Meq\u00eb kryetari Njazi me eleganc\u00ebn dhe toleranc\u00ebn q\u00eb e karakterizon si militant partiak nuk u dha fjal\u00ebn k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve t\u00eb majt\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjen e fundit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit bashkiak t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, teksa diskutohej buxheti, le t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj nga rasti t\u2019ju d\u00ebrgoj juve, si kryetar Bashkie, k\u00ebt\u00eb urim t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb: buxheti i miratuar vet\u00ebm me votat e k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve tuaj u realizoft\u00eb, ashtu si ua ka \u00ebnda jo vet\u00ebm ju, por edhe ne, qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb zakont\u00eb, q\u00eb rojm\u00eb me shpres\u00eb dhe syt\u00eb drejtuar nga p\u00ebrkushtimi juaj! <\/p>\n

Shpresoj q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs, vitin q\u00eb vjen, prej k\u00ebtij buxheti t\u00eb kastruar tejemban\u00eb, t\u00eb prekin dhe t\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb at\u00eb begati q\u00eb keni premtuar, me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb kapint\u00eb tjera maja e \u201cvende t\u00eb para\u201d n\u00eb gar\u00ebn q\u00eb tanim\u00eb u ka shpallur Shqip\u00ebria politike vendeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshi dhe Gjermanin\u00eb\u2026 Nuk ka g\u00ebzim e lumturi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe se lajmi q\u00eb morr\u00ebm vesh nga goja e kryeministrit, k\u00ebto dit\u00eb: q\u00eb ne z\u00ebnkemi vendin e kat\u00ebrt n\u00eb bot\u00eb p\u00ebr mir\u00ebq\u00ebnie!<\/p>\n

Ja p\u00ebrse me gjith\u00eb zem\u00ebr uroj q\u00eb data 24 dhjetor, vigjilja e Krishtlindjeve, kur ju miratuat planin rregullues t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht planin tuaj rregullues pran\u00eb Berish\u00ebs e Topallit, t’ju sjell\u00eb fat pa afat\u2026Uroj gjithashtu q\u00eb buz\u00ebqeshja juaj e pashterrur t\u00eb mos ju ngrij\u00eb e ju t\u00eb lart\u00ebsoheni n\u00eb karrier\u00eb, pa u detyruar t’i thoni derrit daj\u00eb!…E di q\u00eb nuk ka shqiptar me mend n\u00eb kok\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e ket\u00eb kuptuar se ju nuk jeni as i pari e as i fundit q\u00eb e b\u00ebni k\u00ebt\u00eb sakrific\u00eb, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs shum\u00ebkush ia ka par\u00eb hajrin n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb tona, brenda dhe jasht\u00eb kufijve! Se, po t\u00eb v\u00ebsh re si ligj\u00ebrojn\u00eb shumica e k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve dhe deputet\u00ebve e kupton q\u00eb ata flasin, zihen, revoltohen, shajn\u00eb, vet\u00ebleqendisen e m\u00eb n\u00eb fund edhe votojn\u00eb jo q\u00eb t’u p\u00eblqejn\u00eb\/sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb i kan\u00eb votuar\/zgjedhur, por “list\u00ebs” s\u00eb kryetar\u00ebve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs! Kush nuk e di q\u00eb as z.Topalli dhe as z.Kosavrasti nuk do t\u00eb silleshin aq harbut\u00ebrisht e alabak\u00ebrisht me opozit\u00ebn n\u00ebse nuk do t’i ndiqte live shefi i plotfuqish\u00ebm, Berisha,n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ekraneve, gabon rr\u00ebnd\u00eb\u2026.<\/p>\n

