P\u00ebr\u00e7arja nd\u00ebrshqiptare, si fenomen, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm mos aft\u00ebsi e bashkimit t\u00eb prij\u00ebsve dhe popullit drejt\u00eb idealeve dhe q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta. P\u00ebr\u00e7arja tek ne, ka kaluar gjitha suazat e normales dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00eb nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsie kulturore, q\u00eb p\u00ebr pandehm\u00eb ka mend\u00ebsin\u00eb bizantine-orientale, q\u00eb s\u2019ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me synimet e proklamuara t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr integrim n\u00eb Familjen Per\u00ebndimore, ku dialogu, bashkimi, solidariteti jan\u00eb tipare qen\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u2019mos th\u00ebn\u00eb, p\u00ebr\u00e7arja te ne \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00eb mit, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs verb\u00ebrisht i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb apo edhe i besojn\u00eb shum\u00eb segmente shoq\u00ebrore brendashqiptare. Madje edhe prij\u00ebs politikan, njer\u00ebz t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs, qeveritar e diplomat ane e k\u00ebnd hap\u00ebsirave shqiptare, politik\u00ebn dhe angazhimet i nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb mbi p\u00ebr\u00e7arje, ndarje, selektime. Dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk shtrohet pyetja dhe s\u2019k\u00ebrkohet p\u00ebrgjigja, nga vjen gjith\u00eb ky sinrdrom rr\u00ebnues p\u00ebr t\u00eb tashmen ton\u00eb, e sidomos p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen ton\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019jemi t\u00eb bashkuar. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, aspak i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do nj\u00ebrin q\u00eb v\u00ebshtron, analizon dhe krahason zhvillimet e tanishme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri e hap\u00ebsirat tjera shqiptare, me ato t\u00eb kaluarat. K\u00ebshtu ishte situata edhe me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ton\u00eb. As n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, as n\u00eb dit\u00eb g\u00ebzimi, politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb, mediat tona, elitat (n\u00ebse i kemi) intelektuale s\u2019 i gjejm\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuara.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebrligj mendimin gjenial t\u00eb Faik Konic\u00ebs, se Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb histori gjithmon\u00eb vonohen, dhe se \u201carmiku m\u00eb i madh i shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb vetvetja\u201d. K\u00ebto mendime, n\u00eb shum\u00eb nivele, korrespondojn\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn q\u00eb pasqyron n\u00eb vete gjenda e brendshme shqiptare e tanishme, por edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn. Vet\u00ebm si shkak i p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes, ne kemi p\u00ebsuar sa e sa tragjedi, prej s\u00eb cilave asnj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019kemi nxjerr m\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n<p>Katharsis p\u00ebr ne mbete larg, i urryer, i pa nevojsh\u00ebm. Madje, p\u00ebr t\u00eb thelluar mjerimin e k\u00ebsaj gjendje, kjo p\u00ebr\u00e7arja jon\u00eb, k\u00ebrkon bashkimin e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, aty kur vihen ne shprehje interesat tona. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb e \u00e7uditshme, t\u00eb shihet sesi klasa politike e institucionale kosovare, k\u00ebrkon pa vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm kompromis mes vendeve bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr jet\u00ebsimin e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkaq s\u2019arrin kompromis t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje jetike.<\/p>\n<p>Madje as p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje elementare. E situata identike paraqitet edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Kjo, e gjendur n\u00eb tranzicion, n\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe institucione ka krijuar polaritete ekstreme. Qeveria shqiptare k\u00ebrkon miratim dhe agjitacion nga qeverit\u00eb per\u00ebndimore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e integrimit n\u00eb BE, nd\u00ebrsa brenda nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoi konsensusin minimal n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje jetike, apo n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb indirekte kontribuon kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre vlerave dhe kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre interesave.