Gjithashtu, lidershipi \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i nj\u00eb rruge n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn njer\u00ebzit kontribuojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodhin gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb ata duan, \u00ebsht\u00eb aft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb integruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme burimet e vlefshme p\u00ebr arritjen e q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, lideri duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi nj\u00eb individ i aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt e p\u00ebr t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtetur ata drejt nj\u00eb \u00ebndrre dhe nga kjo del se njer\u00ebzit duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrpara tyre nj\u00eb vizion dhe nj\u00eb mision p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur, vizion dhe mision q\u00eb arrihet me objektiva strategjike, objektiva operacionale dhe me nj\u00eb plan veprimi t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar qart\u00eb dhe m\u00eb tej edhe me mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare t\u00eb nevojshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar planin e veprimit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kushtet aktuale q\u00eb ndodhet vendi yn\u00eb, shenjat tregojn\u00eb se lider\u00ebt dhe lidershipi n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, n\u00eb pozit\u00eb dhe opozit\u00eb, e kan\u00eb humbur drejtimin e busull\u00ebs, ose ndoshta edhe m\u00eb keq e kan\u00eb humbur busull\u00ebn fare dhe kjo sepse n\u00eb situata t\u00eb ndryshme dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira q\u00eb kan\u00eb dal\u00eb p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e zhvillimit t\u00eb vendit, lidershpi ka treguar se e humb menj\u00ebher\u00eb toruan, \u00e7far\u00eb thot\u00eb sot nuk thot\u00eb nes\u00ebr, nuk ka marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb balancuara me t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb ata q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtesin, por marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb anatemuara, q\u00eb krijohen mbi baz\u00eb interesash t\u00eb ngushta dhe jo mbi baz\u00eb interesash gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb n\u00eb fakt kohezionin politik, ekonomik, social, kulturor, etj., n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb caktuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ndodh sepse lider\u00ebt dhe lidershipi n\u00eb vend nuk kan\u00eb aft\u00ebsi axhustuese, u mungon drejtpeshimi i gj\u00ebrave, nuk kan\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb shikojn\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb medaljes, u mungon qart\u00ebsia n\u00eb mendime dhe veprime, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb hapur nga p\u00ebrvoja m\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebefikas\u00eb, elemente k\u00ebto t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara nga shum\u00eb autor\u00eb t\u00eb psikologjis\u00eb, personalitetit t\u00eb drejtimit, lidershipit dhe procesit politik, sipas t\u00eb cil\u00ebve, lider\u00ebt d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb sepse neglizhojn\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe se me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, injorojn\u00eb motivet dhe vlerat q\u00eb i kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb ata n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vendit dhe kombit, apo sepse pas nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb suksesesh, lider\u00ebve u bie niveli ekspertiz\u00ebs dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb zgjidhjen e problemeve.<\/p>\n<p>Aq m\u00eb keq kur n\u00eb mjaft raste \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb re q\u00eb n\u00eb vendet n\u00eb zhvillim, lider\u00ebt dhe lidershipi nuk krijohen mbi baza t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosha edukative dhe karriere, por mbi baz\u00ebn e influencave situacionale. K\u00ebshtu erdhi n\u00eb fuqi Milloshevi\u00e7i, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb fjalimi nacionalist, q\u00eb m\u00eb pas e ktheu at\u00eb n\u00eb kasapin e Ballkanit, k\u00ebshtu erdhi n\u00eb fuqi Stalini, thjesht se ishte kanakari i Leninit, k\u00ebshtu erdhi n\u00eb fuqi Hitleri, thjesht se i p\u00eblqeu nj\u00ebrit prej komandant\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb ushtarak\u00eb p\u00ebr pik\u00ebpamjet e tij dhe jo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhjes cil\u00ebsore t\u00eb elit\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, apo mefsht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb interesant fakti se n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi xheli emocional apo amalgama emocionale e liderit ndikon n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb emocionet e grupit q\u00eb ai drejton, emocione q\u00eb lidershipi i p\u00ebrcjell te njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb, dhe, lider\u00ebt q\u00eb e njohin k\u00ebt\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm, influencojn\u00eb shum\u00eb te t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet stilit karizmatik t\u00eb b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb pun\u00ebve (Sipas Bono J.E. &amp; Ilies R. 2006 Charisma, positive emotions and mood contagion. Kur njer\u00ebzit shprehin ndjenjat e tyre, ata d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb sinjale te t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe nga kjo del se q\u00eb pun\u00ebt t\u00eb ecin mir\u00eb, duhet q\u00eb emocionet e liderit t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi pozitive dhe nxit\u00ebse dhe patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebkontrolluara p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb mira dhe pun\u00eb t\u00eb per\u00ebndis\u00eb dhe jo pun\u00eb t\u00eb liga e pun\u00eb t\u00eb djallit. N\u00eb koh\u00ebt moderne p\u00ebr lider\u00ebt dhe lidershipin nuk ka m\u00eb vend p\u00ebr stil narcistik, autoritar apo autokratik drejtimi, por p\u00ebr stil pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs dhe demokratik, kombinuar me stilin e ecjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb grup duhen l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb, duke u motivuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb pozitive dhe efektive, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rritet produktiviteti i tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Aq m\u00eb keq nuk ka vend n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona p\u00ebr lider\u00eb dhe lidership t\u00eb tipit toksik, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb drejtimi ku lideri dhe lidershpi abuzojn\u00eb me marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnien se an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e grupit duhet t\u00eb ndjekin liderin dhe lidershipin, duke i v\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebta an\u00ebtar\u00eb n\u00eb situata t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebqija, shpeshher\u00eb edhe