P\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, ajo mbetet nj\u00eb faqe e ndritur e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre personale dhe nj\u00eb shembull p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjekur nga m\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimeve t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta (q\u00eb e shohin at\u00eb si nj\u00eb instrument t\u00eb segmenteve t\u00eb paris\u00eb apo si nj\u00eb L\u00ebvizje t\u00eb pavarur), t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pal\u00ebt n\u00eb debat pajtohen se L\u00ebvizja ia arriti t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb fuqimisht n\u00eb nd\u00ebrrimin e sistemit e n\u00eb shmangjen e Luft\u00ebs Civile n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment tejet kritik p\u00ebr shtetin e kombin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Por, interpretimet ndahen kur vjen puna q\u00eb t\u00eb gjykohet pavar\u00ebsia e saj, drejtimi i saj, qart\u00ebsia e orientimi i saj ideologjik, e mbi t\u00eb gjitha roli i intelektual\u00ebve dhe individ\u00ebve t\u00eb vecant\u00eb brenda L\u00ebvizjes. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto pika ndar\u00ebse u pa qart\u00eb se ishin trajtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb konsistente por t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb papajtueshme n\u00eb tre narrativat e pranishme n\u00eb shtyp e media.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e pritshme se me koh\u00eb n\u00ebse LSSH trajtohet me rigorozitetin e duhur shkencor shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra do t\u00eb qart\u00ebsohen. Megjithat\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht interpretimeve t\u00eb ardhshme, duket se, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, k\u00ebto tre narrativa do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb edhe trajtimin q\u00eb do ti rezervohet n\u00eb histori k\u00ebsaj L\u00ebvizje. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, debatet m\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura me rolin e individ\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm n\u00eb L\u00ebvizje e n\u00eb drejtimin e saj, me rolin e intelektual\u00ebve, me vlerat ideologjike t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes e objektivat e saj politike si dhe me kontributin e saj n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrafsh historik e krahasues me l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb ngjashme, ose me vende q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pika kthese t\u00eb ngjashme me shtetin shqiptar. Prandaj ia vlen q\u00eb t\u00eb ndalemi e ti trajtojm\u00eb k\u00ebto probleme me kujdesin q\u00eb meritojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebpyetjet jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta dhe, si t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebvizjet q\u00eb shp\u00ebrthejn\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike e q\u00eb luajn\u00eb nj\u00eb rol kritik, edhe LSSH \u00ebsht\u00eb e rrethuar me shum\u00eb hamend\u00ebsime. Proceset evoluan shpejt e pak fakte jan\u00eb t\u00eb filmuara e t\u00eb dokumentuara dhe mungon konteksti i tyre. Arkivat e koh\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb mbushura por ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb paarritshme p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar e k\u00ebshtu gjithkush mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb kujtimet e n\u00eb paterialet q\u00eb kan\u00eb privatisht duke e paraqitur LSSH nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim p\u00ebrvoje personale q\u00eb shpesh nuk e p\u00ebrfshin t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebn. Nuk mund t\u00eb pritet q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb jepet nj\u00eb pamje e plot\u00eb e saj, e as t\u00eb ofrohet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim i detajuar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim, mbasi paraqes disa nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimet kryesore, do t\u00eb mundohem t\u00eb hedh drit\u00eb mbi disa nga elementet e k\u00ebtyre interpretimeve q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrputhen me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn historike. Me q\u00eb shkrimi, s\u2019mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledh\u00eb e t\u00eb thot\u00eb gjithcka, do t\u00eb synoj q\u00eb t\u00eb analizoj disa nga k\u00ebto aspekte thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb LSSH. N\u00eb mos tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar pak m\u00eb mir\u00eb historin\u00eb, ia vlen