Prandaj, kur ne fillim te viteve 1990-te u ba mode qe gjithkush qe kerkonte te gjente paralele midis nderrimit te sistemit e periudhave te tjera ne historine e shqiptareve, periudha te ciles iu drejtuan shumica ishte ajo e midis dy lufterave boterore.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo periudhe dhe figurat qendrore te jetes kulturore e ideologjike te saj u kthyen ne etalonet kryesore per te matur sjelljen.  Nder autoret e shumte citoheshin me se shumti antishqiptare e antikombetare te markave te ndryshme si Branko Merxhani apo Giuseppe Valentini, mercenare jenicere si Faik Konica, e mbi te gjitha Fan Noli.<\/p>\n<p>Ne vecanti, shume individe shihnin tek argumenti i Nolit mbi pese anarkite, nje perseritje te tyre ne nje periudhe tjeter historike te popullit shqiptar. N\u00eb nj\u00eb fjalim te tijin n\u00eb vitet 1920, duke p\u00ebrshkruar kaosin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin gjendej shoq\u00ebria e atehershme shqiptare, Noli flet mbi pese anarkite. Se pari sipas tij, ishte anarkia fetare, me kater fe qe nuk kane zene rrenje ne zemren e nje populli pagan.<\/p>\n<p>Se dyti, Noli flet per nje anarki sociale, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku nuk kishte qartesi mbi shtresat e interesat e tyre ne shoqeri. Se treti kemi nje anarki morale ku sundon injoranca e poshtesia. Se katerti, ka nje anarki patriotike sepse tradhetaret shiten si patriote e sherbetoret e te huajve mburren si shtetformues. Ne fund, Noli flet per anarkine e boshllekun e idealeve e te vlerave si pengesen kryesore per ndertimin e nje shteti modern.<\/p>\n<p>Paradoksi k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb deri dje flisnin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb paraleliz\u00ebm me te shkuar\u00ebn sot kan\u00eb heshtur. Edhe m\u00eb keq, t\u00eb pes\u00eb anarkit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat flet Noli nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim i gjendjes n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ishin shqiptar\u00ebt.  Edhe nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim i p\u00ebrcipt\u00eb i gjendjes t\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb ndjehesh tejet i shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr fatin e k\u00ebtij populli dhe p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn ku jan\u00eb nisur shqiptar\u00ebt. Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kaosi i gjendjes q\u00eb na lan\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kaos q\u00eb e kemi krijuar e ushqyer vet\u00eb. Shteti shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendjen e nj\u00eb kaosi t\u00eb q\u00ebllimt\u00eb totalitar. T\u00eb gjitha anarkit\u00eb e p\u00ebrmendura nga Noli jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme, shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mprehta e cka \u00ebsht\u00eb me e keqja t\u00eb kthyera n\u00eb sistem.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb drejtimin fetar, shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb nisur t\u00eb ecin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta, duke p\u00ebrqafuar fe, besime e ideologji q\u00eb vec i ndajn\u00eb e do ti ndajn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Feja po p\u00ebrdoret si instrumenti kryesor nga pal\u00ebt e interesuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb minuar e p\u00ebr t\u00eb shembur iden\u00eb e kombit. Feja po kthehet n\u00eb instrumentin kryesor t\u00eb identifikimit me grupe, kombe, e interesa t\u00eb cilat nuk kan\u00eb kurrgja t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me shqiptar\u00ebt. Shqiptar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb dikur pagan\u00eb apo n\u00eb sistemin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm ateist\u00eb por sot nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb. N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta e komb\u00ebtare, feja po b\u00ebhet boshti i identifikimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve. E p\u00ebrplasja midis mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve e besimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb feve t\u00eb ndryshme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e paevitueshme. M\u00eb e keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb se ajo paraqitet nga paria e Tiran\u00ebs si e evitueshme dhe n\u00ebn kontroll.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb anarkis\u00eb sociale, p\u00ebrzierja shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar n\u00eb vecanti, mbas viteve 1944 e n\u00eb vazhdim nuk ka l\u00ebn\u00eb rrug\u00eb e mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme e q\u00eb do ti mbroj\u00eb interesat e saj n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00ebse Noli shihte nj\u00eb popull ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb katundar\u00ebt ishin bejler\u00eb e agallar\u00eb, si thon\u00eb kolonjar\u00ebt \u201cdyzet bejler\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb ferr\u00eb,\u201d tash t\u00eb gjith\u00eb duan me cdo kusht t\u00eb jen\u00eb bejler\u00eb. E m\u00eb e keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb polarizimit t\u00eb q\u00ebllimt\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, paria