N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb massmedias shqiptare kuptojm\u00eb se me at\u00eb rast, ish-kryeministrin e Britanis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe e fal\u00ebnderoi n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popullit shqiptar p\u00ebr kontributin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1999 gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7118 aligncenter\" title=\"agron_elezi_osman_caka_trofe\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.shkoder.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/agron_elezi_osman_caka_trofe.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa ish-kryeministri Bler i shprehu ngush\u00ebllime zotit Caka p\u00ebr vrasjen e djalit t\u00eb tij Ilirit nga policia serbe m\u00eb 13 prill t\u00eb vitit l999, i cili kishte vet\u00ebm 17 vjet. Ish-kryeministri Bler i shprehu ngush\u00ebllime p\u00ebrmes tij edhe p\u00ebr 14.000 familje q\u00eb i kan\u00eb t\u00eb zhdukur t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e tyre. Zoti Bler e fal\u00ebnderoj zotin Osman Caka edhe p\u00ebr kontributin e tij q\u00eb e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Angli sidomos p\u00ebr vendosjen e shtatores s\u00eb Nan\u00ebs Tereze, e vendosur n\u00eb oborrin e Manastirit t\u00eb Gortonit n\u00eb Manchester, pastaj p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e Pllak\u00ebs fal\u00ebnderuese n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit shqiptar t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb qytetin Oldhamit, si dhe p\u00ebr aktivitetin e klubit t\u00eb shahut \u201cShqiponja\u201d q\u00eb garon n\u00eb lig\u00ebn e II n\u00eb Manchester. Zoti Caka e njoftoi ish-kryeministrin edhe p\u00ebr turnirin e shahut q\u00eb mbahet tani p\u00ebr \u00e7do vjet ne stadiumin e Mancheter Cityt. Klubi shahut \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 2003.
