eb shans i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e partive politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe i faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, q\u00eb 8 maji t\u00eb mos ishte 28 qershori, q\u00eb pushtetmbajt\u00ebsi t\u00eb ket\u00eb frik\u00eb t\u00eb ndyj\u00eb duart me votat e elektoratit dhe opozita t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb e qet\u00eb dhe e garantuar n\u00eb votime pa pasur si opsion rezerv\u00eb bojkotin dhe kund\u00ebrshtimin e rezultatit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkesa e opozit\u00ebs do t&#8217;i vlente pik\u00ebs\u00ebpari qeveris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrs\u00ebriste skandalet me listat zgjedhore dhe deformimin e vullnetit t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve, si\u00e7 edhe po ndodh nga Tirana deri n\u00eb fshatrat m\u00eb t\u00eb humbur, sepse kjo do ta \u00e7onte p\u00ebrfundimisht drejt rrug\u00ebs pa kthim, inkriminimin e procesit elektoral t\u00eb radh\u00ebs, i cili do t\u00eb kishte pasoja fatale p\u00ebr integrimin e vendit n\u00eb strukturat europiane, si\u00e7 paralajm\u00ebroi dje baronesha Ashton.<\/p>\n<p>Axhenda politike si ajo e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsndihm\u00ebs Sekretarit amerikan t\u00eb Shtetit p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr Azin\u00eb, Tomas Kantrimen, dje n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb mjaftohen me sigurin\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs se: &#8220;procesi zgjedhor i 8 majit do t\u00eb njoh\u00eb standardet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb transparenc\u00ebs&#8221;, por ato duhen konkretizuar n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje politike mes pal\u00ebve, marr\u00ebveshje e cila po dje u refuzua nga partia e Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dy vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, pak dit\u00eb para zgjedhjeve parlamentare, ish-ambasadori i OSBE-s\u00eb, Robert Bosch, dhe ish-ambasadori amerikan, Xhon Uithers, kishin apeluar: &#8220;Mos p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisni praktikat manipuluese t\u00eb s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Sot e dy vite mbi procesin e sapo nisur p\u00ebr zgjedhjet vendore, sillet hija e zez\u00eb e 28 qershorit, ndaj do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb von\u00eb nes\u00ebr q\u00eb garant\u00ebt e huaj t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb mos dilnin dhe t\u00eb apelonin, duke ndihmuar realisht n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen paraelektorale se: &#8220;Pas 8 majit nuk do t&#8217;i thuhet m\u00eb derrit daj\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arben Rrozhani, 02.04.2011 Pes\u00eb jav\u00eb para mbajtjes s\u00eb zgjedhjeve vendore t\u00eb 8 majit, procesi \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00ebrish i komprometuar dhe n\u00eb hijen e p\u00ebrhershme t\u00eb manipulimeve dhe t\u00eb paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb.