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja m\u00eb e komplikuar e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes paraqitet brenda spektrit politik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i cili vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb mjaft dramatike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e saj. Politika kosovare vazhdon me avazin e vjet\u00ebr. Duhet nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare (Amerikane kryesisht) me realizua unitet. Po ashtu duhet nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb e huaja q\u00eb t\u00eb arrihet nj\u00eb kompromis brenda faktorit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Kostoja e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ka p\u00ebr ekuivalenc\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mjer\u00eb ekonomike, nj\u00eb korrupsion n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, institucione larg t\u00eb qenit profesionale, nj\u00eb familjarizim n\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe institucione, e nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb demokratike, larg t\u00eb qenit e k\u00ebnaqshme. Dhe gjitha k\u00ebto, p\u00ebr klas\u00ebn ton\u00eb me \u00e7alime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha politike dhe intelektuale, s\u2019do t\u00eb thon\u00eb asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb avazin e tyre t\u00eb injoranc\u00ebs politike dhe loj\u00ebs me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha retorike e \u201cpatriotike\u201d, duke dhunuar vot\u00ebn e qytetarit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn assesi s\u2019 e kan\u00eb marr p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb abuzuar me t\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb stadi i kultur\u00ebs politike, q\u00eb mbetet larg nga t\u00eb qenit n\u00eb p\u00ebrkim me vlerat demokratike dhe civilizuese per\u00ebndimore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat flitet aq shum\u00eb k\u00ebtu, e p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk punohet fare.<\/p>\n<p>Popullit ton\u00eb si duket i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sindrom i rreziksh\u00ebm ndjenja e t\u00eb jetuarit n\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arje, n\u00ebnsht\u00ebrim, ndarje e dallime t\u00eb gjithfar\u00ebshme. N\u00eb mos nj\u00eb kancer vdekjeprur\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr po bluan shpirtin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Si rezultat i k\u00ebsaj, kemi prodhuar n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb tradhtar\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, emrat e s\u00eb cil\u00ebve do jen\u00eb t\u00eb panevojsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebto opinione. Si rezultat i k\u00ebsaj jemi i vetmi popull n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk kemi unifikim historis\u00eb dhe trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Madje, as heroin e p\u00ebrmasa bot\u00ebrore Gjergj Kastriotin s\u2019e vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj. Po t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb m\u00eb tutje me shembuj, ne nuk kemi p\u00ebr model t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat figura komb\u00ebtare, nuk kemi unifikim t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs (\u00e7\u00ebshtje kjo q\u00eb ka mjaft nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr diskutim), nuk kemi nj\u00eb histori unike, nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb pranueshme t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht. Ne nuk e shohim t\u00eb ardhmen ton\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj. Pra ne jemi t\u00eb cop\u00ebtuar.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe cop\u00ebtimin, \u00e7\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb tragjikja, ju atribuojm\u00eb tjer\u00ebve: asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk na shkon mendja t\u00eb kthejm\u00eb gishtin tregues nga vetja, t\u00eb vet\u00ebrr\u00ebfehemi me vet\u00ebn ton\u00eb p\u00ebr gabimet dhe t\u00eb metat tona, kundruall vet\u00ebs e historis\u00eb son\u00eb. P\u00ebr ne, gabimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i huaj, nd\u00ebrkaq falja \u00ebsht\u00eb turp. