Papun\u00ebsia n\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet jasht\u00ebzakonisht e madhe. Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb institucioneve \u00ebsht\u00eb duke iu humbur reputacioni, nd\u00ebrsa vlerat demokratike jan\u00eb n\u00ebn bllokad\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb frontet politike, sikurse edhe n\u00eb ato ekonomike, \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rr\u00ebzohesh n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje jo aq t\u00eb keqe sa n\u00eb nj\u00eb kurth. Papun\u00ebsia e madhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranueshme vet\u00ebm se nuk ka goditur nivelet e vitit 1933; tendencat ogurzeza politike nuk duhet p\u00ebrjashtuar vet\u00ebm pse Hitleri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb horizont. Kriza e euros n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e mbytur \u00ebndrr\u00ebn evropiane. Megjithat\u00eb, gj\u00ebra edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija mund t\u00eb ndodhin. N\u00eb Finland\u00eb, partia e quajtur \u2018Finlandez\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u2019, me q\u00ebndrime kund\u00ebr imigrant\u00ebve, gjeti mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb fort\u00eb te votuesit n\u00eb zgjedhjet e prillit. N\u00eb Hungari, institucionet demokratike aktualisht jan\u00eb duke u d\u00ebmtuar. Nj\u00eb prej partive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb Hungaris\u00eb, partia \u201cJobik\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr komunitetit rom, si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb parti anti-semite.<\/p>\n<p>Por rreziku i menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm vjen prej partis\u00eb qeveris\u00ebse t\u00eb qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb, \u201cFidesz\u201d. Kjo parti fitoi shumic\u00ebn e votave n\u00eb zgjedhjet parlamentare t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn pjes\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shkaqe ekonomike. Hungaria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e eurozon\u00ebs por p\u00ebsoi r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb huamarrjes n\u00eb valut\u00eb t\u00eb huaj dhe gjithashtu, n\u00eb saje t\u00eb keqmenaxhimit dhe korrupsionit nga ana e partive t\u00eb at\u00ebhershme n\u00eb pushtet, liberal\u00ebve t\u00eb majt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Tani, partia Fidesz, e cila u p\u00ebrplas me nj\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb t\u00eb re n\u00eb pranver\u00ebn e kaluar, n\u00eb nj\u00eb votim partiak, duket e vendosur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm n\u00eb pushtet. N\u00ebse merren parasysh t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto elemente, e gjith\u00eb kjo t\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00eb rivendosjen e sundimit autoritar, n\u00ebn nj\u00eb lust\u00ebr t\u00eb holl\u00eb t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs. Dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shembull i asaj q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00ebsisht, n\u00ebse vazhdon depresioni.<\/p>\n<p>Bashkimi Evropian e humbi shansin p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer pushtetin n\u00eb fillim \u2013 pjes\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shkak se Kushtetuta e re u p\u00ebrplas gjat\u00eb mbajtjes s\u00eb presidenc\u00ebs me rotacion t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, kur radh\u00ebn e kishte Hungaria. Do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb tani t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrohet kahja. Megjithat\u00eb, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e Evrop\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje, n\u00ebse nuk duan t\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb humbasin gjith\u00e7ka. Ata gjithashtu duhet t\u2019i rishqyrtojn\u00eb politikat e d\u00ebshtuara ekonomike.
