Edhe dy dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb tha diku se Shqip\u00ebria (kuptohet n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Berish\u00ebs) paska b\u00ebr\u00eb hapa t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj p\u00ebrpara drejt liris\u00eb. Dhe ose ky kund\u00ebrshtar i vendosur i liris\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nuk e ka iden\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb liria, por e lufton at\u00eb instinktivisht si t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn e sundimit q\u00eb lakmon, ose tenton q\u00eb duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e tij emrin e liris\u00eb, t\u00eb maskoj\u00eb veten si varrmih\u00ebsi i par\u00eb i saj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb n\u00eb nisje duhet t\u00eb sqarojm\u00eb se p\u00ebr \u00e7\u2019liri flasim. Nuk flasim p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin komb\u00ebtar apo sikund\u00ebr quhet r\u00ebndom, lirin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. E kemi fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore dhe politike, p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb mbetet problematike edhe p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebri, toka e t\u00eb cilave nuk ka ndier shtypjen e \u00e7izmes s\u00eb pushtuesit t\u00eb huaj p\u00ebr dekada t\u00eb t\u00ebra. Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga ato. Ajo i shp\u00ebtoi shtypjes s\u00eb huaj n\u00eb mbarim t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00ebn nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb lirivras\u00ebse 45-vje\u00e7are, ndoshta edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr se ajo naziste. K\u00ebt\u00eb diktatur\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr mbi shqiptar\u00ebt nuk e ushtruan t\u00eb huajt, por nj\u00eb klik\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebsh q\u00eb kishin ardhur n\u00eb pushtet si \u00e7lirimtar\u00eb. Natyrisht me ndihm\u00ebn e \u201cpopullit\u201d ose m\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb turmave duartrokit\u00ebse q\u00eb i merrnin shpirtin armiqve t\u00eb popullit dhe t\u00eb Partis\u00eb, armiqve t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Mbi XX vjet nga r\u00ebnia e Murit t\u00eb Berlinit, pik\u00ebrisht ata shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb u shit\u00ebn si \u00e7lirimtar\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga komunizmi, po b\u00ebhen vras\u00ebsit e liris\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Po si komunist\u00ebt e dikursh\u00ebm, ata kan\u00eb liderin e tyre Berisha, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb klan politik q\u00eb e quajn\u00eb Parti Demokratike dhe, po si komunist\u00ebt, jan\u00eb t\u00eb prirur t\u00eb shpallin armik cilindo q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshton partin\u00eb dhe liderin. Dhe po t\u00eb mos ishte p\u00ebr monitorimin e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtareve, por edhe p\u00ebr disa shkaqe t\u00eb tjera, nuk do t\u00eb ngurronin t\u2019i \u00e7onin n\u00eb plumb apo n\u00eb qeli k\u00ebta armiq t\u00eb partis\u00eb, Berish\u00ebs dhe \u201cdemokracis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi XX vjet pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste, praktikat dhe mend\u00ebsit\u00eb e saj po rishfaqen t\u00eb maskuara me fjal\u00eb dhe mjete demokratike. Liria p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur bindje t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta me partin\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet nuk persekutohet me burg, por persekutimi vazhdon me forma t\u00eb tjera. Jan\u00eb me mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb humbur pun\u00ebn n\u00eb sektorin publik p\u00ebr \u201cfajin\u201d e vet\u00ebm sepse nuk simpatizojn\u00eb partin\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet apo liderin e saj. Po k\u00ebshtu, prona e konfiskuar dikur nga komunizmi mund t\u2019i kthehet vet\u00ebm atij q\u00eb shpalos devocion p\u00ebr PD dhe Berish\u00ebn, por kurrsesi atij q\u00eb nuk e ka k\u00ebt\u00eb devocion. Sot, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, kemi nj\u00eb deformim masiv t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs, shnd\u00ebrrimin e saj n\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shkaqe politike.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha mund t\u00eb ngjiret sa t\u00eb doj\u00eb p\u00ebr hapat e b\u00ebra drejt liris\u00eb, por ky dhunim i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb thelb dhunim i liris\u00eb. Sepse drejt\u00ebsia, sikund\u00ebr thosh nj\u00eb nga klasik\u00ebt e konservatorizmit, \u00ebsht\u00eb emri i dyt\u00eb i liris\u00eb. Drejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb liria vet\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb forma juridike q\u00eb merr liria. