Maturanti e dinte mir\u00eb p\u00ebrse ja kishin marr\u00eb. Mezi po pres, tha, t\u00eb m\u00eb vijn\u00eb mesazhe elektorale nga shtabi i Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs dhe t\u2019ia tregoj m\u00ebsuesit p\u00ebrse i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur e-maili dhe telefoni celular dikujt lart n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Arsimit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebtij detaji vijn\u00eb lajme t\u00eb tjera. Em\u00ebrime t\u00eb pafundme njer\u00ebzish n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar votimin, transferime vendbanimesh, dhe deri tek fakti banal i nj\u00eb kryeplaku t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, i cili ndryshe nga njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb japin sht\u00ebpi me qera, jep adres\u00ebn e tij me qera p\u00ebr nja kat\u00ebr familje q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb regjistrohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Ka edhe m\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Operativ\u00ebt e lagjeve po risin presionet mbi ata q\u00eb quhen \u201ct\u00eb fort\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr t\u2019i pasur n\u00ebn an\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve, nd\u00ebrsa paqart\u00ebsia se deri ku do t\u00eb shkohet me listat thellohet dita- dit\u00ebs. Kandidati i pushtetit erret e gdhihet me pronar\u00eb mediesh dhe \u201canalist\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb strategji si t\u00eb sfumojn\u00eb z\u00ebrin e opozit\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa disa diplomat\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00eb q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se k\u00ebtu nuk jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb her\u00eb debate televizive ngulin k\u00ebmb\u00eb q\u00eb duhen b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte ka dy debate kryesore. Nj\u00eb pal\u00eb, dhe k\u00ebtu p\u00ebrfshihen dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt, po k\u00ebshillojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ngrihen k\u00ebto probleme pasi trembin qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb votime dhe humbasin besimin tek zgjedhjet. Pala tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb opozita, e cila ka nisur t\u00eb protestoj\u00eb publikisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb degradim t\u00eb procesit.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb i intereson duksh\u00ebm pushtetit n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb injoroj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb degradim t\u00eb procesit dhe ta legjitimoj\u00eb si normal dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb me kontrollin mbi medien dhe leht\u00ebsin\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetjes nga disa diplomat\u00eb. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb fshihesh si struci. Sali Berisha duket se po llogarit q\u00eb t\u00eb luaj\u00eb me ankesat e opozit\u00ebs dhe t\u2019i paraqes\u00eb ato si frik\u00eb nga ballafaqimi elektoral. K\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb tentoi t\u00eb b\u00ebnte dhe m\u00eb 2007, por k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja e opozit\u00ebs bllokoi procesin derisa u krijuan garanci, bile t\u00eb tep\u00ebrta p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe gjat\u00eb asaj faze bllokimi kishte plot diplomat\u00eb t\u00eb huaj q\u00eb b\u00ebn presionin mbi opozit\u00ebn t\u00eb hiqte dor\u00eb nga garancit\u00eb, por nuk ja arrit\u00ebn. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb duke p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur me vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin skenar, at\u00eb t\u00eb bllokimit t\u00eb procesit deri n\u00eb krijimin e garancive. Mungesa e v\u00ebmendjes ndaj rasteve t\u00eb denoncuara, dhe p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur gjith\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn e  shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshi arsimin, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb, policin\u00eb, medien, investimet publike dhe deri bandit\u00ebt p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gar\u00eb t\u00eb pandershme, mund t\u00eb nxjerrin jasht\u00eb loje dhe vet\u00eb kontrollin e qeveris\u00eb mbi procesin dhe ta destabilizojn\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha po sillet me zgjedhjet e 8 Majit me makthin e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 26 Majit 1996 dhe me kok\u00ebfort\u00ebsin\u00eb e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2007. Por n\u00ebse n\u00eb vitin 2007, gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb donte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte ishte t\u00eb mos d\u00ebgjonte ankesat e opozit\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje p\u00ebrve\u00e7 asaj, po b\u00ebn gjith\u00eb at\u00eb pressing q\u00eb ka pas\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 26 Majit, nj\u00eb proces pastaj ku as ai nuk komandonte dot ndaljen e manipulimit dhe destabilizimit t\u00eb procesit.<\/p>\n<p>Duke provokuar nj\u00eb betej\u00eb politike n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, me nj\u00eb kandidat i cili ka kat\u00ebr t\u00eb varr\u00eb n\u00eb shpin\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb p\u00ebr abuzime me miliona euro, Berisha dha sinjale t\u00eb qarta se zgjedhjet e 8 Majit nuk i duhen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb Vlor\u00ebn, Tiran\u00ebn dhe Durr\u00ebsin, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrrmuar opozit\u00ebn. Ai po investon gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00eb ta eliminoj\u00eb opozit\u00ebn dhe ta fus\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb spiralen e debateve t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>8 Maji p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb betej\u00eb ky\u00e7e, pasi ai mendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr \u00ebndrr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht kontrollin mbi opozit\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend nj\u00eb \u00e7iflig edhe politik t\u00eb tij. K\u00ebto nj\u00ebsoj si zgjedhjet e 26 Majit 1996 jan\u00eb p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn zgjedhjet antiopozitare. Kjo natyrisht q\u00eb do ta rris\u00eb shum\u00eb tensionin, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha do t\u00eb rris\u00eb rrezikun e prishjes s\u00eb zgjedhjeve dhe destabilizim t\u00eb tyre nga infrastruktura e pakomandueshme e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se n\u00eb krye t\u00eb k\u00ebtij operacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Basha, nj\u00eb marionet\u00eb qesharake q\u00eb do t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht, por q\u00eb si\u00e7 ka provuar nuk di t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb asgj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb ve\u00e7se t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb duart e kryq\u00ebzuara para Berish\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb tund\u00eb kok\u00ebn duke buz\u00ebqeshur. Nuk jemi n\u00eb rastin q\u00eb kemi p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb hajdut t\u00eb aft\u00eb, por kemi nj\u00eb hajdut q\u00eb kapet sa her\u00eb q\u00eb vjedh. Nuk kemi nj\u00eb bandit t\u00eb sofistikuar, por nj\u00eb vras\u00ebs q\u00eb kapet pasi shtin\u00eb mbi turmat.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk kemi nj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb menaxher t\u00eb aft\u00eb elektoral, por nj\u00eb kone t\u00eb p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelur p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb i sigurt n\u00eb gar\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb larg dhe aft\u00ebsive elektorale q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur paraardh\u00ebsit e tij si kandidat p\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebn. Edhe kur p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb z\u00ebrin i ngjan nj\u00eb frikacaku q\u00eb do t\u2019i nxjerr\u00eb frik\u00ebn vetes.
