Shkat\u00ebrrim t\u00eb sinjalistik\u00ebs, nderhyrje nga rrug\u00ebt dyt\u00ebsore gati n\u00eb \u00e7do kilomet\u00ebr, kanale t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza q\u00eb derdhen n\u00eb autostrad\u00eb, shembje n\u00eb shum\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb saj, k\u00ebto jan\u00eb pamjet q\u00eb t\u00eb paraqiten nga ky segment i autostrad\u00ebs pes\u00eb muaj pas perfundimit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky aks q\u00eb p\u00ebrben rreth 25 per qind t\u00eb gjith\u00eb gjat\u00ebsis\u00eb nga Rresheni n\u00eb Morin, q\u00eb nga perfundimi i punimeve n\u00eb t\u00eb ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zot\u00ebrimin e askujt. Drejtoria e Pergjithshme e Rrug\u00ebve ende nuk e ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebzim, nderkoh\u00eb q\u00eb firmat kontraktore kan\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb larguar duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb fatit. N\u00eb shum\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb saj kan\u00eb ndodhur shembje, nderkoh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vjedhur dhe shkat\u00ebrruar sinjalistika rrugore e sapo vendosur.
