Programin e hapi moderatori Mustaf\u00eb Krasniqi, me himnin e flamurit Komb\u00ebtare dhe me fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebse,ku nd\u00ebr tjera theksoi se: \u201cP\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, e t\u00eb rreshtuar n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e historikut komb\u00ebtar, na obligon q\u00eb rruga jon\u00eb t\u00eb mos ndalej k\u00ebtu, me Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, por t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb tutje deri te realizimin i vullnetit t\u00eb popullit, p\u00ebr bashkimin e t\u00eb gjitha trojeve t\u00eb cop\u00ebtuara, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm shqiptar, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb Etnike.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tutje u ndal edhe te jeta e m\u00ebrgimit, pik\u00ebrisht tek f\u00ebmij\u00ebt apo te kjo gjenerat\u00eb, q\u00eb nes\u00ebr, p\u00ebr Kombin shqiptar, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e dhimbshme, sepse gradualisht po e humbin gjuh\u00ebn dhe ndjenj\u00ebn e t\u00eb qen\u00ebt shqiptar. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb nuk funksionon shkolla n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, me m\u00ebsim plot\u00ebsues, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr (p\u00ebr t\u00eb keq&#8230;!) kemi jo pak f\u00ebmij\u00eb, shqiptar, q\u00eb vijon m\u00ebsimin fetartheksoj nder te tjera zoti Mustaf\u00eb krasniqi njeri nder aktivistet e dalluar nj\u00eb shkrimtar dhe ish i burgosur politik n\u00eb ngjarjet e viteve 81-ta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-6732\" title=\"rosenheim_3_vjet_pavaresi_ks\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.shkoder.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/rosenheim_3_vjet_pavaresi_ks-300x227.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"227\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Programi, pas himnit komb\u00ebtar, u shoq\u00ebrua me vallen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve shqiptar dhe recitalin \u201cShqip e dua Ilirid\u00ebn\u201d, ku ky recitim i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve ua zgjoi ndjenjat bashk\u00ebkomb\u00ebsve<\/p>\n<p>dhe i futi thell\u00eb n\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e atdheut, ku duartrokitjet nuk munguan, p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb as lot\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Recitali ishte m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nj\u00eb Kushtrim, i shkruar dhe i p\u00ebrgatitur nga vet moderatori zoti Mutaf\u00eb Krasniqi dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi i k\u00ebtij takimi, ku n\u00eb t\u00eb ng\u00ebrthehet elementi m\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor dhe i ndjesh\u00ebm, i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes kombetare dhe coptimin e vendit nga padrejtesite historike me \u00e7&#8217;rast perfshiu me Preshev\u00ebn dhe \u00c7am\u00ebrin\u00eb me nj\u00eb thirrje i drejtohet &#8220;M\u00ebm\u00ebshqip\u00ebris\u00eb&#8221; dhe &#8220;Kosov\u00ebs&#8221;, me pyetjen; -\u201cku po na leni\u201d?-recitalin e recituan:- Fatmime Mehmeti,Artan Krasniqi,Valmira, Ymeri,Klev Ymeri,Arjeta Krasniqi Anita Agushi, Nd\u00ebrsa me poezin\u00eb \u201c Ta puthi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d recitoi Bashkim Mehmeti, si dhe poezin\u00eb \u201cIdashur Atdhe\u201d,Arbresha Berisha,Kurse poezin\u00eb \u201cG\u00ebzuar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d, recituan Anita Agushi dhe Arbresha Berisha, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Pas recitalit fjal\u00ebn mori Azem Stublla, ku nd\u00ebr tjera shtoi se, \u201c17 Shkurti 2008 si dhe 28 N\u00ebntori 1912 hyn\u00eb ne analet e historis\u00eb shqiptare dhe asaj bot\u00ebrore si ngjarje historiko-politike t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-6733\" title=\"rosenheim_3_vjet_pavaresi_ks1\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.shkoder.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/rosenheim_3_vjet_pavaresi_ks1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"178\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e saj,Kosova kaloi nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtire shekullore,mundimesh e sakrificash,gjaku e lot\u00ebsh p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb historie p\u00ebrpjekjesh te kamotshme t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve,n\u00eb themelet e se cil\u00ebs bijat dhe bijt\u00eb me t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb kombit vun\u00eb gjakun e tyre brez pas brezi vet\u00ebm qe t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb trojet tona. Kontribut t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces historik dhe rol ky\u00e7 dhe vendimtar n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs ka lufta e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb krye me heroin Legjendar Adem Jasharin. Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs mbrojti dinjitetin komb\u00ebtar i dha kahe te duhur zgjidhjes se \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ishte morali i pathyesh\u00ebm i luft\u00ebtareve te liris\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Me shume respekt e nderim kujtojm\u00eb d\u00ebshmoret dhe martiret e kombit p\u00ebrulemi me nder para vepr\u00ebs se tyre te pavdekshme. Pavar\u00ebsia fillimisht erdhi si ide,pastaj synim,lufte p\u00ebr realizim te k\u00ebtij synimi, me tej n\u00eb fund realizimi i shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb se pavarur shtoj nder te tjera zoti Stublla.