N\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e tij ai lexoi tri emra, nj\u00eb prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ishte emri i baxhanakut t\u00eb tij, Muhamet Hoxha. Sali Berisha u p\u00ebrtyp pak, pati nj\u00eb ng\u00ebr\u00e7 dhe pastaj me siguri t\u00eb plot\u00eb lexoi emrin Mehmet Hoxha. Ideja se emri i tij duhet t\u00eb fshihej qysh n\u00eb momentet e para ishte nj\u00eb ide fikse e familjes Berisha. Fshehja e emrit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e q\u00ebllimshme, pasi gazeta Tema disponon fotografin\u00eb n\u00eb vendngjarje t\u00eb t\u00eb ndjerit Hoxha, kufom\u00eb, mbi trupin e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar emri dhe mosha.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebnjeshtra e dyt\u00eb e Sali Berish\u00ebs ishte se ai nuk kishte d\u00ebgjuar kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr G\u00ebrdecin para shp\u00ebrthimit, por m\u00eb von\u00eb pranoi se ai ka sqaruar me let\u00ebr zyrtare gazet\u00ebn Ne\u00eb York Times se i biri i tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pas biznesit t\u00eb paketimit t\u00eb fishek\u00ebve q\u00eb eksportoheshin nga Rinasi, biznes q\u00eb zhvillohej nga i nj\u00ebjti grup q\u00eb me djalin e tij b\u00ebnte demontimin n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec. Si\u00e7 doli dhe nga procesverbalet e mbledhjes s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, ai ka diskutuar gjat\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt madje duke e kthyer dy her\u00eb p\u00ebr miratim.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebnjeshtra e tret\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs ishte arsyetimi p\u00ebrse i biri i tij takohej me Ministrin e Mbrojtjes Mediu, duke sqaruar se djali ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb Dhjetorit dhe takohej dhe fliste n\u00eb telefon me gjith\u00eb ministrat. N\u00eb fakt as djali i tij dhe as Fatmir Mediu nuk jan\u00eb njohur n\u00eb Dhjetor t\u00eb &#8217;90-t\u00ebs pasi asnj\u00ebri s&#8217;kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e L\u00ebvizjes, por njohja e tyre ka pasur t\u00eb b\u00ebnte vet\u00ebm me k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebnjeshtra e kat\u00ebrt e Berish\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb se djali i tij s&#8217;ka asnj\u00eb lidhej me Delijorgjin, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb media publikoi tabulatet telefonike t\u00eb tyre, bile 30 minuta pas tragjedis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebnjeshtra e pest\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb se djali i tij nuk ka lobuar p\u00ebr G\u00ebrdecin, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb media botoi nj\u00eb fotokopje t\u00eb shkres\u00ebs q\u00eb Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb i d\u00ebrgonte p\u00ebr mendim lidhur me projektin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes, shkres\u00eb e cila i \u00e7ohej me faks p\u00ebr informacion Shk\u00eblzen Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb zyr\u00eb t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebnjeshtra e gjasht\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs ishte fshehja e rolit t\u00eb Rrahman Selmanllarit n\u00eb t\u00eb dy projektet, at\u00eb t\u00eb demontimi dhe eksportit t\u00eb fishek\u00ebve. Berisha e paraqiti publikisht Selmanllarin nj\u00eb biznesmen q\u00eb njihet me djalin e tij si ish militant u PD-s\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb hetimet zbuluan se ai p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte kompanin\u00eb amerikane SAC n\u00eb procesin e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb kantierit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb gazet\u00ebs &#8220;Panorama&#8221;, n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 15.04.2008, zonja Berisha thot\u00eb se ajo dhe i biri i saj nuk ia kishin treguar Sali Berish\u00ebs faktin q\u00eb ai kishte nj\u00eb baxhanak q\u00eb punonte n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, q\u00eb ai ishte nga t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt mes viktimave, dhe q\u00eb &#8220;problemi ishte se ai nuk pati rast ta takonte asnj\u00ebher\u00eb; ata (motra me t\u00eb shoqin), kishin vet\u00ebm tre muaj q\u00eb kishin ardhur. Saliu lexonte emrin aty dhe un\u00eb thosha: E zeza, si nuk ia kemi th\u00ebn\u00eb!