sunduese ka punuar e punon sistematikisht q\u00eb t\u00eb polarizoj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb e keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri e mund\u00ebsive, paria e Tiran\u00ebs po punon q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri e skllev\u00ebrve t\u00eb saj. Mund\u00ebsit\u00eb ekonomike e t\u00eb pasurimit n\u00eb fillimet e tranzicionit, gjaku e djersa e humbur e miliona emigrant\u00ebve, krijuan p\u00ebrshtypjet e rreme se mund\u00ebsit\u00eb ishin p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Por ashtu si pritej, ngushtimi i mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb pasurimit po con n\u00eb ngushtimin e rrethit t\u00eb paris\u00eb sunduese. Me ngushtimin e mund\u00ebsive, edhe shteti, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs midis shtresave, \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb instrument t\u00eb past\u00ebr sundimi oligarkik t\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.  Shtres\u00ebzimi q\u00eb po ndodh mbulohet m\u00eb nj\u00eb cip\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00eb pasurimi t\u00eb shtresave mikroborgjeze, por  n\u00eb thelb, paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs i intereson q\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb bindjen se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb ashtu si iu thon\u00eb mjetet e saj t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb treti, anarkia e vlerave \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen tejet shqet\u00ebsues. N\u00eb shtetin shqiptar mbas viti 1990 u vendos diktatura e profesor\u00ebve t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm. Shpejt u pa se k\u00ebto konviktor\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb niveleve, edhe djemt\u00eb e Bllokut kishin jetuar si konviktor\u00eb n\u00eb mos n\u00eb vend, jasht\u00eb shtetit, ishin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb zhveshur t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht nga cdo vler\u00eb njer\u00ebzore e morale. N\u00eb se n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Nolit injoranti shitej se i dinte t\u00eb gjitha, sot, k\u00ebto ish-profesor\u00ebt konviktor\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, e p\u00ebrdorin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dijen q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur e q\u00eb e kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb manipuluar, zvet\u00ebnuar e shfryt\u00ebzuar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Posht\u00ebrsia e tyre e krimi q\u00eb e kan\u00eb kryer e q\u00eb e kryejn\u00eb me vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb plot\u00eb, nuk njeh kufinj. T\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb vegla t\u00eb nj\u00eb sstemi t\u00eb pashpirt, k\u00ebto nuk din\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vec t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb nj\u00eb system t\u00eb pashpirt e t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb injoranc\u00ebn, posht\u00ebrsin\u00eb, e veset m\u00eb t\u00eb ulta e t\u00eb ndyta. E nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr tu habitur q\u00eb piramida m\u00eb e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e edukimit.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, k\u00ebto njer\u00ebz t\u00eb zhveshur nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vlerat njer\u00ebzore kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb moralin e t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Ata shiten e blihen me cmimin e caktuar, ndrrojn\u00eb koalicione e parti, cka t\u00eb thon\u00eb sot nuk ta thon\u00eb nes\u00ebr si mos me ken\u00eb kurrgja. Sjellja e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb norma e sjelljes n\u00eb mbar\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. Ekstremet puqen, dhe sjellja e atyre q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishin modele vlerash nuk ndryshon askund nga sjellja e lumpenit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb nw vende tw tjera. Kjo q\u00eb na shitet p\u00ebr politik\u00eb dikund tjeter \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht sjellja e burgaxhijve t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar si hajna xhepash. Por edhe kjo zhveshje nga vlerat morale, dinjiteti, e njer\u00ebzia e ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebn e shpjegimin e vet tek synimi i paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb lidhur vet\u00ebm mbas interesave e t\u00eb terrorizuar p\u00ebr buk\u00ebn e goj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb kat\u00ebrti, n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb politikan\u00ebt jan\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb interesave joshqiptare. Duke e anatemuar iden\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, ata po ju b\u00ebjn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se aq, shitja e vendit dhe e interesave afatgjata shteteve t\u00eb interesuara, qysh nga t\u00eb drejtat, qytetaria, territori, interesat bankare, koncesionet e me rradh\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb prov\u00eb e padyshimt\u00eb se kjo anarki vlerash \u00ebsht\u00eb e q\u00ebllimt\u00eb. Patriotizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb virtyt i pacmuesh\u00ebm. Por kur horrat duan t\u00eb justifikohen me patriotizmin, at\u00ebher\u00eb patriotizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb streha e fundit e horrit. E kjo pari politike, nuk ka kurrfar\u00eb ndjenje patriotike. Ajo punon vec p\u00ebr veten e vet e p\u00ebr interesat e saj. Anarkia e vlerave iu sh\u00ebrben k\u00ebtyre interesave.