Ngjela thot\u00eb se opozita duhet t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje, sepse \u201cq\u00eb t\u00eb luash bojkotin, duhet t\u00eb kesh shum\u00eb aft\u00ebsi dhe persistenc\u00eb\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nga <strong>Sk\u00ebnder Minxhozi<\/strong>, <em>MAPO<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Avokat, opozita po futet gradualisht n\u00eb hullin\u00eb zyrtare t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve lokale t\u00eb 8 majit. Si e shihni ju k\u00ebt\u00eb proces?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nuk e shoh me shum\u00eb optimiz\u00ebm, sepse n\u00eb nj\u00eb funksion t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap p\u00ebrpara drejt demokracis\u00eb dhe ndryshimit t\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs tiranike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Sot shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb asfare nj\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb tyren, sepse ata nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi ta kontrollojn\u00eb at\u00eb. Ata sot po qeverisen nga nj\u00eb band\u00eb, e cila ka humbur edhe \u00e7do sens moral, edhe \u00e7do sens p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrie. Prandaj, gjendja \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Ju si opozit\u00eb, k\u00ebsaj liste i keni shtuar akuza t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb, n\u00eb lidhje me menaxhimin e procesit zgjedhor. Si e komentoni faktin, q\u00eb duke par\u00eb afatet e shkurtra kohore, t\u00eb rrezikohet hyrja n\u00eb zgjedhje, pa e konsumuar k\u00ebt\u00eb list\u00eb problemesh?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto ndihmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb provuar me arsye at\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb ju thash\u00eb m\u00eb lart. Opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb shum\u00eb seriozisht me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e procesit zgjedhor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri; ka luajtur q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kartat; por ajo ka pasur penges\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. N\u00ebse ka nj\u00eb element q\u00eb po e d\u00ebmton demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri; k\u00ebta jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt. Ne jemi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje, sepse asnj\u00ebher\u00eb politika nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare nuk e ka dashur demokracin\u00eb reale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Por tani ka ardhur koha q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se interesat e shqiptar\u00ebve i mbrojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebt. N\u00ebse nuk e kuptojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, p\u00ebrher\u00eb do t\u00eb drejtohemi nga hajdut\u00eb q\u00eb shesin interesin komb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb pushtet abuziv.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja q\u00eb nuk funksionon nj\u00eb shtet institucional n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. A ka sot ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar me pak mend n\u00eb kok\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e sheh q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt po drejtohen nga nj\u00eb i \u00e7mendur dhe nga nj\u00eb band\u00eb hajdut\u00ebsh? T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e din\u00eb. Po pse e p\u00ebrkrahin? Sepse ky bastard shet e shet interesat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Dhe ju m\u00eb flisni p\u00ebr ODIHR e p\u00ebr OSBE. Bro\u00e7kulla; ata jan\u00eb autor\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjendjeje. Ne duhet t\u00eb ngrem\u00eb shtetin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs vet\u00eb, t\u00eb gjitha institucionet dhe pushtetin gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb pavarur. Vet\u00eb duhet t\u2019i drejtohemi edhe opinionit publik edhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb intelektit shqiptar, q\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb gjendjen n\u00eb dor\u00eb. K\u00ebtu duhet nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje masive p\u00ebr progres dhe demokraci, dhe n\u00ebse k\u00ebto zgjedhje do t\u00eb japin shkakun real e logjik t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebvizje, mund t\u00eb na krijojn\u00eb variantin historik demokratik t\u00eb ndryshimit cil\u00ebsor, t\u00eb cilin duket se e kemi humbur.<\/p>\n<p><em>Si do t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjeshit pyetjes s\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb \u201cA duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb opozita n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 8 majit\u201d?