Duket se k\u00ebto ndryshime kan\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar shum\u00eb Brukselin. Laj\u00e7ak ka k\u00ebrkuar gjithashtu hetim t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr 21 janarin.<\/p>\n<p>I d\u00ebrguari i BE-s\u00eb, Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur i shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e dialogut nga forcat politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur se n\u00eb dy vizitat e tij t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb nis\u00eb dialogu, por kjo gj\u00eb nuk ka ndodhur ende nga forcat politike shqiptare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vazhdojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb pozicionet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGjat\u00eb vizitave t\u00eb mia kam th\u00ebn\u00eb se do t\u00eb kthehem n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb ndershme nga aktor\u00ebt politike shqiptar\u00eb por k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e kemi par\u00eb\u201d theksoi Laj\u00e7ak.<\/p>\n<p>Ky i fundit ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se partit\u00eb politike duhet t\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr zgjedhjet lokale, t\u00eb cilat, si\u00e7 tha ai, jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr Bashkimin Evropian.<\/p>\n<p>Zoti Laj\u00e7ak  shpjegoi se misioni i tij isht\u00eb koordinuar ngusht\u00ebsisht edhe me qeverin\u00eb amerikane dhe se p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb n\u00eb takimet e tij edhe idet\u00eb e Uashingtonit.<\/p>\n<p>Zoti Laj\u00e7ak  evitoi t\u00eb komentonte p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje specifike q\u00eb lidhen me zgjedhjet apo edhe k\u00ebrkesat e opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr garanci p\u00ebr procesin, por u shpreh se ka ende koh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen element\u00eb q\u00eb nuk k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndryshime t\u00eb kodit zgjedhor. \u201cNe duam t\u00eb shohim pas k\u00ebtyre zgjedhjeve nj\u00eb raport m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb se ai i zgjedhjeve t\u00eb shkuara. Ka ende koh\u00eb dhe shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen e t\u00eb trajtohen nga ato \u00e7ka jan\u00eb identifikuar nga ODIHR-i.