q\u00eb t\u00eb fillohet nj\u00eb debat i ngritur n\u00eb nivel profesional lidhur me L\u00ebvizjen, rolin e vendin e saj n\u00eb historin\u00eb e vonshme shqiptare si dhe me interpretimet e ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>Duke sjell\u00eb edhe disa argumente e fakte q\u00eb dalin nga filmimet, materialet e shkruara, e dokumentet e koh\u00ebs do t\u00eb mundohem q\u00eb n\u00eb pika t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb ballafaqoj at\u00eb q\u00eb shihet e d\u00ebgjohet me narrativat e caktuara. Po ashtu, duke q\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga ata q\u00eb i dha asaj L\u00ebvizje nj\u00eb frym\u00eb e rrug\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, si dhe duke pas\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb vendimmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb momente kritike, e konsideroj legjitime q\u00eb t\u00eb sjell edhe gjykimin e kujtimet e mia p\u00ebr momente lidhur me t\u00eb cilat nuk ka d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb tjera e njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm, gjithnj\u00eb p\u00ebr arsyet e tyre, nuk kan\u00eb folur sepse nuk ju ka interesuar ose nuk i kan\u00eb trajtuar me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb meritojn\u00eb, thjesht sepse nuk din\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo efekti ka q\u00ebn\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb. L\u00ebvizja \u00ebsht\u00eb interpretuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra jo t\u00eb drejta dhe jo ashtu si e meriton.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb shkrimit trajtohen tri narrativat sunduese. N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb diskutohen disa nga pikat m\u00eb t\u00eb debatuara nd\u00ebrmjet narrativave. N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e tret\u00eb e p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebse ofrohet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje e argumenteve t\u00eb paraqitura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. TRE PARADIGMA LIDHUR ME INTERPRETIMIN E LEVIZJES STUDENTORE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si u vu re n\u00eb shtypin e mediat e Tiran\u00ebs e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij 20 vjetori interesimi p\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjen studentore \u00ebsht\u00eb ende i gjall\u00eb. P\u00ebrtej d\u00ebshmive individuale e interpretimeve t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur m\u00eb lart duhet theksuar se n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ka tre grupime interpretimesh lidhur me L\u00ebvizjen Studentore. T\u00eb tre k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimet japin interpretime t\u00eb papajtueshme e krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta lidhur me t\u00eb gjitha aspektet kryesore t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb asaj L\u00ebvizje. Nevoja p\u00ebr t\u00eb paraqitur nj\u00eb interpretim koherent e konsistent e sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se e prekshme. Kjo p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb shtys\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb analizuar e konsideruar me qet\u00ebsi, si n\u00eb koh\u00eb, ashtu edhe n\u00eb q\u00ebllimet politike e n\u00eb vet\u00ebdijen e atyre q\u00eb organizuan k\u00ebto veprime.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar me objektivitet ecurin\u00eb e ngjarjes \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Fred Abrahams i cili k\u00ebt\u00eb vit botoi kapitullin e par\u00eb t\u00eb librit t\u00eb tij mbi tranzicionin n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar q\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohet te kjo L\u00ebvizje dhe n\u00eb rolin e saj. Po ashtu shquhen kujtimet e analizat e disa prej student\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb aktiv\u00eb n\u00eb L\u00ebvizje si Mimoza Ferraj, Arben Sulo, Akli Fundo, Spiro Cura, Agim Parllaku, Latif Hoxha, Muj\u00eb Bucpapaj, Alban Tershana, Bardhyl Ukcamaj, Afrim Krasniqi, Edvin Shvarc, Muje Bucpapaj, Ardi Stefa, Blendi Fevziu, Flamur Bucpapaj, Dritan Shakohoxha, Skender Minxhozi, Arian Manahasa, Blendi Gonxhe e shume e shume t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb botuar ose kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb intervista n\u00eb shtyp e media.