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim edhe Xhon Lok thosh se aty ku nuk ka ligj, nuk ka liri. Dhe Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend pa ligj. T\u00eb shkruara ka sa t\u00eb duash, por t\u00eb zbatuara, sikund\u00ebr kritikon pa reshtur edhe Komisioni Europian fare pak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb liri n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet ku nuk ka drejt\u00ebsi. Berisha mund t\u00eb harxhoj\u00eb frym\u00eb sa t\u00eb doj\u00eb p\u00ebr progresin e liris\u00eb, por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb propagand\u00eb e mjer\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb g\u00ebnjej\u00eb ca besnik\u00eb t\u00eb tij, por nuk bind ask\u00ebnd. Dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk ka drejt\u00ebsi, q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia si pushtet \u00ebsht\u00eb e kapur nga politika dhe korrupsioni kjo nuk do m\u00eb koment. Dhe Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga kryep\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit e k\u00ebsaj gjendjeje t\u00eb mjeruar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe liris\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Sulmi i tij kund\u00ebr liris\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i faktuar q\u00eb me fillimet e tranzicionit. Ai vazhdon edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite me p\u00ebrdorimin e tiranis\u00eb s\u00eb shumic\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur posht\u00eb kandidaturat e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs p\u00ebr Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb dhe at\u00eb Kushtetuese. Pse?<\/p>\n<p>Sepse Berisha lakmon t\u2019i kap\u00eb k\u00ebto gjykata p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrdorur kund\u00ebr liris\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Sulmi berishist kund\u00ebr liris\u00eb u p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzua me akuzat e p\u00ebrbindshme kund\u00ebr Kryeprokurores si dhe Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u201cpu\u00e7\u201d. Pse? Sepse Berisha lakmon t\u00eb kap\u00eb k\u00ebto institucione q\u00eb t\u2019i keqp\u00ebrdor\u00eb kund\u00ebr liris\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Q\u00eb lirin\u00eb e opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar apo demonstruar ta shnd\u00ebrroj\u00eb me prokuror\u00eb t\u00eb kapur n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuar opozit\u00ebn si armike t\u00eb shtetit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb plasur n\u00eb burg.<\/p>\n<p>Sikund\u00ebr tentoi edhe m\u00eb 21 janar, duke akuzuar opozit\u00ebn, si nj\u00eb naziskin i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, p\u00ebr vrasje me pistoleta tip \u201c\u00e7ad\u00ebr\u201d t\u00eb demonstruesve q\u00eb u vran\u00eb nga pushteti i tij pik\u00ebrisht se protestonin p\u00ebr liri. Plumbat e derdhur m\u00eb 21 janar, ishin plumbat e terrorit t\u00eb pushtetit mbi lirin\u00eb e opozit\u00ebs. Mbi XX vjet pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb Murit t\u00eb Berlinit Berisha, b\u00ebri at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk guxuan ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb shum\u00eb nga diktaturat e regjura komuniste. Edhe kur regjimi komunist vrau demonstruesit m\u00eb 2 prill n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, vendi kaloi n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme. Pse? Sepse nj\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb vret, humbet legjitimitetin.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria nuk kaloi n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme pas 21 janarit, sepse Berisha k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul q\u00eb ka vrar\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb liris\u00eb. Nj\u00eb liri q\u00eb vret? Tallja \u00ebsht\u00eb groteske. Por Berisha s\u2019ndalet. Ai lakmon q\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt, pasi t\u00eb em\u00ebroj\u00eb si President Republike nj\u00eb delfin t\u00eb tij, ky i fundit t\u00eb em\u00ebroj\u00eb nj\u00eb Kryeprokuror q\u00eb do \u201cfaktoj\u00eb\u201d akuzat kund\u00ebr opozit\u00ebs t\u00eb prodhuara n\u00eb laboratorin gjith\u00eb intriga t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Dhe nj\u00eb moment i till\u00eb, ogurzi p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebve, po afron. Po afron p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb amendimeve t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs t\u00eb b\u00ebra n\u00eb prill 2008. Do t\u00eb jet\u00eb Berisha q\u00eb do zgjedh\u00eb Presidentin q\u00eb do vet\u00eb dhe do jet\u00eb Presidenti q\u00eb do em\u00ebroj\u00eb Kryeprokurorin q\u00eb do Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb Berisha dhe PDSH q\u00eb do t\u00eb caktojn\u00eb se kush \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cmik\u201d dhe \u201carmik i popullit\u201d. Dhe, natyrisht, t\u00eb korruptuarit do jen\u00eb nga kampi i \u201carmiqve\u201d. Nj\u00ebsoj si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e PPSH.