Urimet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme nuk po i b\u00ebj meq\u00eb kjo dat\u00eb p\u00ebrkon me pragun e Krishtlindjeve pasi ju, me sa di, m\u00eb s\u00eb tepri festoni kurban Bajramin. Na keni bindur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb afiliacion t\u00eb pal\u00ebkundur fetar kur flijuat nj\u00eb dash t\u00eb pafajt\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn q\u00eb shkel\u00ebt p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Bashki, por edhe kur tentuat q\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rit t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb kremtonit, ashtu si i ka hije nj\u00eb evropiani, edhe 100 vjetorin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Nuk u kuptua fillimisht p\u00ebrse miratimi i buxhetit t\u00eb kryeqytetit bashk\u00eb me planin rregullues u kryen m\u00eb 24 dhjetor, pik\u00ebrisht po at\u00eb dit\u00eb q\u00eb ju, bashk\u00eb me kryeministrin Berisha, zonj\u00ebn Jozefin\u00eb dhe disa zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, lat\u00eb mbledhjen e K\u00ebshillit dhe shkuat t\u00eb p\u00ebruronit shtatoren e naltmadhnis\u00eb, Zogut t\u00eb par\u00eb! Askujt nuk i shkonte nd\u00ebr mend t\u00eb zbulonte se \u00e7’lidhje kishte buxheti i Bashkis\u00eb dhe plani rregullues me dat\u00ebn 24 dhjetor. <\/p>\n

Z\u00ebrat e dal\u00eb nga Bashkia kishin hapur fjal\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr Tiran\u00eb sikur p\u00ebrurimi nuk do t\u00eb kryhej m\u00eb 28 n\u00ebntor me q\u00eb koka e Zogut, gjat\u00eb derdhjes n\u00eb bronx, kishte dal\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e nuk p\u00ebrputhej me trupin. Por kjo nuk pask\u00ebsh q\u00ebn\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Duhej q\u00eb Zogu t\u00eb hynte triumfalisht n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb m\u00eb 24 dhjetor! Von\u00eb u kuptua se ju pask\u00ebshit planifikuar dat\u00ebn 24 dhjetor p\u00ebr t’i dh\u00ebn\u00eb kuptim edhe m\u00eb simbolik rikthimit t\u00eb mbretit pas 88 vjet\u00ebsh. Edhe pse jemi Reublik\u00eb parlamentare, kryeministri n\u00eb at\u00eb ceremoni “historike” ja dha fjal\u00ebn “princit Leka”, pavar\u00ebsisht se \u00e7’jemi dhe si quhemi me Kushtetut\u00eb\u2026Tanim\u00eb, besoj, u b\u00eb e qart\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrse ju, z.Basha, d\u00ebshironit t\u00eb hiqnit edhe emrin e Avni Rustemit nga Pazari i Ri! Kush kujton se ka rast\u00ebsi n\u00eb politik\u00eb nuk gjykon dot realisht\u2026<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebto 500 dit\u00eb q\u00eb po qeverisni me sukses Tiran\u00ebn jam i bindur q\u00eb ju do t\u00eb mbaheni mend p\u00ebr: 1. Ngritjen e shtatores s\u00eb burrit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit, demokratit t\u00eb par\u00eb, monarkut t\u00eb par\u00eb, Ahmet Zogut I n\u00eb dit\u00ebn q\u00eb ky sh\u00ebmbi diktatorin e mallkuar Fan Nol me mercenar\u00eb s\u00ebrbo-rus\u00eb. 2. Q\u00eb p\u00ebruruat kull\u00ebn e verdh\u00eb te Parku “Rinia” pik\u00ebrisht aty ku mbolli pem\u00ebn e miq\u00ebsis\u00eb Hrushovi. 3. Q\u00eb i dhuruat popullit tort\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb bot\u00eb p\u00ebr 100 vjetor; 4. Q\u00eb nd\u00ebrruat emrin e rrug\u00ebs “4 Shkurti” p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb emrin e nipit t\u00eb Xhaferr Dev\u00ebs; 5. Q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuat sheshin “Sk\u00ebnd\u00ebrbej” p\u00ebr disa dit\u00eb duke na dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb papar\u00eb urbanistike, as shesh dhe as park, as kryq\u00ebzim dhe as rrethrrotullim, ku jo makinat, por as qeni nuk e gjen dot t\u00eb zon\u00eb\u2026\u00c7’arritje tjet\u00ebr t’ju p\u00ebrmend? Sigurisht, keni edhe merita t\u00eb tjera, po un\u00eb nuk po e zgjat m\u00eb, pasi qytetar\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs i prekin p\u00ebrdit\u00eb me dor\u00eb e sidomos me k\u00ebmb\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Besoj se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet p\u00ebrse u zgjodh pik\u00ebrisht data 24 dhjetor. Nuk mund t\u00eb ndodhte ky ceremonial i nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb prag t\u00eb Krishtlindjeve, n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkonte me 88 vjetorin e rr\u00ebzimit nga pushteti t\u00eb antikomb\u00ebtarit, diktatorit, katilit e rezilit, antidemokratit, antishqiptarit, autokratit, atij q\u00eb shiti trojet e atdheut, atij q\u00eb i binte flaut\u00ebs n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb hidhte pushk\u00eb kund\u00ebr mercenar\u00ebve serb\u00eb e bjellogardist\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00ebsyn\u00eb Tiran\u00ebn, atij q\u00eb shkroi n\u00eb tosk\u00ebrisht, duke i paraprir\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs standarde, atij q\u00eb shiti Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe b\u00ebri autoqefalin\u00eb e kish\u00ebs, atij q\u00eb iku duke vjedhur buxhetin e shtetit p\u00ebr t’u arratisur jasht\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdheut, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb mbathte opingat e t\u00eb dilte malit! <\/p>\n

