Lefteria \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb dekurajuar opozit\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb asgj\u00ebsuar dhe ato pak fitore t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb reform\u00ebs s\u00eb re zgjedhore si\u00e7 jan\u00eb teknika dixhitale e pjesshme, shtimi i qendrave t\u00eb votimit, funksionimi korrekt i KQZ, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebsoj si\u00e7 asgj\u00ebsoi pushtetin lokal t\u00eb prodhuar nga zgjedhjet e 8 majit 2011, duke u hequr gjith\u00eb bashkive dhe komunave t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs fondet dhe duke u ky\u00e7ur zyrat, Berisha nj\u00ebsoj po tenton t\u00eb asgj\u00ebsoj\u00eb reform\u00ebn zgjedhore dhe arbitrimin e ndersh\u00ebm t\u00eb zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk duhen pritur justifikime dhe argumente nga Lefteria. Lefteria \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull me standardin e saj. Ajo nuk di t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb dhe nuk ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb. Po i than\u00eb mirato rregulloren, do ta miratoj\u00eb, po i than\u00eb jo, nuk e miraton. Po i than\u00eb ndaji n\u00eb rregull mandatet, do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt do t\u2019i l\u00ebr\u00eb si\u00e7 jan\u00eb.