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proverb q\u00eb thot\u00eb, t\u00eb gabosh \u00ebsht\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, por t\u00eb jetosh n\u00eb gabime \u00ebsht\u00eb djall\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>Ne shpeshher\u00eb jemi t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr gabimet q\u00eb i kemi kundrejt historis\u00eb, por nuk kemi kurajo t\u00eb mos i p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisim, e vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb gabime. Nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen ton\u00eb mbi mashtrime, g\u00ebnjeshtra t\u00eb vetvetes, interesa bejler\u00ebsh, e q\u00ebllime bajraktar\u00ebsh. Ne duhet t\u00eb form\u00ebsojm\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen mbi t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e ndritshme e jo sajime e gjithfarshme q\u00eb s\u2019p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb binom i shenjt\u00eb i \u00e7do kombi t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim, duhet shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb t\u2019i jepet nj\u00eb shpirt i mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Problematika n\u00eb fjal\u00eb sipas mendimtarit t\u00eb madh Dr. Krist Malokit<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cLufta e ardhme asht luft\u00eb e djal\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare kundra anmikut n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb vet, asht luft\u00eb mendsie krijuese kundra anmikut destruktiv, asht luft\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptimi drite kundra nj\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptimi errsine, asht lufta e okcidentalizm\u00ebs shqiptare kundra orientalizm\u00ebs shqiptare\u201d shkruan Krist\u00eb Maloki n\u00eb eseun e famsh\u00ebm \u201cOreitnal apo okcidenta?\u201d. Ky soli i njeriut \u00ebsht\u00eb orientali shqiptar n\u00eb mend\u00ebsi e mentalitet. Duke mos i dhun\u00eb kualifikim religjioz, sepse ky soj njeriu gjendet kudo, edhe nd\u00ebr shqiptar q\u00eb shtir\u00ebn si oksidental.<\/p>\n<p>Nisur nga fakti se kombi kishte plag\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha shpirt\u00ebrore, q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet pushtimit anadollak, At\u00eb Gjergj Fishta i madh thoshte se p\u00ebrderisa sa s\u2019 i japim kombit nj\u00eb shpirt oksidental n\u00eb mend\u00ebsi, nuk mund t\u00eb pritet p\u00ebrparimi i kombit. K\u00ebt\u00eb mendim t\u00eb Fisht\u00ebs, e sforcon p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb analize mikroskopike n\u00eb shpirtin dhe psikologjin\u00eb shqiptare Krist Maloku.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja e jounitetit, p\u00ebr\u00e7arjeve ka di\u00e7ka t\u00eb dimensioneve etno-psikologjike. K\u00ebto n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb brilante i shkoqiti profesori dhe intelektuali i kalibrit europian Krist\u00eb Maloki, n\u00eb eset\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn e shqiptarit. Diskutimi n\u00eb fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e debateve t\u00eb shumta q\u00eb u zhvilluan, n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb ndritshme t\u00eb emancipimit t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs son\u00eb (vitet 30-t\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>Duke analizuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e kombit n\u00eb suaza t\u00eb dallimeve, ky dijetar b\u00ebn nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb antropologjike dhe psikologjike dy kategorive kulturore, shqiptar\u00ebve me prirje orientale dhe oksidentale. E, njeriu me prirje orientale, p\u00ebr \u00e7udi del sot gjithandej n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, n\u00eb kultur\u00eb, e ku jo gjetiu, pa asnj\u00eb ndryshim nga ai q\u00eb na jepte Maloku para m\u00eb se shtat\u00eb dekadave. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebmadh e retorik\u00eb p\u00ebr atdheun, t\u00eb cilin aspak nuk e ndihmon, por e dhunon, e shfryt\u00ebzon pa fije turpi.