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb vit t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn v\u00ebmendjen edhe intervistat e disa politikan\u00ebve e intelektual\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb role kryesore si vendimmarr\u00ebs, themelues t\u00eb PD, disa edhe aktiv\u00eb ose af\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjes Studentore, e disa edhe t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb veprimtarit\u00eb e saj p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb caktuara. N\u00eb vecanti, vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden Ramiz Alia, Aleksand\u00ebr Meksi, Sali Berisha, Prec Zogaj, Mitro Cela, Skender Gjinushi, Zenel Hoxha, Arben Imami, Edmond Budina, Engjell Gishti, Omer Stringa, Eduard Selami, Arben Mecaj, dhe Besnik Mustafaj. Shum\u00eb prej tyre p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohen n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb para d.m.th. n\u00eb Dhjetor 1990. Si pasoj\u00eb, ata e shohin L\u00ebvizjen si \u201cL\u00ebvizje e Dhjetorit\u201d q\u00eb zgjati jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 5-6 dit\u00eb dhe e lidhin gjithcka ose me intelektualet ose me Partin\u00eb Demokratike, kontributi i tyre n\u00eb analizimin e rolit t\u00eb asaj L\u00ebvizje meriton v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb vecant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke hedhur drit\u00eb mbi procese e me ngjarje q\u00eb tashm\u00eb mund t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetohen vet\u00ebm me d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb, kontributi i k\u00ebtyre individ\u00ebve n\u00eb gjykimin e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb dhe nuk mund t\u00eb kalohet leht\u00eb. Natyrisht, duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 20 viteve shum\u00eb vet\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebshmi q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn, e natyrisht edhe d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e vet\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. Prap\u00ebseprap\u00eb, nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb d\u00ebshmish t\u00eb reja krijon mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr debat e p\u00ebr t\u00eb analizuar m\u00eb me v\u00ebmendje disa nga momentet kritike n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e asaj L\u00ebvizje Studentore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund jan\u00eb nj\u00eb grup opinionist\u00ebsh e komentator\u00ebsh nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt Artan Fuga, Fatos Lubonja, apo Mustafa Nano, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e shohin si L\u00ebvizjen ashtu edhe kontributin e saj me nj\u00eb doz\u00eb skepticizmi. Mendimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb se kjo L\u00ebvizje u p\u00ebrdorua nga sistemi. Sipas k\u00ebtyre analist\u00ebve, student\u00ebt q\u00eb e shohin L\u00ebvizjen si kontribut t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb vec g\u00ebnjejn\u00eb vet\u00ebm veten e tyre thjesht sepse ata u p\u00ebrdoruan keqasi nga gjahtar\u00ebt e paris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.1. HAGJIOGRAFIA ZYRTARE: NJ\u00cb L\u00cbVIZJE E FRYM\u00cbZYAR, E ORGANIZUAR DHE E DREJTUAR NGA INTELEKTUAL\u00cbT E NGA PD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb k\u00ebnd\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim \u00ebsht\u00eb hagjiografia zyrtare q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e paraqitur fuqimisht n\u00eb shkrimet n\u00eb gazetat RD, \u201955,\u2019 e n\u00eb dokumentar\u00ebt e televizionit \u2018KLAN,\u2019 si dhe n\u00eb disa botime t\u00eb tjera. Argumenti thelb\u00ebsor i k\u00ebtij grupimi \u00ebsht\u00eb se L\u00ebvizja Studentore \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur n\u00eb gjithcka e pazgjidhshm\u00ebrisht me personin e Azem Hajdarit, t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, e t\u00eb Arben Imamit. N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto shkrime theksohet lidhja e pazgjidhshme (n\u00eb k\u00ebrthiz\u00eb) midis L\u00ebvizjes Studentore e Partis\u00eb Demokratike. Sipas hagjiografeve, si Fahri Balliu e Arben Mece, por edhe te individ\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb askurrkund af\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjes, si bie fjala, Neritan Ceka apo Jozefina Topalli, nj\u00ebra \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdimi i patjet\u00ebrsuesh\u00ebm i tjetr\u00ebs. Argumenti i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb se individ\u00ebt drejtues e aktiv\u00eb n\u00eb L\u00ebvizje kaluan nga L\u00ebvizja n\u00eb PD n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb natyrshme. Nga ky k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim, L\u00ebvizja paraqitet si nj\u00eb mas\u00eb studentore e amullt e pa ide, t\u00eb cil\u00ebs iu dha drejtim nga Sali Berisha e Azem Hajdari.