\nP\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb figur\u00eb historike dardano-ilire \u2013 Konstantinin e Madh, kjo do t\u00eb jet\u00eb tribuna e par\u00eb q\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb viset etnike shqiptare, e q\u00eb sh\u00ebnon edhe fillimin e jubileut t\u00eb 1700-vjetorit t\u00eb \u201cEdiktit t Milanos t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb vitin 313\u201d, kur Konstaniti i Madh e kishte legalizuar krishterimin n\u00eb bot\u00eb.
