K\u00ebta persona dyshohet se kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb urdh\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00eblluar ndaj demonstruesve\u201d, than\u00eb burimet nga Prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs, e cila sakt\u00ebson se po zhvillon ende hetime.<\/p>\n<p>Nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e marra ka rezultuar se Prendi, Ahmetcenaj dhe Shehi kan\u00eb komunikuar dit\u00ebn e ngjarjes me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, nd\u00ebrsa akuza nuk ka marr\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimin e duhur nga garda p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar rreth tem\u00ebs s\u00eb bisedave.<\/p>\n<p>Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, Prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e kusht\u00ebzuar n\u00eb hetimet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, megjithat\u00eb deklaron se mund t\u2019i nxjerr\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me deduksion, duke p\u00ebrdorur provat, d\u00ebshmit\u00eb dhe ligjin p\u00ebr Gard\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nga hetimet e deritanishme jan\u00eb sekuestruar vet\u00ebm urdhrat e planit t\u00eb masave dhe instruktazhit. Grupi hetimor i ngritur nga Prokuroria e Tiran\u00ebs ka k\u00ebrkuar disa jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb tabulatet e drejtuesve madhor\u00eb t\u00eb Gard\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat nuk i kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer k\u00ebtij hetimi, pasi duhet nj\u00eb koh\u00eb e gjat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u verifikuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb konkluzion.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr k\u00ebrkes\u00eb ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr pajisjet me t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb kishin komunikuar me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, megjith\u00ebse garda tha se nuk disponon nj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.