<\/p>\n<p>Lufta p\u00ebr Pavar\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs si proces historik ka protagonist\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb,prej atyre q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb, deri te t\u00eb gjall\u00ebt, q\u00eb sot b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00ebt e dit\u00ebs, t\u00eb profesionit apo t\u00eb shtetit. Kontribut t\u00eb ve\u00e7ante dha diaspora shqiptare n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Ishte gjithmon\u00eb pran\u00eb te gjitha proceseve historike.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pastaj, Azem Stublla, nd\u00ebr tjera edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e shtoi: \u201cRepublika e Kosov\u00ebs funksionon si shtet demokratik,me Institucione t\u00eb zgjedhura me vot\u00ebn e lire,me ekonomi t\u00eb vet\u00ebn qe p\u00ebrballet me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e ringjalljes e t\u00eb hapjes nga bota,me resurse natyrore e njer\u00ebzore me potenciale q\u00eb duan funksionalizim t\u00eb plot\u00ebsish\u00ebm. Republika e Kosov\u00ebs, gjer me tani \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur nga 75 shtete t\u00eb bot\u00ebs,dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar ne institucione t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si\u00e7 jan\u00eb:FMN dhe BB. Gjithashtu jan\u00eb hapur 21 ambasada n\u00eb vendet q\u00eb e kan\u00eb njohur Kosov\u00ebn si dhe dhjet\u00ebra misione konsullore.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-6734\" title=\"rosenheim_3_vjet_pavaresi_ks2\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.shkoder.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/rosenheim_3_vjet_pavaresi_ks2-300x228.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"228\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Synim kryesor i Institucioneve te Republik\u00ebs se Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb rrafshin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb integrimi n\u00eb strukturat Euroatlantike.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova ka sjelle stabilitet te brendsh\u00ebm jo vet\u00ebm te populli shumic\u00eb shqiptare mir\u00ebpo edhe pakicat kan\u00eb pranuar realitetin e ri politik dhe jan\u00eb integruar n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tutje shtoi kjo Pavar\u00ebsie ofron garanci p\u00ebr realizimin e synimeve tona shekullore te bazuara ne te drejt\u00ebn tone komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nj\u00eb dit\u00eb jo t\u00eb larg\u00ebt t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb etnike dhe demokratikepe\u00ebrfundoj nder te tjera zoti Azem Stublla.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb manifestim e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti edhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebs kryetari i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Rosenheimit n\u00eb Gjermani Anton Heidel, dhe p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe komunitetin shqiptar q\u00eb jeton pran\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Komune. Poashtu uroi q\u00eb ky komunitet t\u00eb integrohet me t\u00eb gjitha strukturat kulturore me komunitete tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebtushme pos tij pati edhe te tjer\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs gjerman ku \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sinjal shume i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptaret e Rosenhaimit q\u00eb Shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t&#8217;i jepet nj\u00eb publicitet n\u00eb interesin komb\u00ebtar edhe pran popullit mik gjerman .<\/p>\n<p>Manifestimin e p\u00ebrcolli edhe melosi i bukur i muzik\u00ebs shqipe t\u00eb k\u00ebnduar nga dueti Fita dhe Ladi kushtuar k\u00ebng\u00eb p\u00ebr Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, Adem Jasharin e k\u00ebng\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr plot\u00eb tri or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Program u mbyll me Ftes\u00ebn e Shoqat\u00ebs Kulturore Shqiptare \u201cBashkimi\u201d, q\u00eb n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e bashkimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb dhe veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb Rosenheim, rrethin e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, q\u00eb s\u00eb bashku, ta fuqizojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shoqat\u00eb, e cila do t\u2019i bashkon m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtush\u00ebm me k\u00ebto aktivitetet kryesore q\u00eb jan\u00eb: Organizimi i jet\u00ebs kulturore,sportive. E si primare do t\u00eb jet\u00eb, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt m\u00ebrgimtar\u00eb, qe jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Rosenheim dhe rrethin\u00eb t\u00eb saj. Integrimi me komunitetet kulturore, vendase si edhe aktivitetet tjera t\u00eb ndryshmet. Mbase me k\u00ebt\u00eb bashkim krijohen rrethana t\u00eb mundshme p\u00ebr aktivitete edukativo-arsimore, t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs, si dhe aktiviteteve sportive dhe fetare te komuniteti yn\u00eb shqiptar, q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Rosenheim t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu krijohen rrethana t\u00eb favorshme p\u00ebr rinin, q\u00eb rinia t\u00eb mos devijohet rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebqija. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb bashkim,dhe p\u00ebrkrahjen do t\u2019ia arrim\u00eb q\u00ebllimin q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb lokal funksional, q\u00eb do t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbush k\u00ebrkesat tona dhe t\u00eb rinis\u00eb son\u00eb, e cila n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb lokalit, ajo bredh\u00eb, pa fajin e tyre, lokaleve t\u00eb huaja.