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu nji opinion i fuqish\u00ebm i k\u00ebsaj qasje \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb thelb l\u00ebvizja nuk arriti ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebrtej asaj q\u00eb ia k\u00ebshilluan intelektual\u00ebt e kryeqytetit. Pra L\u00ebvizja reduktohet n\u00eb protesta q\u00eb zgjat\u00ebn vec pes\u00eb dit\u00eb e n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb studentore q\u00eb u shkri natyrsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Partin\u00eb Demokratike q\u00eb shihet si e lindur natyrsh\u00ebm prej saj dhe q\u00eb nuk u shk\u00ebput ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb prej saj. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, PD paraqitet edhe si organizuesja e drejtuesja e Grev\u00ebs s\u00eb Uris\u00eb dhe del si struktura q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb thelb t\u00eb cdo arritje t\u00eb asaj L\u00ebvizje. Shembujt ma interesant\u00eb n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb kesaj hagjiografie jan\u00eb intervistat e Sali Berish\u00ebs tek Blendi Fevziu ku flitet p\u00ebr \u2018Tribunin Legjendar t\u00eb Demokracis\u00eb,\u201d Azem Hajdari, p\u00ebr parashikimet profetike t\u00eb k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit se Shtatorja e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs do t\u00eb bjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr kontributin e vet\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs e me rradh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto p\u00ebrpjekje retushuese t\u00eb historis\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden thjesht si interlokutor\u00eb e jo si urdh\u00ebr-dh\u00ebn\u00ebs, Ramiz Alia, Xhelil Gjoni, Adil Carcani, Robert Koli, Xhevdet Pata e me rardh\u00eb por jo edhe disa persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb, anipse n\u00eb hije, kan\u00eb luajtur nj\u00eb rol kyc n\u00eb prapaskenat e koh\u00ebs. Ky interpretim \u00ebsht\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht i duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb shkrimet e intervistat e Besnik Mustafajt, t\u00eb Eduard Selamit e t\u00eb Arben Imamit, Neritan Cek\u00ebs, Arben Meces por edhe t\u00eb disa intelektual\u00ebve t\u00eb atyre viteve q\u00eb kan\u00eb botuar shkrime apo kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb intervista lidhur me L\u00ebvizjen Studentore.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana e student\u00ebve t\u00eb asaj kohe, t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje dokumentari, anipse konformues, i Blendi Fevziut \u201cMisteret e Dhjetorit \u201890\u2019 si dhe interpretimi i lirsh\u00ebm i historis\u00eb n\u00eb dokumentarin e fundit \u201c20 Shkurti\u201d n\u00eb TV Klan. K\u00ebtu b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb edhe shkrimet panegjirike t\u00eb pjestar\u00ebve t\u00eb nj\u00eb grupimi i quajtur \u201cDhjetori 90.\u2019\u201d Shembulli me ilustrues i t\u00eb cil\u00ebve jan\u00eb eulogjite e p\u00ebrvitshme t\u00eb Mujo Bucpapajt e t\u00eb Bislim Ahmetit n\u00eb RD, nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb s\u2019ka pasur ndonj\u00eb rol n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen Studentore n\u00eb Qytetin Studenti e natyrisht as n\u00eb organizimin e Grev\u00ebs s\u00eb Uris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Cka t\u00eb b\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje \u00ebsht\u00eb se shum\u00eb nga shkrimet vijn\u00eb nga ish-student\u00eb q\u00eb edhe pse kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb atje me 5-13 dhjetor as mbas 20 vjet\u00ebsh nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje me than\u00eb se cka kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb politikisht, as at\u00ebher\u00eb e as mbrapa. K\u00ebta nuk din\u00eb se cfar\u00eb kan\u00eb synuar t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb e pse duhen nderuar si ata ashtu edhe ajo L\u00ebvizje Studentore, pjestar\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb. Shkrimet, intervistat, e veprimtarit\u00eb e tyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbushura me lavde patetike p\u00ebr Sali Berishen, p\u00ebr Azem Hajdarin, p\u00ebr Arben Imamin e p\u00ebr disa individ\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb nga ana e tyre iu referohen krushqve apo ish-shok\u00ebve t\u00eb dhom\u00ebs si d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb apo edhe oportunist\u00ebve q\u00eb gjinden me kaq shum\u00eb leht\u00ebsi n\u00eb Tiran\u00ebn e sotme.