K\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur me gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb Miroslav Laj\u00e7ak gjat\u00eb vizitave t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, kur u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb negocionte me liderin e opozit\u00ebs Edi Rama dhe kryeministrin Sali Berisha si i d\u00ebrguar special p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e Ballkanit nga BE-ja. <\/p>\n<p>Ai b\u00ebri thirrje q\u00eb lider\u00ebt t\u00eb gjenin dialogun para zgjedhjeve lokale t\u00eb 8 majit dhe t\u00eb ndanin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr mesazhet, pasi &#8220;nuk kishte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se \u00e7far\u00eb mendonin ata&#8221;, shkruhet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb revist\u00eb. Ka pasur nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri deri n\u00eb zgjedhjet e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb qershorit 2009, kur Rama akuzoi Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr vjedhje t\u00eb votave. <\/p>\n<p>Opozita bojkotoi parlamentin dhe zhvilloi grev\u00eb urie para kryeministris\u00eb me tenda, posht\u00eb zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Kjo u mendua si nj\u00eb veprim i pahijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend an\u00ebtar n\u00eb NATO dhe q\u00eb kishte aplikuar p\u00ebr statusin e vendit kandidat, duke vendosur pal\u00ebt n\u00ebn presion. Tashm\u00eb ky tension \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer s\u00ebrish. Jim Steinberg, n\u00ebnsekretari amerikan i shtetit vizitoi Tiran\u00ebn m\u00eb 25 shkurt. Kurse Laj\u00e7ak ashp\u00ebrsoi tonet, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohej se miqt\u00eb e huaj t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb kishin humbur durimin.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebshtjellimi i fundit ndodhi n\u00eb Janar, kur Dritan Prifti, ish-minist\u00ebr i Ekonomis\u00eb, shfaqi nj\u00eb video t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb televizion privat, ku dukej z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri Ilir Meta, duke diskutuar afera me shuma t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Meta denoncoi kaset\u00ebn si t\u00eb falsifikuar, po m\u00eb pas dha dor\u00ebheqjen. Pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas opozita u hodh n\u00eb nj\u00eb demonstrat\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoi tragjikisht. Nj\u00eb grup i madh protestuesish u vendos\u00ebn para kryeministris\u00eb duke krijuar trazira, por askush nuk e mendonte se Garda Republikane e vendosur posht\u00eb zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministrit, do t\u00eb hapte zjarr duke vrar\u00eb 4 njer\u00ebz n\u00eb turm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha menj\u00ebher\u00eb akuzoi Ram\u00ebn se u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb grusht shteti, duke p\u00ebrdorur edhe \u00e7adra-pistolet\u00eb!. Kur Prokuroria e P\u00ebrgjithshme k\u00ebrkoi arrestimin e disa an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Gard\u00ebs, Berisha u pa t\u00eb bllokonte planet e organit t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs p\u00ebr arrestimet. Ai quajti prokuroren e p\u00ebrgjithshme &#8220;nj\u00eb lavire bulevardi&#8221;, q\u00eb ishte pjes\u00eb e pu\u00e7it t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Genc Pollo, nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr i kabinetit Berisha, insistoi se protesta ishte e mir\u00eborganizuar si nj\u00eb grusht shteti me q\u00ebllim rr\u00ebzimin e qeveris\u00eb dhe pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb godin\u00ebn ku gjendej kreu i qeveris\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb kabinetit. Kreu i socialist\u00ebve, Edi Rama, i quajti nj\u00eb nonsens k\u00ebto deklarata. &#8220;Ata vodh\u00ebn zgjedhjet, po grabisin vendin dhe tani po vrasin njer\u00ebz p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar t\u00eb vjedhin e grabisin vendin&#8221;, tha ai.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha beson se ka mb\u00ebshtetjen e Amerikan\u00ebve. Kjo i jep atij sigurin\u00eb t\u00eb rezistoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mos b\u00ebj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me Ram\u00ebn. Por Laj\u00e7ak tha se dy burrat kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb emergjente p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord se si t\u00eb zgjidhin problemet q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me vjedhjen e zgjedhjeve elektorale dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet lokale t\u00eb majit, thekson gazeta.
