Protesta degradoi pak or\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb dhun\u00eb, pas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb vrar\u00eb kat\u00ebr djem t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, nj\u00ebri prej tyre nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i dashur politik p\u00ebr rinin\u00eb studentore, Arben Broci. U dogj\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb dhe godina e Komitetit t\u00eb Partis\u00eb, Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb Brendshme dhe disa makina policie.<\/p>\n<p>Gjyqi ndaj k\u00ebsaj ngjarje ka qen\u00eb i menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm dhe ka arritur t\u00eb faj\u00ebsoj\u00eb p\u00ebr vrasjen s\u00eb paku kat\u00ebr zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme, p\u00ebrfshi z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministrat operacional\u00eb t\u00eb saj. Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm i asaj kohe, Gramoz Ru\u00e7i, i cili n\u00eb momentin e ngjarjes ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ka d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb gjyq n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, pasi ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjeje n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngarkuar politike, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur fajtor. Pra, rreth vrasjeve pati nj\u00eb gjykim dhe natyrisht nj\u00eb konspiracion. Gjykimi ishte ai q\u00eb ishte, nd\u00ebrsa konspiracioni b\u00ebnte pun\u00ebn e vet, duke faj\u00ebsuar dhe PD-n\u00eb q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrdorur k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje p\u00ebr eliminime t\u00eb brendshme, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ngjan nj\u00eb marr\u00ebzi.<\/p>\n<p>20 vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb Sali Berisha shkoi s\u00ebrish n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Akuzoi p\u00ebr vrasjen Ramiz Alin\u00eb e Gramoz Ru\u00e7in dhe theksoi se \u00ebndrra e \u201cd\u00ebshmor\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar\u201d. Nuk dua t\u00eb merrem me retorik\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr \u00ebndrrat e atyre djemve, q\u00eb u vran\u00eb duke protestuar t\u00eb zem\u00ebruar, por di t\u00eb them q\u00eb 20 vjet m\u00eb pas, m\u00eb 21 Janar, n\u00eb Bulevardin \u201cD\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Kombit\u201d, u vran\u00eb po kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb demonstrate ku qytetar\u00ebt e zem\u00ebruar sulmuan me gur\u00eb dhe shkopinj policin\u00eb. Dhuna ishte ku e ku m\u00eb pak se ajo e 2 Prillit t\u00eb vitit 1991.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 2 Prill 1991, Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb momentin e vrasjes n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje me Ramiz Alin\u00eb, m\u00eb 21 janar 2011, Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb zyr\u00eb m\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebn, por vet\u00ebm dhjet\u00eb metra larg demonstruesve, duke komanduar operacionin kund\u00ebr tyre. Edhe sikur Sali Berisha mos ta banalizonte gjakun e Arben Brocit dhe tre t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dje m\u00eb 2 Prill, duke theksuar se \u00ebndrra e tyre u realizua, pra edhe n\u00ebse do ishte korrekt me d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e 2 Prillit, ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb korrekt me historin\u00eb dhe kriteret q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ai dhe Lul\u00ebzim Basha  me k\u00ebt\u00eb kriter jan\u00eb vras\u00ebsit direkt t\u00eb kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Bulevardin D\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Kombit m\u00eb 21 Janar. Edhe ata qytetar\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj si ata m\u00eb 2 Prill 1991 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr protestuan p\u00ebr vjedhjen e zgjedhjeve, por dhe p\u00ebr vjedhjen e xhepave t\u00eb tyre nga  ciklop\u00ebt e pangopur, q\u00eb strehohen n\u00eb shpell\u00ebn e Sali Berish\u00ebs, me bllok n\u00eb dor\u00eb, duke num\u00ebruar parat\u00eb. Pra, nj\u00ebsoj si m\u00eb 2 prill 1991, kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb u vran\u00eb p\u00ebr vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr lirit\u00eb  e tyre t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb dhunuara.<\/p>\n<p>Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm dhe kryeministri nuk kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje pas k\u00ebsaj, dhe jan\u00eb mburrur se kan\u00eb drejtuar vrasjet nga zyra. M\u00eb tep\u00ebr akoma, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk i kan\u00eb shpallur akoma d\u00ebshmor\u00eb ata qytetar\u00eb dinjitoz\u00eb q\u00eb dhan\u00eb gjakun p\u00ebr lirit\u00eb tona, por nj\u00eb prej bandit\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin po digjet Shqip\u00ebria, i ka quajtur dhe kok\u00ebpalar\u00eb. Kjo hipokrizi e madhe me historin\u00eb dhe bilancin e  saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt m\u00eb 2 Prill.  Berisha duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb s\u00eb paku p\u00ebr 21 Janarin nj\u00eb proces aq t\u00eb mang\u00ebt sa i 2 prillit 1991, t\u00eb burgos\u00eb s\u00eb paku kat\u00ebr zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb policis\u00eb si\u00e7 u burgos\u00ebn at\u00ebher\u00eb, dhe pastaj t\u00eb krahasoj\u00eb veten me Ramiz Alin\u00eb dhe Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn me Gramoz Ru\u00e7in.<\/p>\n<p>Fatkeq\u00ebsisht Basha \u00ebsht\u00eb sot n\u00eb pozita shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija mbrojt\u00ebse nga sa ishte Gramoz Ru\u00e7i m\u00eb 1991 dhe Berisha shum\u00eb m\u00eb i implikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vrasje nga sa ishte pushteti kufom\u00eb i Ramiz Alis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1991. Ai kujton se mbrohet duke krahasuar hierarkit\u00eb e dy vrasjeve t\u00eb ngjashme politike. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb vet\u00ebakuzohen. Dy t\u00eb par\u00ebt jan\u00eb gjykuar mir\u00eb apo keq, dhe kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb gjyq, ai dhe Lul\u00ebzim Basha kan\u00eb 6 vite q\u00eb i fshihen drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb krimet q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb bashk\u00eb, q\u00eb nga vjedhjet n\u00eb Kalimash, nga shitja e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb detit Greqis\u00eb deri tek vrasjet m\u00eb 21 janar.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe e frikshme \u00ebsht\u00eb se Berisha mendon q\u00eb duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr dosjet e Lul\u00ebzim  Bash\u00ebs, i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb atij imunitet t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u gjykuar, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr tu akuzuar. Por meq\u00eb jemi tek Gramoz Ru\u00e7i dhe Ramiz Alia, Sali Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb tek standardi i tyre. T\u00eb gjykohet bashk\u00eb \u2018<em>dh\u00ebndrin e ri n\u00eb politik\u00eb\u2019<\/em>, p\u00ebr k\u00ebto kat\u00ebr vrasje dhe t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb burg gjith\u00eb hierarkin\u00eb komanduese t\u00eb asaj dite.