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb. Si rregull, shkolla e politik\u00ebs moderne p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb na ka m\u00ebsuar se \u00e7do bojkot t\u00eb sjell n\u00eb pushtet, n\u00ebse ai v\u00ebrtet ka lidhje me demokracin\u00eb e munguar n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend. Por q\u00eb ta luash at\u00eb kart\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kesh shum\u00eb aft\u00ebsi dhe persistenc\u00eb. Duhet t\u00eb jesh konsekuent, dhe njer\u00ebzit t\u2019i kesh t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsuar. N\u00ebse ne do ta kishin vijuar bojkotin parlamentar, jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb muaj, tani Sali Berisha do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb proces gjyq\u00ebsor, duke u mbrojtur n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb p\u00ebr krimet q\u00eb akuzohet. Por ja q\u00eb nuk e kuptuam at\u00ebher\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb, dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja po zvarrit\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, bojkoti \u00ebsht\u00eb sistem; si disiplin\u00eb dhe persistenc\u00eb me variant logjik q\u00eb rrjedh p\u00ebrdit\u00eb me arsyen e fjalimeve publike; dhe, pas k\u00ebsaj, njer\u00ebz t\u00eb shumt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahin. A jemi ne n\u00eb gjendje q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sot? Pra, q\u00eb t\u00eb bojkotojm\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha arsyet q\u00eb ju thash\u00eb, e pastaj, t\u2019u drejtohemi shqiptar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt masivisht duhet t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb e t\u00eb bllokojn\u00eb gjendjen demokratikisht, p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjidhje demokratike: garantimin p\u00ebr vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb? N\u00ebse jemi t\u00eb aft\u00eb q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, duhet ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb. N\u00ebse nuk jemi t\u00eb aft\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb ndjekim rrjedh\u00ebn, t\u00eb hyjm\u00eb m\u00eb zgjedhje, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb abuzimi dhe manipulimi i madh q\u00eb pritet q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb Saliu, t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb uragan popullor, q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshoje gjendjen demokratikisht n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb lira, sepse n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt k\u00ebtu do t\u00eb drejtojn\u00eb bandat e hajdut\u00ebve e t\u00eb mediokritetit q\u00eb, duke mos ditur q\u00eb t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb zhvillimin shqiptar, mir\u00ebqenien dhe prosperitetin ton\u00eb, vjedhin edhe pasurohen banalisht p\u00ebr vete.<\/p>\n<p><em>Gjat\u00eb protest\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, ju keni deklaruar se kriz\u00ebn e zgjidhin vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebt. A \u00ebsht\u00eb ky nj\u00eb aludim p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aludim; \u00ebsht\u00eb gjykim i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb ua kam shpjeguar shum\u00eb qart\u00eb m\u00eb lart: demokracia duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb konshienc\u00eb shqiptare; n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, bandat do t\u00eb na qeverisin.<\/p>\n<p><em>Meq\u00eb jemi tek t\u00eb huajt, si i konsideroni q\u00ebndrimet e ambasadorit amerikan Arvizu s\u00eb fundi?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Turp. Nuk mund ta konceptoj sesi mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb amerikan i shkolluar ai individ. M\u00eb kryesorja \u00ebsht\u00eb se ai p\u00ebrdit\u00eb po shkel kushtetut\u00ebn amerikane, doktrin\u00ebn amerikane t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga ingredient\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebs amerikane. Nuk e di se ku e gjen kuraj\u00ebn q\u00eb shkel kushtetut\u00ebn e tij ky ambasador, i cili deklaron se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund ta imagjinoja k\u00ebt\u00eb nga nj\u00eb amerikan. Por koha do t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb sesi po luan e \u00e7far\u00eb po b\u00ebn ky ambasador. Ajo q\u00eb m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb them \u00ebsht\u00eb se, n\u00ebse vijon k\u00ebshtu, mos u habitni kur t\u00eb shihni nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb penale kund\u00ebr tij para Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Uashingtonit, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar edhe me nj\u00eb peticion q\u00eb mund t\u2019i kaloj\u00eb t\u00eb 100 000 personat.
