Ky i fundit, n\u00eb dy intervista t\u00eb tijat (n\u00eb Gazet\u00ebn Shqiptare dje, dhe n\u00eb shekullin e sot\u00ebm) ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kritika t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, t\u00eb cilat nuk jan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb dalin nga goj\u00eb diplomat\u00ebsh. Dritan Hila ka shkruar shpesh n\u00eb shtypin shqiptar (n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn Shqip), madje edhe p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb konsiderohen patate t\u00eb nxehta p\u00ebr diplomacin\u00eb, e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim ngjan disi me nj\u00eb diplomat atipik.<\/p>\n<p>Por ai e mbron k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn; madje, n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment i referohet dhe diplomatit-gazetar t\u00eb Italis\u00eb, Sergio Romano, i cili, sipas tij, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb. S\u2019do b\u00ebnte keq t\u2019i referohej edhe diplomatit Ylli Polovina, emri i t\u00eb cilit gjendet edhe m\u00eb shpesh se i tiji n\u00eb faqet e para t\u00eb gazetave. \u201cN\u00eb diplomaci, ashtu si n\u00eb ushtri, vlen nj\u00eb rregull i vjet\u00ebr dhe i p\u00ebrbotsh\u00ebm: urdh\u00ebrat e epror\u00ebve, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb krim e tradh\u00ebti t\u00eb interesave komb\u00ebtare, nuk zbatohen\u201d, thot\u00eb P\u00ebllumb Xhufi n\u00eb mbrojtje tw Dritan Hil\u00ebs (shiko nanonews-in).<\/p>\n<p>Ministria e Jashtme, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me stilin e vet, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fshehur pas heshtjes; p\u00ebrkundrazi, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb shpjegimet e veta n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana. Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i k\u00ebsaj ministrie, Gazmend Turdiu, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb tijin p\u00ebr Gazet\u00ebn Shqiptare, e motivon qysh n\u00eb krye t\u00eb her\u00ebs shkarkimin e diplomatit Hila me m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb tjera, q\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u2018me veprimtarin\u00eb patriotike\u2019 (kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehja e Turdiut), por me shkeljen e ligjit, me faktin q\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i padisiplinuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb, p\u00ebr pun\u00eb jo cil\u00ebsore. Por duket q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00ebn e disiplin\u00ebs formale e p\u00ebrmend thjesht si nj\u00eb \u201cnxemje\u201d p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb loj\u00eb, dmth p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb dal\u00eb tek versioni real.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb posht\u00eb n\u00eb shkrim ai i referohet ligjit p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimin e jasht\u00ebm (p\u00ebrmend nenin 40, pik\u00ebn e.) dhe e lidh shkarkimin me \u201cproblemet q\u00eb Dritan Hila i ka nxjerr\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me shtetet e tjera apo me organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d. Ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb Turdiu? Nuk e di; nuk e kam iden\u00eb n\u00ebse nj\u00eb shkrim i nj\u00eb diplomati e komprometon njimend statusin e tij, apo ciflos e minon marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e vendit me vende t\u00eb tjera. Por nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Turdiu demonstron ndjeshm\u00ebri e merak p\u00ebr ligjin, un\u00eb do doja q\u00eb t\u00eb jepte edhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr dy shkrime t\u00eb mijat n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb website, ku flitet p\u00ebr em\u00ebrime nepotike n\u00eb diplomaci (duke shkelur ligjin, kuptohet).<\/p>\n<p>Por le t\u00eb kthehemi tek Dritan Hila, i cili, si\u00e7 e thash\u00eb, ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr Shekullin e sot\u00ebm. Thot\u00eb nj\u00eb numur gj\u00ebrash e b\u00ebn qortime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, dhe un\u00eb nuk di se sa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ka n\u00eb ato q\u00eb thot\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7se diplomat, un\u00eb jam edhe shtetas shqiptar, i cili shikonte se si institucioni i tij, ishte t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht i pa ndjesh\u00ebm ndaj kafshimeve q\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb huaja po i b\u00ebnin territorit dhe interesave tona. Dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kisha t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb shprehesha, t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb e ushtrova dhe t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb vazhdoj ta b\u00ebj. N\u00eb bot\u00ebn e qytet\u00ebruar, ka shum\u00eb diplomat\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe opinionist\u00eb gazetash. Mjafton t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend k\u00ebtu opinionistin e &#8220;Corriere della Sera&#8221;, Sergio Romano, q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb 40 vjet diplomat n\u00eb poste deri ambasador dhe 50 vjet, e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, opinionist.