Para disa muajsh, nj\u00eb kush\u00ebrira ime rreth t\u00eb 25-tave, e diplomuar prej tri-kat\u00ebr vitesh me rezultate shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira (k\u00ebshtu themi ne p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb shk\u00eblqejn\u00eb gjat\u00eb studimeve universitare), u fut n\u00eb konkurs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend pune n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn publike (p\u00ebr konkursin ishte informuar krejt rast\u00ebsisht, n\u00eb stilin vesh-m\u00eb-vesh, e jo n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mass-media-s). Me t\u00eb mbaruar, m\u00eb mori n\u00eb telefon, dhe m\u00eb tha se kish dal\u00eb mir\u00eb, por \u201cdo ishte mir\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyja, pasi n\u00eb k\u00ebto pun\u00eb nuk hyn zot\u00ebsia\u201d. Kjo shprehja e fundit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se del ve\u00e7 nga goja e saj. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb futen n\u00eb nj\u00eb konkurs, n\u00eb kok\u00eb kan\u00eb iden\u00eb, se krahas zot\u00ebsive, duhet t\u00eb fusin dhe nj\u00eb mik. \u201cNuk shoh arsye t\u00eb b\u00ebhesh merak\u201d, i thash\u00eb, \u201cn\u00ebse ke dal\u00eb mir\u00eb, ata s\u2019kan\u00eb nga ia mbajn\u00eb; e n\u00ebse s\u2019ke dal\u00eb mir\u00eb, un\u00eb nuk t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj dot\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ca dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas e njoftuan se kish dal\u00eb e para. \u201cD\u00ebgjo, p\u00ebrpiqu t\u00eb flas\u00ebsh me X-in (titullarin e institucionit), pasi prap\u00ebseprap\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb garanci\u201d. \u201cPo pse s\u2019ke besim?\u201d, e pyeta. \u201cSepse n\u00eb ligjin e rekrutimeve thuhet, q\u00eb titullari, apo dikush i ngarkuar prej tij, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb nj\u00eb nga tre vendet e para t\u00eb konkursit\u201d, m\u00eb tha.<\/p>\n

Nuk e dija k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb. Por ishte v\u00ebrtet k\u00ebshtu. Un\u00eb nuk nd\u00ebrhyra, dhe kush\u00ebrir\u00ebn time nuk e mor\u00ebn n\u00eb pun\u00eb. E dini \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh r\u00ebndom n\u00eb terma konkret\u00eb? Me t\u2019u krijuar nj\u00eb vend i lir\u00eb pune, shpallet konkursi n\u00eb nj\u00eb a dy t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. Emri i atij q\u00eb do ta z\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur, por konkursi shpallet e organizohet \u201cp\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb rregull me rregullat\u201d. Personi q\u00eb do merret n\u00eb pun\u00eb duhet t\u00eb futet se s\u2019b\u00ebn n\u00eb konkurs, dhe komisioni porositet q\u00eb ta nxjerr\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn t\u00eb tretin. Dhe pas k\u00ebsaj, titullari e ka t\u00eb leht\u00eb q\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin, t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb \u201cbeniaminin\u201d e tij. Pun\u00eb e mbaruar, hesap i q\u00ebruar. Dhe k\u00ebshtu, ligji nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe aq absurd. Apo jo?<\/p>\n

S\u00eb treti <\/em>m\u00eb b\u00ebri p\u00ebrshtypje kush\u00ebrira ime e pangush\u00ebllueshme (e si mund ta ngush\u00eblloja?), tek e cila un\u00eb pash\u00eb t\u00eb projektuar fatin dhe d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimin e mijra t\u00eb rinjve shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend me iden\u00eb, se e vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb miku q\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyn<\/em>. Ajo kish b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb \u201cq\u00eb i takonte\u201d n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb, kish studjuar, kish dal\u00eb e para n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, kish hyr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb konkurs pun\u00ebsimi, kish dal\u00eb prap\u00eb e para, dhe ish shp\u00ebrblyer me shp\u00ebrfillje; n\u00eb vend t\u00eb saj ish parap\u00eblqyer nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb ish m\u00eb pak e zonja, por q\u00eb kish mik.<\/p>\n