&#8221; Po aty shton: &#8220;Kur nj\u00eb dit\u00eb shkojm\u00eb n\u00eb varreza te prind\u00ebrit, e pyes motr\u00ebn, n\u00ebse i shoqi kishte filluar pun\u00eb dhe ajo m\u00eb tregoi se po punonte diku af\u00ebr Marikajt. Kur e pyes se \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebn, ajo m&#8217;u p\u00ebrgjigj: &#8220;Mban ca arka municionesh&#8221;. \u00cbsht\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me pun\u00ebn? &#8211; e pyeta. &#8220;Jo dhe aq, mban ca arka, por do t\u00eb rrij\u00eb ve\u00e7 pak, sa t\u00eb gjej\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb&#8221;. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb vdiq, kishte marr\u00eb vet\u00ebm dy rroga.&#8221; (&#8220;Panorama&#8221;, 15 prill 2008).<\/p>\n<p>Kjo deklarat\u00eb e zonj\u00ebs Liri Berisha bie ndesh me deklaratat e motr\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, Vjollca Hoxha. N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb n\u00eb &#8220;Gazeta Shqiptare&#8221; m\u00eb 15 qershor 2008, ajo thot\u00eb se burri i saj ishte kthyer n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb n\u00eb muajin n\u00ebntor, kurse ajo vet\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2007, dhe jo si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Liri Berisha, &#8220;ata (motra me t\u00eb shoqin) kishin vet\u00ebm tre muaj q\u00eb kishin ardhur&#8221;. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb dy motrat nuk bien dakord p\u00ebr faktin se a kishin dijeni ato p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebnte i ndjeri Muhamet Hoxha.<\/p>\n<p>Vjollca tregon se nuk e dinte q\u00eb bashk\u00ebshorti i saj punonte n\u00eb nj\u00eb fabrik\u00eb demontimi t\u00eb arm\u00ebve: &#8220;Po si mendoni ju, q\u00eb po ta kisha ditur, do lejoja q\u00eb im shoq t\u00eb punonte aty? Un\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb s&#8217;jam e pasur, kam punuar si gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr Evrop\u00eb, tri pun\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb, nga kuzhiniere te pastruese, por nuk isha duke vdekur nga uria q\u00eb t\u00eb lejoja q\u00eb im shoq t\u00eb punonte aty, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb rrezikut&#8221;, &#8211; thot\u00eb gjat\u00eb intervist\u00ebs s\u00eb saj Vjollca Rama. (&#8220;Gazeta Shqiptare&#8221;, 15 qershor 2008). Mir\u00ebpo, ndryshe nga kjo, zonja Liri Berisha n\u00eb intervist\u00ebn e saj thot\u00eb (shih m\u00eb sip\u00ebr): &#8220;Kur e pyes (motr\u00ebn) se \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebn (burri), ajo m&#8217;u p\u00ebrgjigj: &#8220;Mban ca arka municionesh&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes zonja Berisha p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb zhduk\u00eb rolin e djalit t\u00eb saj dhe e shfaq at\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rolin e lajm\u00ebtarit t\u00eb babait, pasi i ndjeri Hoxha ishte varrosur. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sken\u00eb shum\u00eb e pabesueshme. Kushdo q\u00eb e njeh familjen Berisha dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet perfekte mes tyre, e ka t\u00eb pabesueshme t\u00eb konceptoj\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb mos vihej n\u00eb dijeni, s\u00eb paku n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale p\u00ebr vdekjen e baxhanakut t\u00eb tij. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb person shum\u00eb i lidhur me tradit\u00ebn dhe shkon p\u00ebr ngush\u00ebllime n\u00eb rast vdekjesh dhe te baxhanak\u00ebt e militant\u00ebve t\u00eb PD, jo m\u00eb tek i veti.<\/p>\n<p>I biri i Sali Berish\u00ebs, Shk\u00eblzen Berisha, ka respektuar parimin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb amerikane p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos folur rreth krimit pasi mund t&#8217;i p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb gjykim, por n\u00ebna dhe babai i tij kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb aq shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb pav\u00ebrteta rreth tij, sa ja kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur alibin\u00eb. Dje ai kishte tre vjetorin e vdekjes s\u00eb burrit t\u00eb tezes, nj\u00eb njeri p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ai mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi personale p\u00ebr ikjen nga jeta.