<br \/>\nPyetjes s\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00ebse ka ose s\u2019ka ideale njeriu yn\u00eb publik, p\u00ebrgjigja e Malokit sjell pyetjen, \u00e7far\u00eb jan\u00eb k\u00ebto ideale? Idealet q\u00eb i ka tipi i orientalit shqiptar, i ka p\u00ebr vete, jo p\u00ebr tjer\u00ebt. Ato i ruan p\u00ebr gjithfar\u00eb interesash, por jo p\u00ebr interesa madhore q\u00eb lidh\u00ebn me kombin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, cil\u00ebsia e par\u00eb q\u00eb triumfon, si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrbind\u00ebsh, brenda portretit t\u00eb njeriut ton\u00eb publik, mbetet fakti se ai ka ideale t\u00eb sofistikuara p\u00ebr kulltuk, p\u00ebr pushtet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ushtruar manipulimin, mashtrimin kund\u00ebr \u00e7do gjej\u00eb q\u00eb lidhet me p\u00ebrparimin. Portreti i orientalit shqiptar, ideal sublim ka kolltukun (karrigia), p\u00ebr t\u00eb sunduar dhe abuzuar me tjer\u00ebt: b\u00ebhet kur e do nevoja patriot (pa pasur as m\u00eb t\u00eb vogl\u00ebn vet\u00ebdije si konceptohet patrioti dhe \u00e7do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb jesh patriot), b\u00ebhet kur e do puna tradhtar, pa e ditur t\u00eb ligat q\u00eb ja sjell vendit t\u00eb tij, popullit t\u00eb tij, vet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe, m\u00eb tutje, orientali shqiptar kur e do puna b\u00ebhet bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u2019i ec kungulli mbi uj, dhe t\u2019i funksionojn\u00eb telat e karadyzenit. Njeriu i koh\u00ebs son\u00eb, sipas analiz\u00ebs s\u00eb mendimtarit t\u00eb madh: \u00ebsht\u00eb kryek\u00ebput shkat\u00ebrrimtar, rr\u00ebnimtar, asht destruktiv\u2026dhe bashkohet me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt si njata ujqit q\u00eb vihen s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb pre\u2026porse edhe si njata ujq q\u00eb shkyejn shokun e vet, kur t\u00eb dob\u00ebsohet apo plagoset udh\u00ebs. Dhe ky njeri ashtu sikur n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn edhe tash jet\u00ebn e ka sipas thanj\u00ebs s\u00eb famshme: \u201ckudo rafsha, mos u vrafsha\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe po vazhdoj t\u00eb citoj t\u00eb mendimtarin e madh kur thot\u00eb s\u00eb vendi ku ushqehet dha majet ky soj njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb Atdheu. Por jo pse e don, por sepse e shfryt\u00ebzon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb barbare, pa m\u00ebshir\u00eb, ashtu sikurse njer\u00ebzit tan\u00eb publik. Mu ashtu sikur sot shum\u00eb syresh. Dhe ky soj njeriu si ushujz\u00eb ngjitet trupit kolektiv dhe shoq\u00ebror, ja thith\u00eb gjakun pa asnj\u00eb droj\u00eb e skrupull. Ky nj\u00ebri, m\u00eb tej, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb turp\u00ebrohet p\u00ebr veprimet e veta shkat\u00ebrrimtare, b\u00ebhet kryenalt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb tragjikja, ky soj njeriu, ashtu si\u00e7 na p\u00ebrshkruan mendimtari i madh s\u2019njeh turp e marre, sepse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i zoti p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha\u2026 po, po p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha turpet-shkruan Maloku! Gjitha turpet i ka t\u00eb perfeksionuara!  Shet bab\u2019e nan\u00eb, bes\u00eb e nderin e vet, p\u00ebr mos me than\u00eb: shpirtin e trupin e vet; vet\u00ebm e p\u00ebrvet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u2019i shkoj kungulli mbi uj, vet\u00ebm q\u00eb mos t\u00eb prishen telat e karadyzenit. Ky sol i njeriut ton\u00eb gjendet kudo, n\u00eb politik\u00eb, n\u00eb arsim, n\u00eb kultur\u00eb, n\u00eb arte, n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi. Dhe ky soj njeriu, \u00ebsht\u00eb murtaja shpirt\u00ebrore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e sheh \u00e7do dit\u00eb spektatori yn\u00eb, n\u00eb teatrin tragjikomik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plaga e hapur e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes<\/strong><br \/>\nPlaga e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes, n\u00ebse vazhdon me k\u00ebt\u00eb avaz do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kancer i pash\u00ebruesh\u00ebm, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, e cila po sh\u00ebnon p\u00ebrp\u00eblitje drejt\u00eb konsolidimit dhe nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb rendi demokratik. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb ka parashenja t\u00eb rrezikshme edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, e gjetiu n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat shqiptare.<br \/>\nPik\u00ebrisht nga ky problem dhe mend\u00ebsia e form\u00ebsuar mbi p\u00ebr\u00e7arje, kemi pasur trash\u00ebguar nj\u00eb histori p\u00ebrplot divergjenca.