E kam fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr sllavoortodoksin Fan Nol, p\u00ebr “aventurjerin”, p\u00ebr “dhespotin e kuq” q\u00eb shkroi elegji p\u00ebr antikomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, si Avni Rustemi, Bajram Curri dhe Luigj Gurakuqi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, pasi i shfryt\u00ebzoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb revolucionin antidemokratik t\u00eb qershorit, i bindi edhe t\u00eb vriteshin, dmth t\u00eb binin n\u00eb pusi, p\u00ebr t’u b\u00ebr\u00eb, me gjas\u00eb, martir\u00eb t\u00eb kombit! Prandaj kujt prej historjan\u00ebve t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb i ka vajtur mendja q\u00eb shtatorja e Zogut t\u00eb p\u00ebrurohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb meriton respekt, pasi \u00e7eli nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb t\u00eb re: t\u00eb nderohen ata shtetburra jo n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur jan\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar nga pushteti me revolta popullore, por n\u00eb dit\u00ebn q\u00eb jan\u00eb rikthyer, qoft\u00eb edhe me ndihm\u00ebn e serb\u00ebve apo t\u00eb grek\u00ebve. (Analogjia \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb: edhe Berisha e pati k\u00ebt\u00eb fat: t\u00eb kthehej p\u00ebrs\u00ebdyti, pasi ishte p\u00ebrmbysur!) <\/p>\n

Prandaj jam i bindur q\u00eb ju dhe shefi juaj, Berisha, nuk do t\u00eb ngrinit as mauzole, nuk do t\u00eb sillnit as eshtrat e Zogut nga Franca, nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebruronit as shtatoren, n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb admironit, dmth n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb kishit model, idhull, sh\u00ebmbull figur\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb ndritur t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt, t\u00eb Ahmet Zogut, i cili, pasi nd\u00ebrtoi shtetin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs, (sipas historis\u00eb tuaj t\u00eb rishkruar) solli edhe demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, mbolli madje edhe lirin\u00eb e shtypit e t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs (sipas z.Jahjaga, presidente aktuale e Kosov\u00ebs)..,.nd\u00ebrtoi pra shtetin m\u00eb modern n\u00eb vendin m\u00eb t\u00eb prapambetur t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs!…<\/p>\n

