Miratimi pasoi nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme degraduese t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, i cili lexoi nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr t\u00eb gjat\u00eb sharjesh me emra biznesmen\u00ebsh, deputet\u00ebsh opozitar\u00eb dhe gazetar\u00ebsh q\u00eb sipas tij jan\u00eb e keqja e k\u00ebtij vendi. Dhe pasi lexoi list\u00ebn e armiqve t\u00eb tij, akuzoi opozit\u00ebn se nuk voton nism\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr kufizim imuniteti se \u00ebsht\u00eb e korruptuar. Kaq pritej dhe sikur t\u00eb mos mblidhej fare Kuvendi. E vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb vlen p\u00ebr tu sh\u00ebnuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nis\u00ebm t\u00eb re t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsimi i nj\u00eb tradite t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs ligjore n\u00eb mandatin e qeverisjes Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dy mandatet e tij prej vitit 2005, Berisha ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb rreth 20 nisma ligjore antikushtetuese vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr propagand\u00eb. Nd\u00ebr to shquan ligji p\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e figurave, nj\u00eb ligj tep\u00ebr i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb; ligji i pronave, nj\u00eb ligj mungesa e t\u00eb cilit po shkat\u00ebrron Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb; dhe natyrisht nisma e djeshme p\u00ebr kufizimin e imunitetit, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e nevojshme pasi vet\u00eb Sali Berisha dhe s\u00eb paku tri ministra t\u00eb tij kan\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar nga burgu prej imunitetit. E gjitha kjo p\u00ebrb\u00ebn at\u00eb q\u00eb mund ta konsiderojm\u00eb pa frik\u00eb propaganda ligjore e Sali Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ky fenomen?<br \/>\nShum\u00eb opozitar\u00eb dhe kritik\u00eb t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs i bien shkurt dhe e quajn\u00eb Berish\u00ebn injorant. Jo. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb injoranc\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje e q\u00ebllimshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur mb\u00ebshtetjen e shtres\u00ebs injorante t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje regresive politike. Duke qen\u00eb i qart\u00eb p\u00ebr shembull se mes bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb tij ka plot ish- bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Shtetit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dhe vet\u00eb i ka quajtur t\u00eb till\u00eb kur i kan\u00eb dal\u00eb kund\u00ebr, (lexoni RD e dikurshme p\u00ebr denoncimet e Rulit apo Qukapikun), Berish\u00ebs i duhej para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2009 nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr tu treguar ish t\u00eb persekutuarve, q\u00eb akoma nuk u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb lek\u00ebt e burgut, q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkonte persekutor\u00ebt e tyre. Me koshienc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb futi nj\u00eb nen n\u00eb mes t\u00eb ligjit ku ndalonte Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtuese ta abrogoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj p\u00ebr konflikt interesi, dhe kaq i mjaftonte tu shkelte syrin gjith\u00eb spiun\u00ebve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb qet\u00eb se ligji ishte kot.<\/p>\n<p>E shikon se ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb masak\u00ebr me pronat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, dhe ka rishp\u00ebrndar\u00eb tokat e pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj tek Familja e tij, dhe p\u00ebr tu hedhur hi syve pronar\u00ebve, rib\u00ebn nj\u00eb ligj p\u00ebr pron\u00ebn sipas t\u00eb cilit qeveria e tij ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndaj\u00eb tituj pron\u00ebsie, duke dal\u00eb mbi vendimet e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb gjykatave dhe aktet e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb. I sigurt se dhe ky nuk miratohej, ai vazhdon t\u00eb grabis\u00eb gjith\u00eb tokat e bregdetit shqiptar, s\u00eb paku nga Semani deri n\u00eb L\u00ebkur\u00ebs n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, me nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm avokat\u00ebsh dhe pronar\u00ebsh q\u00eb shfaqen gjithkund bashk\u00eb, nga Semani n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi mbron Fatmir Mediun nga burgu me imunitet, tutorin politik t\u00eb djalit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb tragjedin\u00eb e G\u00ebrdecit, pasi shp\u00ebton Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn me procedur\u00eb, pasi i shp\u00ebton vet\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb pa shkuar asnj\u00eb her\u00eb para saj q\u00eb nga vrasja e Azem Hajdarit e deri m\u00eb sot, pasi mbrohet vet\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb t\u00eb Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr shpifjet ndaj qytetar\u00ebve me imunitet, dje b\u00ebn nj\u00eb propozim ligjor qesharak sipas t\u00eb cilit deputet\u00ebve u kufizohet imuniteti n\u00eb rregullore, nd\u00ebrsa fuqia e tyre imunitare buron nga Kushtetuta. Nisma e djeshme \u00ebsht\u00eb guri i fundit n\u00eb gjerdanin e propagand\u00ebs ligjore q\u00eb Berisha po b\u00ebn prej vitit 2005 pa miratuar asnj\u00eb ligj t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb pajtim me Kushtetut\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu si\u00e7 ka b\u00ebr\u00eb rr\u00ebmuj\u00eb qeverisjen, ashtu si\u00e7 ka b\u00ebr\u00eb rr\u00ebmuj\u00eb reformat n\u00eb financa dhe investimet publike, ashtu si\u00e7 ka b\u00ebr\u00eb piramid\u00eb buxhetin dhe ka krijuar nj\u00eb shtet privat t\u00eb komanduesh\u00ebm leht\u00ebsisht prej tij, ashtu ka b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe propagand\u00eb ligjore duke nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nisma n\u00ebp\u00ebr konferenc\u00eb shtypi pa i sh\u00ebrbyer aspak nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti modern n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
