Atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb lindur m\u00eb 22 Mars 1992, nuk u kish shkuar mendja ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb q\u00eb kjo dat\u00eb do t\u00eb kishte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre. Por ja q\u00eb kryeministri i vendit tim ua b\u00ebri t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme disa prej tyreve dit\u00eblindjen, pasi ua lidhi me dit\u00ebn e ardhjes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb pushtet. Ky n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb kuptimi bazal q\u00eb Sali Berisha i jep asaj dite.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, ajo dit\u00eb ka nj\u00eb kuptim m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb pasi ndan nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb sundimi 45 vje\u00e7are nga nj\u00eb regjim komunist dhe fut vendin n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb hapur, pluraliste, demokratike ku zgjedhjet e lira jan\u00eb garancia themelore e gjith\u00eb mrekullis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtij sistemi. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak 22 Marsi ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e sikletshme p\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebn dhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e g\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Por dhe k\u00ebtu perceptimi jon\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb i gabuar.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha po ritenton ta na mbush\u00eb mendjen se ai nuk ka siklet as 19 vjet pas 22 Marsit t\u00eb 1992. Duke qen\u00eb se ajo dit\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr simbolizon fundin e regjimeve t\u00eb gjata, q\u00eb mbijetonin me votime pa zgjedhje t\u00eb lira, Sali Berisha duhet t\u00eb shmangte dje takimet me \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb i kujton 22 Marsin. Ai, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk e shmangu, por thirri n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e vet disa t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb lindur m\u00eb 22 Mars 1992, p\u00ebr tu kujtuar atyre se ata n\u00eb 19 vitet e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb njeri: Sali Berish\u00ebn. Nuk dua ta zgjas me shembuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nga Per\u00ebndimi, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin desh\u00ebm t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb dhe na ndali ky njeri.<\/p>\n<p>Ata t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb hutuar n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e Sali Berish\u00ebs kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm disa moshatar\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb krahasojn\u00eb fatin e tyre. Po. Ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb lindur n\u00eb Libi m\u00eb 22 Mars t\u00eb 1992 kishin dhe kan\u00eb n\u00eb krye Gadafin. Ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb lindur m\u00eb 22 Mars 1992 n\u00eb Egjipt kishin deri para nj\u00eb muaji Mubarakun. Po ashtu ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb lindur n\u00eb Tunizi. N\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr nuk ka moshatar\u00eb me fat t\u00eb till\u00eb. N\u00eb Per\u00ebndim jo se jo. Ata dje d\u00ebgjuan bile q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb ata ishin n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb  e lindjes, Lul\u00ebzim Basha v\u00ebzhgonte zgjedhjet, por k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pse ta besojn\u00eb. Jo se \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr, por thjesht se zgjedhjet at\u00eb dit\u00eb nuk kishin pse v\u00ebzhgoheshin. 1.2 milion\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn PD q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb ndryshonte, kurse sot t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb bashk\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb dot 1 milion\u00eb vota q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb ndryshimin.<\/p>\n<p>Ata d\u00ebgjuan dje nga goja e njeriut q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb karrige dit\u00ebn q\u00eb ata ishin n\u00eb pelena, se do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb dhe aq koh\u00eb sa ata t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn e Berish\u00ebs kur vdiq Enver Hoxha. P\u00ebr koincidenc\u00eb Sali Berisha ka lindur n\u00eb vitin 1944 kur Hoxha erdhi n\u00eb pushtet, dhe jetoi n\u00ebn regjimin e tij si i p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelur i tij deri n\u00eb vitin 1991. Prej at\u00ebher\u00eb ai ka ardhur n\u00eb pushtet dhe k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb rrij\u00eb dhe 30 vjet duke mos lejuar k\u00ebt\u00eb popull t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm t\u00eb votoj\u00eb. Ne jemi ndoshta i vetmi komb n\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr 70 vjet kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dy persona, me Enver Hoxh\u00ebn dhe Sali Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ata t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb ishin dje n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e Sali Berish\u00ebs nuk e kan\u00eb menduar gjat\u00eb kur kan\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb zyr\u00eb p\u00ebrse duhet t\u00eb ishin aty. Kur kan\u00eb dal\u00eb natyrisht kan\u00eb menduar t\u00eb \u00e7uditur se jeta e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur me nj\u00eb dat\u00eb, e cila n\u00eb vend t\u00eb shpres\u00ebs dhe demokracis\u00eb, i solli Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebn. Ata nuk kan\u00eb faj pse kan\u00eb lindur m\u00eb 22 Mars, pasi dit\u00eblindjen e tyre e ka zgjedhur Zoti.<\/p>\n<p>Por fatin e tyre mund ta zgjedhin vet\u00eb. Burrat dhe grat\u00eb e forta e b\u00ebjn\u00eb vet\u00eb fatin e tyre, dhe ata kan\u00eb shansin q\u00eb t\u2019ia rikthejn\u00eb shijen e mir\u00eb dhe haren\u00eb 22 Marsit t\u00eb vitit 1992, kur ne besuam q\u00eb prej asaj dite e tutje, askush nuk mund t\u00eb sundonte, pasi ne do t\u2019i nd\u00ebshkonim me zgjedhje.
