K\u00ebta dy persona, nj\u00eb p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq i vdekur dhe tjetri p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb i gjall\u00eb, nuk kan\u00eb provuar vet\u00ebm faktin se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i zhytur deri n\u00eb fyt n\u00eb krim dhe korrupsion, por kan\u00eb provuar nj\u00eb gj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, q\u00eb shteti ligjor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe gjith\u00eb institucionet e tjera jan\u00eb jasht\u00eb loje.<\/p>\n<p>Sikur i ndjeri Muhamet Hoxha t\u00eb mos ishte nj\u00eb nga tri viktimat e para q\u00eb u zbuluan dhe sikur Berisha t\u00eb mos \u201cngat\u00ebrronte\u201d emrin e tij para medies me shpres\u00eb se s\u2019do merrej m\u00eb vesh, do ta kishim shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb shkonim brenda sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur fajtorin kryesor t\u00eb asaj tragjedie. Si\u00e7 pranon gruaja e tij Liri Berisha, ajo dhe djali i saj Shk\u00eblzeni, nuk i kishin treguar Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr baxhanakun e pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec dhe u ndjen\u00eb keq kur ai i ngat\u00ebrroi emrin. Por m\u00eb von\u00eb rrodh\u00ebn faktet dhe u provuan t\u00eb gjitha lidhjet e djalit t\u00eb tij me njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb punonin dhe fitonin n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec. Pas k\u00ebsaj Berisha nisi nj\u00eb presion t\u00eb papar\u00eb mbi drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb derisa e gjunj\u00ebzoi at\u00eb dhe degradoi gjith\u00eb procesin e hetimit dhe akuz\u00ebs. Sot s\u2019ka m\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar dhe fajtori i vet\u00ebm rrezikon t\u00eb shpallet nj\u00eb karrocier i vdekur.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta histori po p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet dhe me skandalet e nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme t\u00eb korrupsionit, denoncuar nga Dritan Prifti. Skandali i naft\u00ebs virgine shkon s\u00ebrish n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb familjes Berisha. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb njohin nj\u00eb nga pronar\u00ebt e akuzuar, din\u00eb mir\u00eb lidhjet e tij t\u00eb af\u00ebrta me familjen Berisha dhe jo aq rast\u00ebsisht s\u00ebrish me gruan e tij. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb sponsor i fondacionit t\u00eb saj, sponsor i PD-s\u00eb, dhe i mb\u00ebshtetur pa asnj\u00eb hezitim n\u00eb biznesin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha q\u00eb nuk l\u00eb biznesmen pa etiketuar dhe fyer publikisht, ka dit\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra q\u00eb hesht dhe nxjerr ca laraska tek zyrat e PD-s\u00eb q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebrralla p\u00ebr korrupsionin e qeverive Meta dhe Nano, por q\u00eb sipas tyre p\u00ebr to e ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb Edi Rama. Berisha ende nuk ka k\u00ebrkuar ndjes\u00eb p\u00ebr favorizim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij trafiku dhe ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb distancuar nga kjo afer\u00eb korruptive. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb saj ai po nis s\u00ebrish betej\u00ebn kund\u00ebr prokuroris\u00eb, e cila sipas tij nuk po heton dosjet e korrupsionit t\u00eb socialist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebrtej Berish\u00ebs, ky shtet ka disa institucione t\u00eb tjera formale. Ky shtet ka Drejtori t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tatimeve, ka Drejtori Doganash, ka Minist\u00ebr t\u00eb Financave, ka task-forc\u00eb p\u00ebr tatimet, ka Polici t\u00eb Shtetit dhe Polici Kufitare. Si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb askush prej tyre, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk ka njoftuar asgj\u00eb deri m\u00eb sot, por dhe kur krimet dalin n\u00eb shesh thuajse rast\u00ebsisht, ata p\u00ebrpiqen t\u2019i fshehin. Tani t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nxitojn\u00eb t\u00eb shajn\u00eb Dritan Priftin q\u00eb ka denoncuar dhe jo ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb vjedhur. Tani nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr i dor\u00ebhequr q\u00eb po denoncon krimin, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i sulmuar se autor\u00ebt e kapur me presh n\u00eb duar. Sikur Dritan Prifti t\u00eb heshtte dhe t\u00eb shikonte pun\u00ebn e tij, ai do ishte sot i preferuari i pushtetit dhe i lavd\u00ebruar prej tij si\u00e7 e lavd\u00ebroi Berisha dit\u00ebn q\u00eb dha dor\u00ebheqje.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, problemi k\u00ebtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne sot dim\u00eb shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra p\u00ebr vjedhjet dhe vrasjet e pushtetit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne k\u00ebto i kemi m\u00ebsuar nga rrethana aksidentale apo nga vullnete t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb medias dhe politikan\u00ebve. Ne deri m\u00eb sot s\u2019kemi asnj\u00eb skandal financiar t\u00eb zbuluar nga institucionet q\u00eb paguhen n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi nj\u00eb histori sekseri t\u00eb familjes Berisha si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Damir Fazli\u00e7, t\u00eb zbuluar nga shtypi; kemi nj\u00eb histori tragjike t\u00eb vrasjes s\u00eb 26 personave n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec zbuluar nga media p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kompleksimit t\u00eb familjes Berisha naga p\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb t\u00eb dhe tentimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn; dhe kemi s\u00eb fundmi disa histori t\u00eb hershme korrupsioni q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb kupol\u00ebn e shtetit shqiptar, familjen e kryeministrit, z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrit dhe gjith\u00eb sejmen\u00ebve posht\u00eb tyre, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zbuluar fal\u00eb kurajos s\u00eb nj\u00eb ish- ministri, q\u00eb ka guximin t\u00eb denoncoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb di p\u00ebr pushtetin. Por k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz dhe mund t\u00eb kishin heshtur. Media mund t\u00eb b\u00ebnte sikur nuk e njihte dhe nuk e dinte kush ishte Damir Fazlli\u00e7, Dritan Prifti mund t\u00eb b\u00ebnte sikur nuk e dinte kush trafikonte naft\u00ebn virgine apo sikur nuk i kish d\u00ebgjuar pazaret e Ilir Met\u00ebs dhe media mund t\u2019i besonte Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb baxhanaku i tij nuk e kish emrin Muhamet, por Mehmet.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe nuk do t\u00eb kishte ndodhur asgj\u00eb. Ky vend do t\u00eb vazhdonte t\u00eb flinte mbi krimin dhe pushteti do ishte si nj\u00eb kllo\u00e7k\u00eb gjigante q\u00eb ngroh vez\u00ebt e krimit dhe korrupsionit p\u00ebr t\u2019i shum\u00ebfishuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Fal\u00eb Zotit kjo nuk ka ndodhur dhe s\u00eb paku krimi \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar me gisht. Shoq\u00ebria shqiptare tani e di se \u00e7far\u00eb ka ndodhur, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e shokuar kur shikon se \u00e7far\u00eb nuk b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebnuar at\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur.