<\/p>\n<p>A kam t\u00eb drejt\u00eb un\u00eb n\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrimet e mia p\u00ebr ekspansionin grek dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb p\u00ebr helenizimin e Jugut t\u00eb vendit? K\u00ebt\u00eb po e paralajm\u00ebrojn\u00eb edhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb nderuar dhe dijetar\u00eb si Prof. Kristo Frash\u00ebri dhe Prof. P\u00ebllumb Xhufi; KLD, mediat dhe ju n\u00eb &#8220;Shekulli&#8221; k\u00ebto dit\u00eb po vini alarmin p\u00ebr falsifikimet e komb\u00ebsis\u00eb; e shum\u00eb raste t\u00eb tjera. Duke perifrazuar George Orwellin, mund t\u00eb thuhet se &#8220;duhet t\u00eb jesh diplomat shqiptar q\u00eb mos ta v\u00ebsh re k\u00ebt\u00eb agresion t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Duke iu kthyer \u00e7\u00ebshtjes Marty, rikujtoj, se para disa jav\u00ebsh, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb vizite n\u00eb Rom\u00eb, ministri Haxhinasto, kur u pyet sa \u00e7far\u00eb masash po merren ndaj raportit t\u00eb Dick Marty, q\u00eb asokohe nuk ishte ende rezolut\u00eb e asambles\u00eb s\u00eb KiE-s\u00eb, u shpreh se &#8220;&#8230;nuk duhet t&#8217;i japim kaq shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi raportit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Marty-t&#8230;&#8221;. Por Marty dhe diplomacia sllave, nuk e kishte marr\u00eb me aq mendje t\u00eb leht\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, sa e kishte marr\u00eb ajo shqiptare. Kaq mjafton si fillim p\u00ebr t\u00eb shijuar se \u00e7do vij\u00eb m\u00eb pas.<\/p>\n<p>2. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes edhe putra e ambasad\u00ebs greke, e cila k\u00ebrkonte nj\u00eb simetri nd\u00ebrmjet rastit tim dhe atij t\u00eb konsullit grek n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, por duke harruar se un\u00eb mbroja sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e vendit tim, nd\u00ebrsa Ikonomus k\u00ebrkonte toka dhe destabilizonte nj\u00eb shtet fqinj; un\u00eb flisja n\u00eb em\u00ebr personal, nd\u00ebrsa ai n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb shtetit grek q\u00eb e kishte akredituar n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb. E pra sot &#8220;konsulli me xhup&#8221; g\u00ebzon statusin e tij si diplomat, nd\u00ebrsa un\u00eb duhet t\u00eb filloj betej\u00ebn ligjore pse mbrojta interesat e vendit tim dhe i tregoja nga i vinte e keqja.<\/p>\n<p>3. Politikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb tranzicionit, vinin nga nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri spartane, dhe rrjedhimisht ishin t\u00eb papar\u00eb me bot\u00ebn dhe nevojtar\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa. Si fillim nj\u00eb mjekim i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb af\u00ebrt n\u00eb vendin fqinj; pastaj mplekseje me bandit\u00eb ordiner\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebnin afera t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb raste kapjeje nga policit\u00eb e vendeve fqinj\u00eb p\u00ebrmendin emrat e protektor\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre politik\u00eb; sjellje ordinere morale si t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar nga zinxhiri kur dilnin jasht\u00eb kufijve; m\u00eb von\u00eb me rritjen e korrupsionit, depozitim t\u00eb ardhurash n\u00eb bankat per\u00ebndimore dhe transferta t\u00eb dyshimta parash; dhe s\u00eb fundi ngritje nd\u00ebrmarrjesh t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta me partner\u00eb t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto nuk kan\u00eb kaluar pa u regjistruar dhe klasifikuar nga sh\u00ebrbimet inteligjente mike apo rivale. K\u00ebto fakte miqve ju sh\u00ebrbenin p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar opinionin, nd\u00ebrsa armiqve p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb presionin.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sot n\u00eb ministri, gjysma e punonj\u00ebsve nuk p\u00ebrdorin germat &#8220;\u00e7&#8221; dhe &#8220;\u00eb&#8221; n\u00eb shkresat e tyre; nuk din\u00eb t&#8217;i formatojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb problemet. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsit\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb streh\u00eb militant\u00ebsh dhe nepotizmi, nd\u00ebrsa ana profesionale \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr zeros. Ka filluar kjo politik\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Besnik Mustafait, dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Basha, e p\u00ebrdori si \u00e7iflig p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar tarafin e vet dhe duke b\u00ebr\u00eb trafik influence.
