\nArben Malaj <\/strong>– fjala ne parlament, 10 mars 2011<\/em><\/p>\n

Ne nje analize jo te thelluar, ka shtate element koncrete ku materializohet perkeqesimi i gjendjes ekonomike e sociale te shume familjeve shqiptare.<\/p>\n

1. Ne shkurt 2011. Qeveria i deklaron Brukselit se do te vazhdoje te kete nje borxh te larte publik, deri ne 10% me te larte se parashikimi i meparshem. Rritja e borxhit do te jete nje barre e rende per tu paguar.<\/p>\n

2. Banka Qendrore deklaron se eshte tejkaluar niveli i inflationist. Te mos harrojme qe inflacioni mesatar nuk eshte ai qe shprehet, por eshte ai qe fsheh rritjen e varferise per klasen e mesme dhe ate te varfer ne vendin tone, sepse inflacioni per mallrat e perditeshme te ushqimeve, te dritave, te karburanteve, te ilaceve eshte akoma me i madh.<\/p>\n

3. Banka Qendrore deklaron se vazhdon zhvleresimi i monedhes kombetare. Ndoshta ne perqindje ky zhvleresim duket pak, por rendon shume ata qe kane marre kredine perpara dy-tre vitesh, ky zhveleftesim\u00a0i lekut me euro shkon deri ne 15%. \u00c7do vit ata rendohen jo thjesht nga zhvleresimi i monedhes kombetare, por nga renia e fuqise blerese te pagave dhe te te ardhurave te tyre, sepse u duhet te japin nje pjese gjithnje e me te madhe per te shlyer kredite ne monedhe te huaj, pra u mbetet nje pjese gjithnje e me e vogel per te perballuar jetesen e tyre.<\/p>\n

4. Banka Qendrore deklaron se vazhdon perkeqesimi i kredive te keqia, ndersa qeveria vazhdon te deklaroje se jemi vendi i mrekullise ekonomike. Lind pyetja: nese ka rritje ekonomike, pse nuk ka rritje punesimi? Pse ka rritje deficiti e borxhi publik? Nese ka rritje ekonomike, pse ka perkeqesim te jeteses se shqiptareve?<\/p>\n

5. ERE deklaron se nuk jane realizuar asnje perqind e koncensioneve ne energjetike. Ju deklaruam se licensat ishin korruptive dhe ne disa raste ishte kapje e shtetit, e verteta nuk vonoi. Deshtimi\u00a0i reformave dhe investimeve ne energji ka rritur ndjeshem koston e energjise ne buxhetet familjare. Pa investimet e rreja pasiguria e krizes se ardhme te energjise mbetet e larte.<\/p>\n

6. Instituti i Statistikes deklaron se deficiti tregtar ne janar 2011 eshte ulur vetem me 0.6%. Pra qeveria deklaron se eksportet jane rritur me 50%, importet jane ulur, por cuditerisht sipas njoftimit zyrtar, deficiti tregtar\u00a0i vendit eshte ulur vetem 0.6% . \u00c7do ekonomist e kupton se raporti eksport – import eshte akoma shume\u00a0i larte, se eksporti eshte shume\u00a0i vogel ne raport me importet, ndaj ai perkohesisht mund te rritet edhe me 50%, por ndikon shume pak ne permiresimin e deficitit tregtar qe e vendos gjithnje e me te ekspozuar vendin nga krizat globale.<\/p>\n

7. Lira ekonomike ne vitin 2011 eshte perkeqesuar ne 9 nga 10 elementet e saj. Korrupsioni eshte perkeqesuarme me shume se c do elementet e tjere Liria per punesim eshte perkeqesuar ndaj skemi punesim. Mungesa e lirise se prones vazhdojne te pengojne ekonomine dhe te gerryejne buxhetin .<\/p>\n

Pse qeveria nuk e ndjen perkeqesimin e varferise dhe cohesion social dhe risqet qe ato mund te sjelllin ne te ardhmen?<\/p>\n

Para nje viti erdhi ne Tirane nje profesor filozofie dhe teolog, i cili foli per vlerat njerezore te liderve te biznesit dhe te politikes, duke trajtuar kryesisht problemet e liderve ne Lindjen e Mesme, midis tjerave theksoi: \u201cAta kane gjithcka, por njekohesisht nuk kane asgje\u201d.
\nAta kishin materialisht gjithcka, miliarda dollare pasuri, pushtet te pakufizuar, por ata s`kishin asgje sepse ata kishin frike nga gjithcka. Kishin frike nga menyra si kishin ardhur ne pushtet, nga menyra si e mbanin pushtetin, kishin frike deri edhe nga vetvetja.<\/p>\n

Shqiptaret e kuptojne se edhe ju po ndjeheni sikur keni gjithcka materiale, keni nje pasurim te shpejte dhe korruptive, por keni filluar te keni frike nga gjithcka.<\/p>\n

Ketu ne parlament, ju keni frike nga fjala e lire e opozites. Ky Parlamenti i nje Republike Parlamentare, harxhon me shume kohe per sherr, fyerje dhe masa penalizuese se sa per pune konkrete.<\/p>\n

Ju keni frike nga zgjedhjet e lira, ndaj nuk b\u00ebni transparence te votes. Ju jeni te frikesuar nga reagimi publik ndaj krizes suaj, prandaj kerkoni te blini vota duke falur kasa, taksa dhe gjoba.
\nJu I trembeni reagimit te publikut, ndaj beni premtime vetem populiste duke e renduar akoma me shume situaten politike dhe ekonomike ne vend.<\/p>\n

A nuk ishit ju qe nuk degjuat asnje propozim te opozites per masat antikrize? A nuk ishit ju qe vendoset parapagimin e detyrimeve fiskale dhe penaliteteve dhe I krijuat krize likuiditetesh biznesit? Ceshtja shkoj deri ne Gjykaten Kushtetuese dhe ju humbet.<\/p>\n

A nuk ishit ju qe i keqperdoret frimat private ne vitin 2009 per investime elektorale pa financime deri ne 150 milion euro, duke I cuar disa prej tyre deri ne falimentim?
\nKjo eshte kriza juaj, por mos e ktheni kete ne krize te cdo shqiptari. Ju duhet te kuptoni pa vonese se rruga qe keni zgjidhur nuk ju con gjate.<\/p>\n

Kjo mund t`ju coje deri tek mitingjet luksoze partiake tek Pallati i Kongreseve apo tek sheshi, por nuk ju con dot tek hallet konkrete te shqiptareve, qe paguajne perdite keq qeverisjen tuaj, korrupsionin tuaj, kapjen e shtetit dhe nepotizmin ne cdo qelize te administrates publike.
\nJu rrezikoni serish ta mbani Shqiperine jashte Europes, sepse ndoshta keshtu mund te vazhdoni te qeverisni si jo europiane.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