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebtij emisionit t\u00eb sotsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Blendi Fevziut n\u00eb Opinionin e 18 Shkurtit 2011, i cili ishte i nd\u00ebrtuar me shum\u00eb kujdes p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb si t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb hagjiografin\u00eb zyrtare (nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera duke promovuar nj\u00eb Komision t\u00eb Grev\u00ebs s\u00eb Uris\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt se ka pyetur njeri n\u00eb vendimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb) e natyrisht p\u00ebr ta nxjerr\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb lar\u00eb nga roli negativ q\u00eb ka luajtur si ai, ashtu si edhe Azem Hajdari por edhe PD, ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb nuk t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga shkrimet m\u00eb t\u00eb forta n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb delirit politik, por edhe m\u00eb tragjikomike n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb hagjiografis\u00eb zyrtare ishte shkrimi i Edmond Budin\u00ebs tek MAPO n\u00eb Dhjetor 2010. N\u00eb at\u00eb shkrim teatral tregohej n\u00eb detaje se si, duke pir\u00eb cigare, e t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur p\u00ebr mur t\u00eb nj\u00eb godine, z. Budina na i pask\u00ebsh kishte treguar Arben Brocit se si do t\u00eb ishte e ardhmja demokratike e shtetit shqiptar. Edhe pse n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ai ishte zv.sekretar partie n\u00eb Teatrin Popullor, e dinte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, duke gjykuar nga rruga q\u00eb mori m\u00eb von\u00eb z. Budina, njeriu ka dyshime lidhur me sa ka ditur ai p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen \u2018demokratike\u2019 t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar. Ose, n\u00ebse ai ka ditur dicka se si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb kjo e ardhme, dhe ka ikur n\u00eb Itali, at\u00ebher\u00eb njeriu ka dyshime lidhur me ndershm\u00ebrin\u00eb e argumenteve t\u00eb tij n\u00eb t\u00eb sotmen \u2018demokratike\u2019 sidomos kur ai flet n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb individ\u00ebve t\u00eb vecant\u00eb e t\u00eb arritjeve t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.2. GJUETAR\u00cbT DHE PREJA: L\u00cbVIZJA \u00cbSHT\u00cb P\u00cbRDORUR NGA PARIA E TIRAN\u00cbS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb paradigm\u00ebn (qasjen) e dyt\u00eb dallohen prof. Artan Fuga si dhe opinionist\u00ebt Mustafa Nano apo Fatos Lubonja. Mosbesimi i tyre tek past\u00ebrtia e tek kontributi i L\u00ebvizjes Studentore \u00ebsht\u00eb i thell\u00eb, ashtu sic \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i thell\u00eb mosbesimi i tyre tek individ\u00ebt q\u00eb sipas hagjiografis\u00eb zyrtare ishin themeluesit, drejtuesit e inspiruesit e asaj L\u00ebvizje. Kur flasin p\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjen, si Lubonja ashtu edhe Nano kan\u00eb n\u00eb mendje individ\u00ebt q\u00eb u promovuan intensivisht q\u00eb nga dit\u00ebt e para e q\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb njohur gjat\u00eb tranzicionit. Kam parasysh Sali Berish\u00ebn, q\u00eb n\u00eb shkrimin e Nanos shihet si \u201cdrejtuesi i Dhjetorit\u201d e Azem Hajdarin q\u00eb shihet si tribuni i demokracis\u00eb apo m\u00eb sakt\u00eb i PD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Premisa e gjykimit \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo: n\u00eb se L\u00ebvizja Studentore ka q\u00ebn\u00eb e drejtuar dhe e organizuar nga k\u00ebta individ\u00eb q\u00eb, sipas autor\u00ebve, gjat\u00eb tranzicionit u sprovuan t\u00eb ishin me karakter tejet t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb, dhe q\u00eb me sjelljet e tyre t\u00eb m\u00ebpastajme, po sipas autor\u00ebve, kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shije t\u00eb hidhur n\u00eb nivelin e vlerave m\u00eb njer\u00ebzore e komb\u00ebtare at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka pse t\u00eb respektohet nj\u00eb L\u00ebvizje e till\u00eb. Po ashtu, n\u00ebse L\u00ebvizja ka q\u00ebn\u00eb e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga student\u00eb q\u00eb mblidhen me grupimin \u201cDhjetori 90\u2019\u201d q\u00eb edhe q\u00eb sot e k\u00ebsaj dite mb\u00ebshtet verb\u00ebrisht Sali Berish\u00ebn, (jo m\u00eb larg se deklarata e tyre p\u00ebr shtyp n\u00eb Gazet\u00ebn 55 t\u00eb 20 Shkurtit 2011 e provon k\u00ebt\u00eb) ajo nuk mundet me pas\u00eb ken\u00eb e pavarur.