Nj\u00eb shtet b\u00ebn regjistrime t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra konkrete, t\u00eb prekshme: njeriu vet\u00eb (emri), familja, adresa, sht\u00ebpia, pasuria, pron\u00ebsia, pun\u00ebsimi e biznesi. K\u00ebt\u00eb shteti e b\u00ebn me q\u00ebllimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur taksat, p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim votimesh, p\u00ebr t\u00eb planifikuar sh\u00ebrbimet dhe zhvillimet e ardhshme t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij. Prandaj nuk ka kuptim q\u00eb shteti t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb regjistrim fetar (ideor), sepse kishat apo xhamijat e b\u00ebjn\u00eb vet\u00eb regjistrimin e klient\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb shteti p\u00ebr kishat e xhamijat \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistrimi i pasurive t\u00eb luejtshme e t\u00eb paluejtshme t\u00eb tyre, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebllim: tatimin e tyre. Kishat e xhamijat jan\u00eb pasuri e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe si t\u00eb tilla i japin llogari vet\u00ebm shtetit shqiptar, i cili gjithashtu e ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u2019i v\u00ebzhgoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i mbrojtur edhe se mos bien n\u00eb grack\u00ebn e veprimtarive armiq\u00ebsore kundra shtet\u00ebrore dhe kundra komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Besimi fetar nuk ka qen\u00eb apo \u00ebsht\u00eb platform\u00eb bashkuese e p\u00ebrfaqsuese p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, prandaj \u00e7do vij\u00ebzim apo ngjyrim fetar \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb shtetit dhe kombit shqiptar. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb padituris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, nxitjes nga jasht\u00eb si dhe urrejtjes s\u00eb edukuar nga klerik\u00ebt fetar\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat soll\u00ebn luft\u00ebn midis shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb krishter\u00eb dhe atyre mosleman\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt humb\u00ebn para rreth 200 vjet\u00ebve at\u00eb q\u00eb sot njihet me emrin Greqi. Edhe n\u00eb rastin e t\u00eb menduarit m\u00eb t\u00eb mefsht\u00eb, m\u00eb t\u00eb cek\u00ebt e m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, i cili pranon se &#8220;s&#8217;ka ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe regjistrimi i p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare&#8221;, duket se harrohet me dashje ose pa dashje situata e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe nga cil\u00ebt rrethohen shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari harrohen grek\u00ebrit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb si zombis (t\u00eb ngriturit nga varret) q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb Epirin, nj\u00eb ndarje administrative romake e m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 2000 vjet\u00ebve t\u00eb shkuara. Po ashtu, nga mesi i shekullit XIX, grek\u00ebrit psallmuan iden\u00eb e Greqis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe (Megalidhea) me q\u00ebllim rilindjen e perandoris\u00eb fetare bizantine, t\u00eb tretur n\u00eb mesin e shekullit XV. Q\u00eb at\u00ebhere, me synimin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Greqi t\u00eb Madhe, grek\u00ebrit kan\u00eb kryer luftra me t\u00ebr\u00eb shtetet p\u00ebrqark, kan\u00eb pushtuar toka, kan\u00eb kryer masakra t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta, p\u00ebrz\u00ebnie t\u00eb popullsive dhe genocide. Frym\u00ebzimi dhe mjeti i realizimit t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe ka qen\u00eb e \u00ebsht\u00eb kisha. P\u00ebr grek\u00ebrit, ashtu si edhe p\u00ebr v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tyre bizantin\u00eb serb\u00eb, kisha \u00ebsht\u00eb shenja e pushtimit t\u00eb tok\u00ebs dhe popullat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr grek\u00ebrit, \u201cgrek&#8221; \u00ebsht\u00eb kushdo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i besimit fetar lindor (ortodoks). Grek\u00ebrit kan\u00eb 20 vjet q\u00eb po investojn\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb regjistrim duke iu dh\u00ebn\u00eb &#8220;pensione&#8221; shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb pranonin t\u00eb deklaroheshin &#8220;homogjenos grekos&#8221; p\u00ebr nj\u00eb viz\u00eb vizitori. S\u00eb dyti harrohen levantin\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb (t\u00eb spjeguar nga Faik Konica 100 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb), t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shnd\u00ebrrohen shpejt n\u00eb specien &#8220;shitar\u00eb&#8221; mjafton t\u00eb jen\u00eb ato q\u00eb s&#8217;jan\u00eb. S\u00eb treti harrohen glasat politike shqiptare q\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb zyrtare k\u00ebto 20+ vjet nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb i pla\u00e7kiten pasurit\u00eb natyrore dhe njer\u00ebzore, si dhe nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb komunist\u00eb njer\u00ebzit d\u00ebnoheshin deri me pushkatim n\u00ebse iu ngrihej kurthi i t\u00eb menduarit ndryshe. Prandaj edhe pyetjet e vrazhda &#8220;I cilit besim fetar jeni?&#8221; apo ato t\u00eb per\u00ebndimuara &#8220;A e praktikon besimin tuaj fetar?&#8221; jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakuptimta, fyese dhe armiq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebt. Tani, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk d\u00ebnohet apo p\u00ebrndiqet njeri prej besimit fetar vetjak. Prandaj, s\u2019ka ndonj\u00eb ar\u00ebsye p\u00ebr t\u00eb regjistruar se sa vet\u00eb p\u00ebrndiqen apo d\u00ebnohen p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb besimi fetar.<\/p>\n<p>Meqen\u00ebse tani me Kushtetut\u00eb, shteti shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb nga feja, at\u00ebhere organet themelore t\u00eb ruajtjes s\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, Prokuroria e P\u00ebrgjithshme dhe Gjykata Kushtetuese, kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb shpallin t\u00eb pavlefshme \u00e7fardolloj pyetje fetare n\u00eb formularin qeveritar t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb. Akoma, Prokuroria e P\u00ebrgjithshme dhe Gjykata Kushtetuese kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb ndjekjen ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb organizuar, urdh\u00ebruar e porositur futjen e pyetjeve fetare n\u00eb formularin e regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse do nevojitej koh\u00eb me num\u00ebruar institucionet e universitetet shtet\u00ebrore, universitetet personale dhe zyrat e shoqatave jo-qeveritare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb zyrtare, si dhe gazetat e pavarura (nga Shqip\u00ebria), prapseprap\u00eb ato nuk b\u00ebzajn\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7eshtjen n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Ato nuk b\u00ebzan\u00eb edhe kur ishin p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar dhurimin e porositur t\u00eb detit shqiptar Greqis\u00eb. Ato nuk b\u00ebzajn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr plehrat europiane q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb e tymosin me helme t\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb mision i sejcilit q\u00eb i thot\u00eb vetes shqiptar t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb q\u00eb pyetjet fetare, edhe ato t\u00eb \u201cbutat\u201d, t\u00eb hiqen nga pyetsori. N\u00ebse shitar\u00ebt dhe mendjecek\u00ebtit nuk i heqin, at\u00ebhere t\u00eb veproj\u00eb (dhe t\u2019ia thot\u00eb kujtdo q\u00eb njeh) q\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje pyetje t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb zhgarraviten (t\u2019iu hiqet viza). Ky mision nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr thashethemexhijt\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr ato q\u00eb rrijn\u00eb ulur gali\u00e7 tek guri i der\u00ebs, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr vigjilent\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb em\u00ebruarit e tuf\u00ebzave politike shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Shpirtin e vet e di sejcili vet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt s\u2019kan\u00eb pun\u00eb me t\u00eb.