jasht\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb veprime q\u00eb dihet se jan\u00eb t\u00eb gabuara apo jo efektive dhe eficiente. Q\u00eb nj\u00eb lidership t\u00eb jet\u00eb efektiv dhe eficient duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb unitet midis t\u00ebr\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve, duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrpersonale dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb shansin q\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb, m\u00ebsojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb punojn\u00eb me dhe nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku drejt nj\u00eb q\u00ebllimi t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, lider\u00ebt dhe lidershipi duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb q\u00ebllime, prioritete dhe role t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara, t\u00eb din\u00eb t\u00eb marrin vendime, t\u00eb shmangin konfliktet, t\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb balancuar njer\u00ebzit dhe situatat, t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb norma dhe rregulla, t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb kushtet dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin produktivitetin e njer\u00ebzve etj.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtyre karakteristikave mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet e mundur q\u00eb lideri dhe lidershipi t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb fuqi legjitime, aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur timonin dhe kapelen e kapitenit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjeneruar p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb fuqi kohezioni rreth njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb i rrethojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shtojn\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e ekspertiz\u00ebs nga p\u00ebrvoja dhe informacioni q\u00eb vjen nga ky kohezion. Lidershipi ka brenda tij informacione t\u00eb shumta nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet. Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto informacione q\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet p\u00ebrgjigjja se p\u00ebrse lideri dhe lidershipi gjenden n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi dhe se n\u00ebse nuk p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet situata, sip\u00ebrmarrja politike mund t\u00eb d\u00ebshtoj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht. N\u00ebse mund t\u00eb rendisim disa nga problemet se p\u00ebrse d\u00ebshton lidershipi, paaft\u00ebsia e leximit t\u00eb informacionit patjet\u00ebr duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb renditet n\u00eb krye t\u00eb list\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nuk ka burime njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb lexuar informacionet, at\u00ebher\u00eb rreziku i d\u00ebshtimit \u00ebsht\u00eb fare pran\u00eb dhe ky rrezik nuk duket n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e mbara t\u00eb drejtimit, por del papritur p\u00ebrball\u00eb drejtuesve kur bien parametrat e drejtimit t\u00eb vendit dhe kur qytetar\u00ebt k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb zhvillim dhe rritje t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb mir\u00ebqenies s\u00eb tyre individuale dhe si komb. Nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr se p\u00ebrse d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb lider\u00ebt dhe lidershipi \u00ebsht\u00eb se ata nuk duan q\u00eb t\u00eb besojn\u00eb se ata nuk din\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt duhet ditur p\u00ebr kombin, vendin, jetes\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb drejtojn\u00eb kombin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb cil\u00ebsore, efektive dhe eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Lider\u00ebt mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb njer\u00ebz mjaft inteligjent\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrpikt\u00eb, drejtues mjaft t\u00eb mir\u00eb, por mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe mosbesues, arrogant\u00eb, kontrollues n\u00eb detaje, tipa paranojak\u00eb, apo edhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pasigurt, sidoqoft\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb vetme n\u00eb drejtim ata mbeten pa ide. Idet\u00eb n\u00eb fakt m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti i kan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb dhe edhe pse lider\u00ebt e din\u00eb fare mir\u00eb se idet\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mira se idet\u00eb e tyre, ata p\u00ebrs\u00ebri vazhdojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ecin me idet\u00eb e tyre, duke vazhduar q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat gabime. Edhe pse lidershipi e ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb arrin ta perceptoj\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb din\u00eb gj\u00ebra mjaft t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr ecurin\u00eb e zhvillimit t\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri komunikimi midis lidershipit dhe qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm apo mungon pothuajse fare. \u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht d\u00ebgjimi z\u00ebrit t\u00eb qytetaris\u00eb ai q\u00eb b\u00ebn q\u00eb lidershipi t\u00eb drejtoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb garantuar.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb gabim tjet\u00ebr mjaft i madh q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb lider\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb se ata t\u00ebr\u00eb dit\u00ebn merren me financat, \u00e7mimet, buxhetin, tender\u00ebt, koncesionet, e t\u00eb tilla si k\u00ebto, kur vendi ka nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb lidershipi t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb me zem\u00ebr dhe me kok\u00ebn e vet mbi supe se sa me gjak t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb e me ndonj\u00eb kok\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Duke b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gabim, lider\u00ebt nuk gjejn\u00eb shpejt rrug\u00ebn e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur p\u00ebrpara, ata ose nxitojn\u00eb ose vonohen n\u00eb marrjen e vendimeve, nd\u00ebrmarrin risqe nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet, kan\u00eb konflikte n\u00eb marrjen e vendimeve, duan q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb gjithkushi etj., dhe kjo t\u00eb \u00e7on drejt mediokritetit n\u00eb kryerjen e pun\u00ebve. T\u00eb mendosh se je m\u00eb i miri \u00ebsht\u00eb gabimi m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb lider, sepse gjithmon\u00eb ka vend p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n<p>Pothuajse t\u00eb t\u00ebra gabimet dhe defektet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme b\u00ebjn\u00eb q\u00eb lideri dhe lidershipi, pavar\u00ebsisht nga fuqia midis qytetar\u00ebve, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb bukur t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb drejt d\u00ebshtimit.