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse k\u00ebta individ\u00eb e tregojn\u00eb veten si individ\u00eb pa pik\u00eb pavar\u00ebsie e vet\u00ebdije politike, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka se si me ken\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb ata s\u2019kan\u00eb pjekuri politike as sot e k\u00ebsaj dite, por p\u00ebrdorohen me kaq leht\u00ebsi, me ken\u00eb heronj e me e meritue me u nderue si heronj. Si pasoj\u00eb, ergo, L\u00ebvizja Studentore as ka merita, as nuk mundet me pas\u00eb kontribute. Prandaj, p\u00ebrkujtimi i saj, si Lubonj\u00ebs ashtu edhe Nanos, por edhe nj\u00eb mase t\u00eb heshtur apo vokale anonime t\u00eb pasuesve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj paradigme iu shkakton dyshime e neveri.<\/p>\n<p>Pika q\u00eb Lubonja e Nano e cekin por nuk e zb\u00ebrthejn\u00eb sa duhet \u00ebsht\u00eb bindja e tyre se L\u00ebvizja Studentore u p\u00ebrdor nga \u2018gjahtar\u00ebt\u2019 e sistemit, q\u00eb ende nuk duan t\u00eb flasin e t\u00eb thon\u00eb se cfar\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb e si ja arrit\u00ebn. Mendimi i tyre por edhe i t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, \u2018gjahtar\u00ebt\u2019 ua hodh\u00ebn \u2018luan\u00ebve\u2019 t\u00eb rrem\u00eb t\u00eb Levizjes Studentore e n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq, \u2018luan\u00ebt\u2019 ishin thjesht marioneta t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Duke q\u00ebn\u00eb se ipso facto, n\u00eb mendjen e tyre, L\u00ebvizja ose ka q\u00ebn\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorur, ose e drejtuar nga k\u00ebta dy individ\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb sic shkruan Mustafa Nano tek MAPO e dat\u00ebs 10 Dhjetor 2010, ai habitet q\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb L\u00ebvizje por edhe \u201c\u2026 Shinasi Rama\u2026 ngrefoset e \u00ebsht\u00eb krenar se ka q\u00ebn\u00eb student n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen Studentore.\u201d N\u00ebnkuptimi \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne flasim pa arsye e se nuk jemi fare t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se si jemi p\u00ebrdorur dhe se nuk duhet t\u00eb lidhim emrin me L\u00ebvizjen q\u00eb nuk ka pse t\u00eb respektohet pse e drejtuar dhe e organizuar nga Sali Berisha e Azem Hajdari e pa vlera pik\u00ebpamje e program t\u00eb qart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga nj\u00eb an\u00eb duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se individ\u00eb si Mustafa Nano tregojn\u00eb mllef te pajustifikuar karshi t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve por edhe munges\u00eb dijesh n\u00eb lidhje me rolin e vendin e asaj L\u00ebvizje n\u00eb historin\u00eb shqiptare. Duke ja pranuar lirshm\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb gjykim, sepse si komentator ai ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb me than\u00eb cka I duket e drejt\u00eb, Z. Nano duhej t\u00eb mendohej dy here e t\u00eb lexonte t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn se cka thon\u00eb pjestar\u00ebt e saj. Po ashtu, dyshimet e Fatos Lubonj\u00ebs lidhur me kontributin e saj, por edhe me rolin e individ\u00ebve, po ashtu tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb keqkuptim t\u00eb madh q\u00eb duhet sqaruar me durim. E prandaj, ia vlen q\u00eb t\u00eb vihen pikat mbi \u2018i\u2019. Edhe n\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb sqarohen t\u00eb gjitha gj\u00ebrat (nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi i jon\u00eb, natyrisht) ia vlen q\u00eb t\u00eb ceken disa pika kyce e prej andej mund t\u00eb filloj\u00eb edhe diskutimi lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebvizje madhore n\u00eb historin\u00eb e vonshme shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.3. NJ\u00cb L\u00cbVIZJE PATROTIKE E DEMOKRATIKE E PAVARUR NGA PARIA E TIRANES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paradigma e tret\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga nj\u00eb grup tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb disa nga organizator\u00ebt, drejtuesit, e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb at\u00eb L\u00ebvizje. N\u00eb shkrimet e tyre ndihet z\u00ebri i nj\u00eb mas\u00eb kritike dhe t\u00eb heshtur t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve q\u00eb nuk gjen pasqyrimin e duhur n\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimet e zhurmshme p\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjen n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Ish-student\u00eb si autori i k\u00ebtij shkrimi, por edhe intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb asaj kohe e kan\u00eb trajtuar L\u00ebvizjen n\u00eb shkrimet e tyre me nj\u00eb nivel objektiviteti q\u00eb deri deri tash e n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ka