Faktor\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri u p\u00ebrcaktuan p\u00ebr negociatat e radh\u00ebs nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs e Serbis\u00eb dhe jo p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00ebse kishte prokuror\u00eb vend\u00ebs a nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb e merrnin pun\u00ebn e tyre seriozisht, t\u00eb gjitha bastisjet e kryera dhe padit\u00eb e p\u00ebrgatitura p\u00ebrfundimisht u kuptim\u00ebsuan si trysni mbi politikan\u00ebt para negociatave, e jo si proces i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ethet prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb viti t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve kryesor\u00eb se do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb arrestohen, gjykohen e d\u00ebnohen p\u00ebr korrupsion, atyre tash iu kujtohen si nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr e keqe, nd\u00ebrkaq qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb shpresonin se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim p\u00ebr t\u00eb korruptuarit, e gjitha iu kujtohet si nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr e bukur. Ama gjithsesi \u00ebnd\u00ebrr se \u00ebnd\u00ebrr, apo jo?<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;ka dyshim q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t&#8217;i kemi nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht t\u00eb dyja n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb: edhe negociatat me Serbin\u00eb, edhe luftimin e korrupsionit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Sepse jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht politikan\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb negociojn\u00eb me Serbin\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb akuzave dhe arrestimeve p\u00ebr zyrtar\u00ebt shtet\u00ebror\u00eb e krer\u00ebt institucional\u00eb e partiak\u00eb q\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruan postet e paran\u00eb publike, kemi detyrim t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr negociata me Serbin\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e brendshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Shikimi nga Brukseli rregullisht i jep p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi stabilitetit n\u00eb Serbi kundrejt drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, demokracis\u00eb e zhvillimit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Sepse Bruksesi me fanatiz\u00ebm vazhdon t&#8217;i p\u00ebrmbahet doktrin\u00ebs s\u00eb stabilitetit afatshkurt\u00ebr q\u00eb sakrifikon demokracin\u00eb kur vie puna te rajoni i Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor. ShBA-t\u00eb nuk duken as p\u00ebr s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi t\u00eb interesuara si dikur me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb ambasador\u00ebve t\u00eb saj q\u00eb duken s\u00eb tep\u00ebrmi t\u00eb interesuar por jo n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn q\u00eb ky artikull ka p\u00ebr tem\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebto bisedime q\u00eb mendohet t\u00eb nisin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb muaj fiton shteti i Serbis\u00eb dhe pushteti n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Shtetit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb i shtohet kontrolli mbi veriun e Kosov\u00ebs, mbi enklavat me shumic\u00eb serbe dhe ai avancon n\u00eb integrimet evropiane, kurse pushtetit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb i zgjatet jeta dhe i shtohet toleranca nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ndaj korrupsionit. Ata q\u00eb s&#8217;ia din\u00eb p\u00ebr pasurit\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrmarrjet publike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr buxhetin e shtetit dhe cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, ata s&#8217;\u00e7ajn\u00eb kok\u00ebn as p\u00ebr veriun e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe, natyrisht q\u00eb vlen edhe anasjelltas&#8230; K\u00ebsisoj, populli i Kosov\u00ebs del dyfish i humbur. S\u00eb pari, Kosov\u00ebs i rrudhet territori dhe Kosova b\u00ebhet edhe m\u00eb jofunksionale se\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb tani. Kur t\u00eb korruptuarit (kosovar\u00eb) pranojn\u00eb t\u00eb negociojn\u00eb (me Serbin\u00eb) at\u00ebher\u00eb korrupsioni (vend\u00ebs) b\u00ebhet i negociuesh\u00ebm (p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt).<\/p>\n<p>Nga deklaratat e fundit t\u00eb diplomat\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj kuptohet q\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i ngutsh\u00ebm konsiderohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb fillimi i k\u00ebtyre bisedimeve t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruara sesa p\u00ebrfundimi i tyre. Pra, duan q\u00eb t\u00eb nis\u00eb procesi dhe nuk brengosen aq se kur do t\u00eb mbaroj\u00eb ai. Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs do t&#8217;i ngutet ose jo var\u00ebsisht se kur Serbis\u00eb i ngutet e kur jo.<\/p>\n<p>Tri vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb politikan\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb iu lejua q\u00eb ta shpallin pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb formale por pa substanc\u00eb. Tri vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb Serbis\u00eb po i mund\u00ebsohet substanca e autonomis\u00eb por pa form\u00ebn e saj.