Ishte Ahmet Zogu ai q\u00eb gjat\u00eb mbret\u00ebrimit nd\u00ebrtoi vepr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore t\u00eb kombit e t\u00eb karrjer\u00ebs s\u00eb tij: ur\u00ebn gjigande t\u00eb Matit; ishte ai q\u00eb me veprimet e mosveprimet e tij na shp\u00ebtoi nga asimilimi i serb\u00ebve, grek\u00ebve dhe italian\u00ebve, duke u vet\u00ebshpallur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim mbret, nj\u00eb mbret q\u00eb premtoi se do t\u00eb dilte me opinga maleve p\u00ebr t\u00eb na mbrojtur\u2026Zogu i par\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs q\u00eb luftoi fashizmin dhe m\u00eb pas edhe komunizmin (si antifashisti dhe antikomunisti i par\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, sipas Berish\u00ebs)\u2026Nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb sosur meritat e k\u00ebsaj figure historike t\u00eb cilin e nderoi dhe e respektoi bota, aleat\u00ebt, Evropa e SHBA, edhe kur iku n\u00eb emigracion\u2026<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto arsye jam i bindur q\u00eb n\u00eb vigjilje t\u00eb Krishtlindjeve Tirana do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndjer\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00ebsuar e m\u00eb krenare se kurr\u00eb, sepse fal\u00eb jush tani ka, mu n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb qytetit, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb drejtim verior prej nga m\u00ebsyn\u00eb trupat serbo-ruse 88 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, shtatoren e Ahmet Zogut! Ka disa q\u00eb duan t\u00eb thon\u00eb se ju \u00ebnd\u00ebrroni t\u00eb trash\u00ebgoni jo vet\u00ebm fam\u00ebn, por edhe fatin e tij: q\u00eb vepr\u00ebn dhe pasurin\u00eb ta b\u00ebni f\u00ebt e f\u00ebt k\u00ebtu, nd\u00ebrsa vdekjen ta keni sa m\u00eb larg atdheut e shqiptar\u00ebve, n\u00eb egzil, me bindjen q\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsit, kur t\u00eb rishkruhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb qind\u00ebn her\u00eb historia, jo vet\u00ebm do t’ju sjellin eshtrat, por do t’ju ngren\u00eb edhe shtatore lavdie n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb!\u2026Si un\u00eb edhe jo pak shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pandehm\u00eb ndjellakeqe nuk duam ta besojm\u00eb!<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrfitoj nga rasti t’ju propozoj at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebra dot n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin bashkiak: t’ ju kujtoj se n\u00eb vitin 2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb 150 vjetori i lindjes s\u00eb Esad Pash\u00eb Toptanit (1863) dhe 100 vjetori i dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs (1913) prej tij, te usht\u00ebria malazeze. Ndaj do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb rast i mir\u00ebpritur q\u00eb bashk\u00eb me kok\u00ebn e Ali Pash\u00ebs t\u00eb ngrini n\u00eb kryeqytet, aty te pedonalja ku shiten qofte dhe sal\u00e7i\u00e7e, nj\u00eb shtatore p\u00ebr Esad Pash\u00ebn. Mund ta vini edhe pran\u00eb Ushtarit t\u00eb Panjohur, aty ku ish parardh\u00ebsi juaj, zoti Brojka, ngriti brenda nj\u00eb nate shtatoren e nj\u00eb turkoshaku (e vetmja vep\u00ebr q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet mend prej k\u00ebtij ish kryetari Bashkie!). <\/p>\n

Nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb keq sikur t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyni edhe n\u00eb qeveri, tash q\u00eb kemi edhe nj\u00eb komision t\u00eb specializuar qeveritar p\u00ebr kthim eshtrash t\u00eb lloj-lloj shpirtrash t\u00eb vdekur, q\u00eb edhe k\u00ebtij burri shteti t\u00eb shquar t’i sillen eshtrat n\u00eb atdheun e tij t\u00eb dashur. E dini pse? Sepse ka shum\u00eb m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr t’u mbajtur mend e p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb histori\u2026Nj\u00eb tregim i \u00c7ehovit ka nj\u00eb personazh i cili, q\u00eb t’i futej emri n\u00eb gazet\u00eb e t\u00eb b\u00ebhej i shquar iu hodh karroc\u00ebs\u2026Kurse ju keni zgjedhur e po zbatoni, bashk\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn e Jozefin\u00ebn, nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb, m\u00eb t\u00eb bujshme, m\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore, m\u00eb karizmatike, m\u00eb simbolike dhe, sigurisht, edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme(p\u00ebr mend\u00ebsin\u00eb tuaj!) p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb shenj\u00ebn tuaj n\u00eb histori!…<\/p>\n
