I k\u00ebrkuari nga shum\u00eb shtete per\u00ebndimore Abdulselam Turgut nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i zakonsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebrve\u00e7se mbi t\u00eb r\u00ebndojn\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb akuzash p\u00ebr linjat e trafikut t\u00eb drog\u00ebs nga Turqia drejt per\u00ebndimit, dhe sidomos Gjermanis\u00eb, historia e tij lidhet edhe me qytetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme d\u00ebnime t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr trafik droge.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshilli i Lart\u00eb i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb hetim ndaj gjyqtar\u00ebve, por ka pak shpresa se do t\u2019ia dal\u00eb, pasi vendimin p\u00ebr shkarkimin final t\u00eb tyre e merr Ministri i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Si\u00e7 ndodh r\u00ebndom n\u00eb k\u00ebto raste, tipa t\u00eb till\u00eb i shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb nd\u00ebshkimit me sh\u00ebrbime politike. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast druaj se skema tradicionale do t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe problemi i madh q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrpara drejt\u00ebsia shqiptare. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb b\u00ebnim nj\u00eb portret p\u00ebr modelin e gjyqtarit t\u00eb korruptuar k\u00ebto vite, nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u2019ia v\u00ebm\u00eb emrin Gjin Gjoni apo Hysni Demiraj, nuk ka nevoj\u00eb ta vizatojm\u00eb me flok\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb apo t\u00eb mbjell\u00eb, nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u2019i v\u00ebm\u00eb nofk\u00ebn \u201cmalok\u201d apo \u201clab\u201d, por ka shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb dinamik\u00ebn e mbijetes\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem t\u00eb kalbur karriere n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb k\u00ebshtu. N\u00eb fillim p\u00ebrdoren politikisht.<\/p>\n<p>Sa her\u00eb shkonin n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit, qofshin k\u00ebta politikan\u00eb apo gazetar\u00eb, tipa si k\u00ebta dilnin vullnetar\u00eb p\u00ebr vendime absurde duke futur n\u00eb burg politikan\u00eb dhe gazetar\u00eb, duke i d\u00ebnuar ata pa asnj\u00eb argument ligjor, pastaj duke u shkelur syrin avokat\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre se kishin urdh\u00ebr nga lart\u2026 K\u00ebshtu b\u00ebheshin heronj t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pushtetit duke eliminuar politikisht kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. Pasi b\u00ebnin k\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime, fillonin b\u00ebnin k\u00ebrdin\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje civile dhe penale, duke liruar trafikant\u00eb, duke tjet\u00ebrsuar pasuri, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb vendime absurde q\u00eb kushtonin miliona. K\u00ebshtu dilnin lek\u00ebt p\u00ebr jet\u00eb luksoze, p\u00ebr pasuri t\u00eb patundshme dhe deri p\u00ebr operacione plastike p\u00ebr gjoksin dhe lifting kur jan\u00eb femra mbi 40 vje\u00e7e dhe deri mbjellje flok\u00ebsh kur jan\u00eb meshkuj.<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu qesharak\u00eb, gjys\u00ebm provincial\u00eb e gjys\u00ebm hileqar\u00eb, jan\u00eb l\u00ebpir\u00eb pas \u00e7do pushteti p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin e radh\u00ebs. Kur pushtetet nd\u00ebrronin, fillonin paguanin nj\u00eb taks\u00eb p\u00ebr haremet e vjetra dhe korruptonin pushtetin e radh\u00ebs. Her\u00eb shkarkoheshin e her\u00eb gradoheshin sipas faturave q\u00eb paguajn\u00eb nga pisll\u00ebqet q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb. Gjahu i tyre i preferuar p\u00ebr tu ngjitur politikisht n\u00eb karrier\u00eb jan\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb opozitat dhe gazetar\u00ebt. Sa her\u00eb i kan\u00eb pun\u00ebt keq me pushtetin, nxitojn\u00eb t\u00eb marrin \u00e7\u00ebshtje politike n\u00eb dor\u00eb, i b\u00ebjn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime pushtetit dhe pastaj rehabilitohen duke filluar t\u00eb kompensojn\u00eb paret e humbura nga traku politik.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo specie gjyqtar\u00ebsh dhe prokuror\u00ebsh, ku nuk kan\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi emrat konkret\u00eb, jan\u00eb prototipat e figurave q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare.  N\u00ebse sheh biografin\u00eb e tyre i gjen gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr shkarkime dhe t\u00eb rigraduar, t\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb ekstrem nga politika dhe t\u00eb mbrojtur prej saj. Ata p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre tumorin q\u00eb po rritet n\u00eb kok\u00ebn e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare dhe q\u00eb e ka paralizuar at\u00eb. Modeli i k\u00ebtij tumori \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Gjykata e Apelit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, e cila me sh\u00ebrbimet politike q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb dy- tri vitet fundit, ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj leje p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb duan me \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb trafikut t\u00eb drog\u00ebs apo korrupsionit, edhe pse ato nxijn\u00eb imazhin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke dashur t\u2019i rikthehem rastit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, t\u00eb nj\u00eb trafikanti t\u00eb njohur nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar me lidhje t\u00eb frikshme n\u00eb kupol\u00ebn e policis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe n\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda kriminale dhe deri n\u00eb investime n\u00eb media proqeveritare, kam frik\u00eb se jemi n\u00eb rastin ekzemplar t\u00eb b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi q\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 an\u00ebs financiare ka dhe lejen politike brenda tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse politika shqiptare ka nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb \u00e7lirohet ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb nga ky tumor n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb linj\u00eb brenda saj, linj\u00ebn e gjyqtar\u00ebve sharlatan\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime politike n\u00eb momente t\u00eb caktuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur pastaj leje p\u00ebr vendime dhe veprime kriminale n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb interes t\u00eb pasurimit t\u00eb tyre dhe shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb besimit tek drejt\u00ebsia shqiptare. Ask\u00ebnd t\u00eb mos g\u00ebnjej\u00eb mendja, as Berish\u00ebn, as Ram\u00ebn, as Topin, se tipa t\u00eb till\u00eb mund tu duhen n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb rast politikisht, ndaj duhen mbajtur. Tipa t\u00eb till\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb t\u00eb shesin dhe t\u00eb blejn\u00eb p\u00ebr 24 or\u00eb pasi nuk kan\u00eb parime gjyqtar\u00ebsh dhe as kan\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim tek drejt\u00ebsia. Ata b\u00ebjn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr tu shp\u00ebrblyer politikisht.