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit e din\u00eb se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e mira e tyre, n\u00eb se vendosin t\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr kombin e p\u00ebr veten e tyre, at\u00ebher\u00eb, cka iu duhen k\u00ebto sundues??? Duke e ditur se ata nuk kan\u00eb vend n\u00eb nj\u00eb system t\u00eb drejt\u00eb shoq\u00ebror, paria punon me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00ebnyrat e metodat p\u00ebr t\u00eb eleminuar e asgj\u00ebsuar cdo ide kombetare e cdo p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb e sheh shtetin si nj\u00eb instrument t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Nj\u00eb shtet i fuqizuar e n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb armik p\u00ebr vdekje i paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund, anarkia e pest\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e vlerave. Paria e Tiran\u00ebs, konviktor\u00ebt e katundar\u00ebt e deridjesh\u00ebm, njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb kan\u00eb pritur me or\u00eb me hang\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrisk\u00eb buke, caj pa sheqer e pak marmalat\u00eb konvikteve, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur mos me pas\u00eb dashni p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkend. Edhe nj\u00ebr\u00ebzit q\u00eb punonin duke ngr\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb rrisk\u00eb buk\u00eb misri me uj\u00eb e sheqer kan\u00eb nj\u00eb uri materiale q\u00eb ua ngushton shikimin deri n\u00eb ekstrem. Si intelektual\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjitha niveleve, si t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, duhej t\u00eb zhvisheshin nga \u00e7do vler\u00eb njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr ti sh\u00ebrbyer sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte e mundur sistemit kriminal t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Sjellja e tyre i ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e tyre, dhe anarkia e vlerave e manifestuar n\u00eb dallkaukll\u00ebkun e luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur nj\u00eb karrike me cdo kusht e me cdo cmim, kthimi I k\u00ebsaj sjelljeje jot \u00eb moralshme n\u00eb norm\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj anarkie. E paria e Tiran\u00ebs, vepron k\u00ebshtu, jo pse nuk e din se ka rrug\u00eb e m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb tjera. Ajo e din se ka rrug\u00eb t\u00eb tjera. Por kjo anarki \u00ebsht\u00eb e q\u00ebllimt\u00eb sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb shikim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb si ky, duhet then\u00eb se n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje intensive p\u00ebr t\u00eb atomizuar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta transformuar edhe m\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb zhveshjes morale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku t\u00eb sundohet m\u00eb leht\u00eb p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes, dhe t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb sistemi shoq\u00ebror ku \u00e7do gj\u00eb e \u00e7do vler\u00eb e ka nj\u00eb \u00e7mim  material.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se e v\u00ebrteta e past\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb pes\u00eb anarkit\u00eb jan\u00eb pes\u00eb shtyllat e agjend\u00ebs politike t\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Kjo agjend\u00eb ndiqet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike, t\u00eb q\u00ebllimt\u00eb, pa asnj\u00eb m\u00ebdyshje e me vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb plot\u00eb nga ana e paris\u00eb sunduese. Arsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb dhe e thjesht\u00eb. E vetmja m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb sunduar e shfryt\u00ebzuar k\u00ebt\u00eb popull \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ky popull t\u00eb mbahet in perpetuum n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje anarkie totale e atomizimi t\u00eb thell\u00eb shoq\u00ebror. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendja q\u00eb asaj i shkon m\u00eb p\u00ebr shtat: gjendja e kaosit totalitar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga kjo anarki e nga ky kaos totalitar paraqitet sikur \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb aventuriz\u00ebm politik, papjekuri, moskuptim i realitetit apo i konjukturave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, apo edhe n\u00eb papajtueshm\u00ebri t\u00eb plot\u00eb me vlerat e sotme europiane. Paria e Tiran\u00ebs lufton me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00ebnyrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur interesat e saj.