munguar. Mir\u00ebpo varf\u00ebria dokumentare dhe pamund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb rrokur tablon\u00eb e madhe, si dhe zhurma mbyt\u00ebse e aparatit mediatik, por edhe shkrimet q\u00eb dalin n\u00eb shtypin e p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm nuk e ka nxjerr\u00eb si duhet t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje interesante por edhe tejet kontradiktore (sepse tregoi munges\u00ebn e njohurive lidhur me at\u00eb L\u00ebvizje) p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsuar me objektivitet Levizjen studentore po ashtu u b\u00eb nga ana e Presidentit Bamir Topi. N\u00eb motivacionin e dekorimit t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Studentore me titullin \u201cNderi i Kombit,\u201d Bamir Topi theksoi disa aspekte t\u00eb kontributit themelor t\u00eb Levizjes qua Levizje, t\u00eb cilat nuk kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb as t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb par\u00eb e l\u00ebre m\u00eb kaq t\u00eb theksuara si n\u00eb fjalimin e tij. Pjesa e par\u00eb e fjalimit t\u00eb tij vinte n\u00eb dukje m\u00eb nj\u00eb qart\u00ebsi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme disa nga kontributet themelore t\u00eb asaj L\u00ebvizje dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb meriton v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb vecant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb paragrafin e fundit, ai edhe potencoi fuqish\u00ebm interpretimin e L\u00ebvizjes nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi i hagjiografis\u00eb zyrtare duke folur p\u00ebr Azem Hajdarin si figura q\u00ebndrore e L\u00ebvizjes Studentore n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn Dhjetor 1990-Shkurt 1991. Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se nj\u00ebri k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim p\u00ebrjashton tjetrin. Azem Hajdari nuk ka ken\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb lideri i LSSH sepse ai as nuk ka ken\u00eb, as nuk ka mund\u00eb me ken\u00eb lideri im, as i shum\u00eb shok\u00ebve t\u00eb mi as edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb moment. Ma e shumta ka ken\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebudh\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka pasur mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb fillim n\u00eb nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb caktuar e si do ta shpjegoj m\u00eb posht\u00eb, erdhi nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, jo m\u00eb von\u00eb se n\u00eb Janar t\u00eb vitit 1991 q\u00eb vet\u00eb ata student\u00eb q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn n\u00eb fillim, e p\u00ebrbuz\u00ebn dhe e tall\u00ebn n\u00eb Sheshin e Qytetit Studenti. Edhe pse duhet mbajtur n\u00eb mend se politikani i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb mundet me mbajt\u00eb dy ide t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta n\u00eb mendje si t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, kjo sjellje \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn historike e vecse nxjerr n\u00eb pah idiosinkracin\u00eb e t\u00eb menduarit lidhur me L\u00ebvizjen.<\/p>\n<p>Por, duke u kthyer tek roli i L\u00ebvizjes, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne, q\u00eb e kemi studjuar apo analizuar, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyrat tona, me qet\u00ebsi jemi p\u00ebrpjekur me vue n\u00eb dukje disa nga arritjet e asaj l\u00ebvizje madhore n\u00eb historin\u00eb e vonshme shqiptare. Argumentet e k\u00ebtij grupi studjuesish jan\u00eb se L\u00ebvizja Studentore ishte nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb e L\u00ebvizjeve studentore q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb aq t\u00eb gjalla e t\u00eb fuqishme n\u00eb periudhat m\u00eb kritike t\u00eb historis\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb faktori m\u00eb i fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb fillimet e tranzicionit, sepse student\u00ebt e thyen partin\u00eb-shtet, ishte m\u00eb masivja sepse n\u00eb t\u00eb u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb student\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt e shtetit, ishte m\u00eb vendimtarja se ju kund\u00ebrvue aparatit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs e terrorit tamam kur ishte koha m\u00eb kritike dhe parit\u00eb zvarriteshin p\u00ebrdhe, ishte m\u00eb e pap\u00ebrlyera se ato student\u00eb nuk k\u00ebrkuan asgj\u00eb ve\u00e7 t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e popullit dhe nuk mor\u00ebn asgj\u00eb si shp\u00ebrblim. