Ose m\u00eb mir\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohuni, sepse sot t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr ju n\u00eb zyra publike, jan\u00eb n\u00eb shesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar procesverbalet e drejtuesve t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb idhtar\u00eb t\u00eb \u201chersh\u00ebm\u201d t\u00eb kryeministrit.<\/p>\n<p>Sot administrata shqiptare pushon, t\u00eb festoj\u00eb p\u00ebr arritjet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj qeverie. \u201cNe\u201d si\u00e7 thon\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb posterat mureve e flet\u00ebpalosjet e futura n\u00ebn dyer, do t\u00eb festojm\u00eb liberalizimin e (e paarritur) t\u00eb vizave, hyrjen n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian (kur?) dhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb standardesh t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb padukshme edhe k\u00ebto, por q\u00eb qeveria ka premtuar q\u00eb do t\u2019i arrij\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk thot\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr premtimin e madh me interes mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushate, uj\u00eb e drita 24 or\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do shqiptar, por ndoshta kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb tep\u00ebr e vog\u00ebl dhe leht\u00ebsisht e arritshme. Nga t\u00eb gjitha festimet q\u00eb premtojn\u00eb flet\u00ebpalosjet, vet\u00ebm ai i NATOs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, megjith\u00ebse menduam q\u00eb u festua aq sa \u201cmjaftonte\u201d p\u00ebr fushat\u00ebn paraelektorale t\u00eb kryeministrit. Por mbase jo.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk po ndalojm\u00eb tek problemet politike e ekonomike n\u00eb vend q\u00eb do t\u00eb diktonin shtyrjen e fest\u00ebs, jo, jo, me ato jemi m\u00ebsuar sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb kemi kryeminist\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb kemi. E dim\u00eb mir\u00eb ne tani, e kemi m\u00ebsuar nga eksperienca, e nj\u00ebjta p\u00ebr 19 vite, pavar\u00ebsisht koh\u00ebs apo historis\u00eb, q\u00eb kryeministri i tash\u00ebm e i shkuar i k\u00ebtij tranzicionit ton\u00eb pa fund a krye ka nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb zjarrt\u00eb t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn me zhurmat false q\u00eb prodhon makina e tij e propagand\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>E k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb po b\u00ebn edhe sot, me administrat\u00ebn e huazuar nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb shesh, duke shpresuar q\u00eb ata t\u00eb harrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet q\u00eb ju detyrohet shteti k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb hipnotizohen nga festa n\u00eb shesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb harruar edhe gjith\u00eb hallet e tjera q\u00eb r\u00ebndojn\u00eb n\u00eb der\u00ebn e gjithkujt, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 disa pak dyerve p\u00ebrbri asaj t\u00eb kryeministrit e familjes s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto i dinim t\u00eb gjitha, apo m\u00eb mir\u00eb i m\u00ebsuam gjat\u00eb asaj fushate q\u00eb hyri n\u00eb xhepat e gjithkujt p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb pushtet. Ajo q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se si xhan\u00ebm arrit\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret i gjith\u00eb aparati shtet\u00ebror, buxheti, mjetet dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur sheshe p\u00ebr llogari t\u00eb pushtetit?<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb kur filluam t\u00eb themi se \u00ebsht\u00eb normale kjo, p\u00ebr ne q\u00eb aspirojm\u00eb e adhurojm\u00eb t\u00eb hyjm\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, q\u00eb shteti ta (keq)p\u00ebrdor\u00eb administrat\u00ebn t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, pa asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim, p\u00ebr llogari t\u00eb impresioneve e zhurmave q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb kryeministri p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbytur zem\u00ebrimin e opozit\u00ebs nga zgjedhjet e vjedhura? Kur u b\u00eb e zakonshme t\u00eb pushohen njer\u00ebz tek t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb investuar miliona lek\u00eb publik\u00eb vet\u00ebm sepse nuk u paraqit\u00ebn n\u00eb shesh p\u00ebrpara drejtuesit n\u00eb or\u00ebn e duhur p\u00ebr apelin? Ndoshta q\u00eb kur u zgjodh Berisha her\u00ebn e par\u00eb; ne nuk mund t\u00eb kishim harruar aq shpejt! Apo ndoshta edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur filluam t\u00eb mos pyesim p\u00ebrse ky apo ai internoheshin dhe d\u00ebnoheshin p\u00ebr krime t\u00eb paem\u00ebrta, u nxinim fytyrat n\u00eb albume apo libra dhe vazhdonim t\u00eb admironim liderin.<\/p>\n<p>E megjithat\u00eb festa n\u00eb shesh vazhdon si lajtmotiv i arritjeve t\u00eb paarritura t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb. M\u00ebsues e mjek\u00eb, tatimor\u00eb e diplomat\u00eb, roje e drejtor\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb shesh. Para disa dit\u00ebsh u shp\u00ebrndan\u00eb edhe flet\u00ebpalosje, banderola, postera e ftesa p\u00ebr mitingun t\u00eb stampuara me paret e kushedi kujt (tonat besoj). Makinat me autoparlant\u00eb e flamur\u00eb PD-je (taksat tona paguajn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr to) bu\u00e7asin n\u00eb emrin e kryeministrit e arritjet e tij. Edhe k\u00ebto i kemi hasur m\u00eb par\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa bu\u00e7iste \u201cShqip\u00ebria po ndryshon\u201d n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00eb e bulevarde elektorale. N\u00ebse ky \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshimi, p\u00ebrdorimi i fondeve publike p\u00ebr festa rrug\u00ebve apo dhunim administrate, a \u00ebsht\u00eb ky ndryshimi q\u00eb prisnim e shpresonim ne, pavar\u00ebsisht ngjyrimit t\u00eb tij?<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e sotmja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb historike p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetor i ngjarjes historike kur populli i k\u00ebtij vendi u vu pas nj\u00eb grupi student\u00ebsh p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar e p\u00ebrmbysur nj\u00eb pushtet tiran i cili po shkelte qytetar\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat e tyre. 8 Dhjetori \u00ebsht\u00eb dita p\u00ebr t\u00eb kujtuar student\u00ebt, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha vlerat p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat ata u ngrit\u00ebn, munges\u00ebn e demokracis\u00eb, abuzimin me pushtetin n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, munges\u00ebn e lirive dhe pluralizmit dhe mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aspiratat Per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb tyre. Sot, 19 vite m\u00eb von\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa kujtohemi edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb se sa larg ende jemi nga ato aspirata t\u00eb thjeshta, ia vlen t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb ku kemi arritur.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb turma e mbledhur me dhun\u00ebn financiare q\u00eb vet\u00ebm ky lloj shteti mund t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb na tregon se jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk kemi ecur p\u00ebrpara, por ndoshta jemi kthyer pas. Sepse nd\u00ebrsa disa festojn\u00eb pa g\u00ebzim p\u00ebr buk\u00ebn e goj\u00ebs nd\u00ebrsa punojn\u00eb n\u00eb shtet, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt shohin me keqardhje se aspiratat p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat u luftua komunizmi dje, jan\u00eb peng t\u00eb tranzicionit e disa ish-\u00ebve sot. Dhe derisa administrata, shteti e pushtetet t\u00eb jen\u00eb peng t\u00eb nj\u00eb familjeje apo nj\u00eb njeriu, ne do t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb peng.
