Dhe nuk mund t\u00eb mos shfaqet ironik fakti q\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa i k\u00ebshillon Tiran\u00ebs t\u00eb kultivoj\u00eb konsensusin, vet\u00eb Brukseli nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb arrij\u00eb konsensus p\u00ebr zhvillimet n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Kriza politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri tregon foshnj\u00ebrin\u00eb e demokracis\u00eb shqiptare. Por mungesa e em\u00ebruesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt n\u00eb PE nuk mund t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb simptom\u00eb degradimi n\u00eb mos e demokracis\u00eb, e diplomacis\u00eb europiane.<\/p>\n<p>Por e keqja nuk mbaron me kaq, nuk ka vet\u00ebm natyr\u00eb estetike. P\u00ebr\u00e7arja e politik\u00ebs europiane mbetet nj\u00eb nga shkaqet e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb veprimi t\u00eb vendosur nga Europa si p\u00ebr parandalimin ashtu edhe p\u00ebr mbylljen e nj\u00eb krize q\u00eb po vazhdon prej dy vjet\u00ebsh n\u00eb vendin e shqiponjave. Sepse mb\u00ebshtetja q\u00eb i shkon t\u00eb dy krah\u00ebve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nga dy krah\u00ebt e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb Bruksel, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb askush t\u00eb mos ndihet fajtor p\u00ebr kriz\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00eb edhe m\u00eb fort n\u00eb pozicionin e tij. K\u00ebshtu, p\u00ebr\u00e7arja n\u00eb Bruksel po e b\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebse p\u00ebr\u00e7arjen n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodhte e kund\u00ebrta.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Rrjedhoj\u00eb e kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb tejzgjatur dhe e tensionit n\u00eb rritje ishte edhe demonstrata e 21 janarit, vrasja e 4 protestuesve nga forcat e qeveris\u00eb dhe plagosja e disa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Kuptohet, pas k\u00ebsaj gj\u00ebrat kan\u00eb vajtur shum\u00eb larg, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje natyr\u00ebn demokratike t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Gjithkush ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb pyes\u00eb: A \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb nj\u00eb qeveri demokratike t\u00eb vras\u00eb protestues t\u00eb paarmatosur? N\u00ebse po, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrse nuk duhen marr\u00eb seriozisht justifikimet e Muhamar Gedafit? Pas vrasjeve t\u00eb 21 janarit q\u00eb e shtyn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb disa vite praptas duke evokuar frik\u00ebn e konfliktit civil, \u00ebsht\u00eb urdh\u00ebrore q\u00eb politikan\u00ebt europian\u00eb t\u2019u japin fund ndarjeve mbi baz\u00eb simpatish dhe rreshtimesh partiake lidhur me kriz\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke iu rikthyer parimeve t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb e liris\u00eb. Dhe vet\u00ebm t\u00eb bazuarit mbi k\u00ebto parime do t\u00eb mund t\u2019i lejoj\u00eb politik\u00ebs dhe diplomacis\u00eb europiane t\u00eb gjykoj\u00eb sakt\u00eb mbi zhvillimet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, si dhe t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb nj\u00eb formul\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e kriz\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arrihet n\u00ebse grupimi i Partive Popullore Europiane do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tipik p\u00ebr fanatik\u00eb t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb fakt se konservator\u00ebt europian\u00eb po tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb devocion disi primitiv dhe t\u00eb verb\u00ebr n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Ka ndodhur po k\u00ebshtu edhe kur i nj\u00ebjti Berish\u00eb e \u00e7oi shtetin n\u00eb gremin\u00ebn e konfliktit civil n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit \u201997.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ishin po konservator\u00ebt europian\u00eb q\u00eb e mbrojt\u00ebn Berish\u00ebn deri n\u00eb minut\u00ebn e fundit duke i shkaktuar nj\u00eb kosto t\u00eb madhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte krim t\u00eb ndodhte p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Prandaj nuk mund t\u00eb mos shqet\u00ebsohesh kur shikon se edhe rezoluta e l\u00ebshuar nga ky grupim pas ngjarjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme t\u00eb 21 janarit, ishte nj\u00eb adoptim i propagand\u00ebs berishiste dhe asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrmendeshin as t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt e asaj date q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbetet tragjike n\u00eb historin\u00eb e tranzicionit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq e majta europiane nuk ka treguar ndonj\u00eb solidaritet t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb me t\u00eb majt\u00ebn shqiptare. Nj\u00eb zot e di se \u00e7far\u00eb rruferash kund\u00ebr diktatur\u00ebs neokomuniste do t\u00eb kishin l\u00ebshuar Partit\u00eb Popullore Europiane n\u00ebse nj\u00eb qeveri e majt\u00eb do kish q\u00eblluar dhe vrar\u00eb protestues sikund\u00ebr sapo b\u00ebri qeveria \u201cBerisha\u201d! Por nga e majta europiane nuk jan\u00eb l\u00ebshuar (n\u00eb fakt nj\u00eb toleranc\u00eb disi cinike ndaj nj\u00eb krimi shtet\u00ebror) gj\u00ebmime t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb adres\u00eb t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Madje nga gjiri i saj kan\u00eb dal\u00eb me koh\u00eb z\u00ebra q\u00eb kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar braktisjen e pozicioneve partiake n\u00eb PE lidhur me kriz\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. K\u00ebshtu Hanes Svoboda, z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryetar i S&amp;D, para disa muajsh do t\u00eb reagonte i nervozuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb t\u00eb PE-s\u00eb pas mbrojtjes s\u00eb hapur q\u00eb, si r\u00ebndom vitet e fundit, deputetja Doris Pack i b\u00ebri qeveris\u00eb \u201cBerisha\u201d. Kriza nuk lindi m\u00eb 21 janar, kish th\u00ebn\u00eb Pack, por m\u00eb 29 qershor, kur socialist\u00ebt k\u00ebrkuan hapje kutish, rinum\u00ebrim votash e protesta m\u00eb pas. Edhe pse v\u00ebzhguesit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb kishin deklaruar se k\u00ebto ishin zgjedhjet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo deklarat\u00eb e kish b\u00ebr\u00eb Svobod\u00ebn t\u00eb reagonte duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cJam skeptik p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb debat, sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sht\u00ebpi nuk mund t\u2019i vihet gishti nj\u00ebr\u00ebs apo tjetr\u00ebs pal\u00eb, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb apo duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj si grupet politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d. Duket se q\u00ebndrimet partiake, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb konservator\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb shumic\u00ebn, kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb PE-ja t\u00eb mos ushtronte presionin e duhur q\u00eb qeveria dhe Berisha t\u00eb zbatonin rezolut\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij Parlamenti p\u00ebr hetimin e materialeve zgjedhore. N\u00ebse do ishte zbatuar ajo rezolut\u00eb, sot Shqip\u00ebria nuk do ishte m\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb dhe sigurisht nuk do ishte derdhur gjak i pafajsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse te kjo munges\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguljeje e PE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr implementimin e rezolutave t\u00eb veta, duhet k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb nga shkaqet e akumulimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb nervozizmi shp\u00ebrthyes n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, nervoziz\u00ebm q\u00eb pati ndikimin e tij n\u00eb form\u00ebsimin e tragjedis\u00eb s\u00eb 21 janarit. Prandaj sa nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tep\u00ebr von\u00eb (se von\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb) k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb BE-ja t\u00eb pozicionohet p\u00ebr zhvillimet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb favor t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb e liris\u00eb dhe jo n\u00eb favor t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs apo tjetr\u00ebs pal\u00eb. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb do vinte n\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb miqt\u00eb europian\u00eb t\u00eb autokratit Berisha.