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha, ajo l\u00ebvizje ishte m\u00eb e panjolla, sepse askush nuk mundet me dal\u00eb e me than\u00eb se student\u00ebt n\u00eb at\u00eb l\u00ebvizje k\u00ebrkuan gjakderdhje e v\u00ebllavrasje. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund, askush nuk mundet me dal\u00eb e me than\u00eb se at\u00eb L\u00ebvizje e p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn si veg\u00ebl t\u00eb tyre individ\u00eb e grupe t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Kur jemi p\u00ebrdorur, e kemi lan\u00eb veten t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoremi se e kemi ditur dhe se e kemi ndjer\u00eb se ku ishte e mira e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Rrug\u00ebt tona jan\u00eb kryq\u00ebzuar por ne kemi q\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tyre sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb ato kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn tone.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte ajo L\u00ebvizje q\u00eb synoi ta transformonte dhe ta drejtonte urrejtjen e popullit karshi nj\u00eb sistemi tiranik n\u00eb nj\u00eb revolucion t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb popullor q\u00eb synoi dhe ja arriti t\u00eb merrej me strukturat e jo me njer\u00ebzit e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb shum\u00eb kritike, syt\u00eb dhe mendja e popullit ishte p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar tek L\u00ebvizja Studentore dhe, ishte ajo L\u00ebvizje Studentore q\u00eb e drejtoi n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs, t\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptimit e t\u00eb pajtimit komb\u00ebtar duke e p\u00ebrdorur respektin e prestigjin e fituar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. L\u00ebvizja studentore mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr me nd\u00ebrgjegje t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe pa u p\u00ebrdoruar at\u00eb detyr\u00eb historike t\u00eb nxjerrjes prej sundimit t\u00eb partis\u00eb shtet dhe t\u00eb futjes s\u00eb vendit n\u00eb binar\u00ebt e nj\u00eb sistemi demokratik e modern.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr mbi t\u00eb gjitha, l\u00ebvizja Studentore nuk b\u00ebri asnj\u00ebher\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr gjakderdhje por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr vet\u00ebsakrifikim e vet\u00ebflijim. Ajo ishte nj\u00eb L\u00ebvizje e qytet\u00ebruar dhe e kulturuar q\u00eb k\u00ebrkoi e punoi q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb kishin mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb fillonin nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb re pa e urryer nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe pa e l\u00ebn\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Klasave q\u00eb t\u00eb shndrrohej n\u00eb Luft\u00eb t\u00eb hapur Civile. L\u00ebvizja veproi e shk\u00ebputur e paralel partive politike q\u00eb lind\u00ebn apo u transformuan gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb tranzicionit.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebvizja zgjidhi problemin e eliminimit t\u00eb rolit e t\u00eb mitit t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs duke i hapur rrug\u00ebn demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb ideve e t\u00eb vlerave. Organizimi i Grev\u00ebs s\u00eb Uris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr shembujt m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr e patriotik\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit publik q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb grup n\u00eb historin\u00eb shqiptare. Nga fillimi i Janarit 1990, nj\u00eb grup student\u00ebsh u organizua n\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebn Studentore Fan S. Noli, shoqata q\u00eb ideoi, e p\u00ebrgatiti, e organizoi dhe e drejtoi Grev\u00ebn e Uris\u00eb q\u00eb shembi mitin e diktatorit Enver Hoxha.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo Grev\u00eb urie \u00ebsht\u00eb menduar, organizuar dhe drejtuar me nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdijshm\u00ebri t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr pasojat q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kishim, por edhe p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij detyrimi karshi t\u00eb ardhmes t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve shqiptar\u00ebve. Enver Hoxha ishte shpirti, jeta, dhe mendja e diktatur\u00ebs dhe e strukturave q\u00eb e mbanin at\u00eb gjall\u00eb. Emri dhe vepra e tij i mbante bashk\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur fort t\u00eb gjith\u00eb strukturat e sistemit t\u00eb partis\u00eb-shtet.
