Vet\u00ebm pse di\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb klishe nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Java n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn BE-ja i b\u00ebri bashk\u00eb Serbin\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb bisedimet e drejtp\u00ebrdrejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb pas tre vjet\u00ebsh, \u00ebsht\u00eb koh\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kujtuar dy hite t\u00eb arta t\u00eb kamotshme t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. E para, n\u00ebse nuk mund t\u2019i b\u00ebjm\u00eb si duhet gj\u00ebrat as n\u00eb oborret tona, at\u00ebher\u00eb si do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb vinim pesh\u00ebn ton\u00eb n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera? E dyta, menj\u00ebher\u00eb pasi shtetet ballkanike fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb ecin p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb aspektin e integrimeve n\u00eb BE, ato nisin t\u00eb rr\u00ebshqasin prapa.<\/p>\n

Le t\u00eb tentojm\u00eb t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb nj\u00eb baraspesh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb me Maqedonin\u00eb. Sivjet vendi sh\u00ebnon 20-vjetorin e ekzistenc\u00ebs si nj\u00eb shtet i pavarur dhe t\u00eb dhjetin q\u00eb kur BE-ja e ndihmoi at\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb ball\u00eb konfliktit me gueriljet shqiptare.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2005, Maqedonia u b\u00eb kandidate p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE dhe m\u00eb 2009 qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj iu lejua udh\u00ebtimi pa viza n\u00eb zon\u00ebn Shengen.<\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, q\u00eb nga viti 2008, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i Maqedonis\u00eb n\u00eb BE (dhe n\u00eb NATO) po \u00e7alon.<\/p>\n

Arsyeja, natyrisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb mospajtimi lidhur me emrin e shtetit. Greqia, edhe n\u00eb gjendjen e saj aktualisht t\u00eb dob\u00ebsuar si shtet, doli t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje q\u00eb t\u00eb stopoj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Maqedonis\u00eb n\u00eb BE. Si rezultat i gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, qeveria n\u00eb Maqedoni nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb mundet p\u00ebr ta siguruar Brukselin p\u00ebr synimin e saj t\u00eb mir\u00eb, por, p\u00ebrkundrazi.<\/p>\n

Greqia e akuzon Maqedonin\u00eb se po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019ia vjedh\u00eb identitetin helenik, ashtu q\u00eb, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb nj\u00eb shenje gjigante \u201cV\u201d prej bronzi, maqedonasit po nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb nj\u00eb bazament masiv n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Shkupit e cila shum\u00eb shpejt do t\u00eb ngrihet nj\u00eb statuj\u00eb e Aleksand\u00ebrit t\u00eb Madh.<\/p>\n

Bosnja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Mir\u00ebpo, pasi Bosnja pothuajse gjithmon\u00eb thuhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb, pakkush lodhet p\u00ebr ta raportuar k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb. M\u00eb 7 mars, ministrat e Jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb Sllovenis\u00eb dhe Bullgaris\u00eb shkuan n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i paralajm\u00ebruar boshnjak\u00ebt se e ardhmja e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik. Slloveni Samuel Zhbogar, duke lexuar pjes\u00eb t\u00eb librit t\u00eb bisedimeve BE-Bosnj\u00eb, theksoi: \u201cStatusquoja n\u00ebnkupton ecje prapa, nd\u00ebrsa rajoni po ec\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, debati i pafund lidhur me mbylljen e zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, i cili i ka kompetencat n\u00ebn marr\u00ebveshjen paq\u00ebsore t\u00eb Daytonit t\u00eb vitit 1995 dhe shefi i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb po ashtu p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues special i BE-s\u00eb, ka hyr\u00eb edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb vit tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket Kosov\u00ebs, BE-ja po e merr primatin n\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrjen e bisedimeve nd\u00ebrmjet Serbis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs, dhe, n\u00eb teori, k\u00ebto bisedime mund t\u00eb sjellin v\u00ebrtet shum\u00eb ndryshime n\u00eb jet\u00ebt e njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00eb aspektin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, Serbia po e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se d\u00ebshiron ta avancoj\u00eb axhend\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb duket, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, si nj\u00eb partner bashk\u00ebpunues. N\u00eb aspektin afatmes\u00ebm, megjithat\u00eb, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb relativisht e lumtur me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si gj\u00ebrat po q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb. Serbia e vazhdon pretendimin e saj p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, e cila e shpalli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb 2008, nd\u00ebrsa BE-ja dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt paguajn\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, miqt\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs i shikojn\u00eb me turp\u00ebrim akuzat drejtuar Hashim Tha\u00e7it, Kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nga Dick Marty, i cili, n\u00eb nj\u00eb raport p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin e Europ\u00ebs, e quajti at\u00eb bos t\u00eb mafies dhe tha se ai ishte i lidhur me persona, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri si\u00e7 pretendohet, kishin vrar\u00eb serb\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb organet pas luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, episodi i fundit i dram\u00ebs politike q\u00eb e \u00e7oi Edi Ram\u00ebn, liderin socialist, kund\u00ebr Kryeministrit, Sali Berisha, tash \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u shpalosur.<\/p>\n

Politik\u00eb normale nuk ka pasur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb nga qershori i vitit 2009, kur Rama e akuzoi Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr manipulimin e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, n\u00eb Kroaci, demonstratat e filluara t\u00eb veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs filluan t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapen edhe te grupet e tjera, dhe kritikat e ashpra t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs p\u00ebr synimin e Kroacis\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim, t\u00eb shprehura n\u00eb nj\u00eb raport t\u00eb publikuar m\u00eb 2 mars, do t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb shum\u00eb pak q\u00eb BE-ja t\u00eb jet\u00eb e k\u00ebnaqur me popullat\u00ebn euroskeptike.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Serbi, e cila tashm\u00eb ka nisur num\u00ebrimin s\u00eb prapmi p\u00ebr zgjedhjet, gjasat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit duken aq larg, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb q\u00eb burokrat\u00ebt dhe zyrtar\u00ebt t\u00eb mobilizohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnin.\u2028N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mbetet vet\u00ebm Mali i Zi, i cili vepron heshtazi dhe faktikisht i kryen gj\u00ebrat.<\/p>\n

Kjo p\u00ebr shkak se klisheja tjet\u00ebr \u2013 N\u00ebse BE-ja d\u00ebshton n\u00eb vet\u00eb oborrin e saj, at\u00ebher\u00eb si mund ta v\u00ebr\u00eb pesh\u00ebn e vet n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr? \u2013 tash duket se ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kthes\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan: N\u00eb rast se BE-ja nuk mund t\u00eb bind\u00eb bot\u00ebn se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb aktor serioz, at\u00ebher\u00eb padyshim se nuk do t\u00eb mund ta bind\u00eb edhe oborrin e vet n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n
