Kokalari<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Me gjith\u00eb faktin q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb naive i kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb piedestal, t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarit amerikan\u00eb n\u00eb Rrug\u00ebn e Elbasanit kan\u00eb nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb gjat\u00eb sjelljesh t\u00eb dyshimta, ku p\u00ebrfshihet roli i tyre n\u00eb afer\u00ebn AEY, G\u00ebrdec, dhe new world TELECOM. Ata vazhdimisht kan\u00eb mbyllur nj\u00eb sy p\u00ebr korrupsionin e qart\u00eb t\u00eb qeverive Nano dhe Berisha, n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb d\u00ebrgimit t\u00eb ushtar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Afganistan dhe n\u00eb Irak.<\/p>\n<p>Amerikan\u00ebt, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb real politik\u00ebs n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me jasht\u00eb, e cila shpesh p\u00ebrdor trajtimin e kula\u00e7it dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrba\u00e7it, kan\u00eb gabuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn.<br \/>\nShembulli m\u00eb fam\u00ebkeq i strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb realpolitik\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshtimi me r\u00ebnien e Shahut t\u00eb Iranit. Amerikan\u00ebt e p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebn Shahun fuqimisht, pavar\u00ebsisht se ai kryesonte nj\u00eb regjim t\u00eb korruptuar dhe brutal. Pasojat e k\u00ebtij d\u00ebshtimi ende e prekin politik\u00ebb\u00ebrjen n\u00eb Uashington.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb NATO, Berish\u00ebs iu dha kula\u00e7 me t\u00eb tep\u00ebrt dhe pak k\u00ebrba\u00e7. P\u00ebrpara se Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u2019i lejohej hyrja n\u00eb NATO, qeveria Berisha duhej t\u00eb detyrohej t\u00eb b\u00ebnte reforma reale dhe t\u00eb matshme p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket forcimit t\u00eb institucioneve demokratike, luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr korrupsionit dhe zbatimit t\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb ligjit t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe transparent.<\/p>\n<p>Meqen\u00ebse zyrtar\u00ebt e NATO-s e humb\u00ebn nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb till\u00eb, tani Shqip\u00ebria po troket n\u00eb dyert e BE-s\u00eb pra kemi nj\u00eb shans t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt, popullin shqiptar dhe vendet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb interesin afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb reformat kuptimplot\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb detyruese e formul\u00ebs p\u00ebr pranimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eblloj si Berisha, Mubaraku me kujdes ka bashk\u00ebpunuar me amerikan\u00ebt p\u00ebr interesat e tyre kryesore strategjike rajonale. P\u00ebr tre dekada, politika e jashtme amerikane ka pasur objektiv konstant demokratizimin e Egjiptit. Por Mubaraku arrinte t\u2019i shtynte pafund\u00ebsisht reformat demokratike, sepse ai me dinak\u00ebri shfryt\u00ebzonte prioritetin amerikan t\u00eb ruajtjes s\u00eb paqes me Izraelin. Mubaraku gjithashtu ushqente imazhin e personit-roj\u00eb kund\u00ebr zgjerimit t\u00eb islamit radikal n\u00eb Egjipt. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb ofronte p\u00ebrkrahjen e fuqishme nga Uashingtoni.<\/p>\n<p>Pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2005, Berisha dhe Amerika pat\u00ebn rastin e art\u00eb p\u00ebr ta reformuar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar institucionet demokratike. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, Berisha shfryt\u00ebzoi \u00e7do mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasuruar veten dhe miqt\u00eb e tij, nd\u00ebrsa forconte pushtetin e vet. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht amerikan\u00ebt nxit\u00ebn programe demilitarizimi t\u00eb municioneve me rrezikshm\u00ebri t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe duartrokit\u00ebn Berish\u00ebn sa her\u00eb \u00e7onte djem t\u00eb rinj p\u00ebr t\u00eb rrezikuar jet\u00ebn n\u00eb Afganistan dhe n\u00eb Irak.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sekret p\u00ebr Uashingtonin q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria vuan nga institucione politike dhe juridike t\u00eb papjekura. Ishte mjaft shqet\u00ebsuese q\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt e Departamentit t\u00eb Shtetit q\u00ebndruan m\u00ebnjan\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa themelet e k\u00ebtyre institucioneve g\u00ebrryheshin nga qeveria Berisha. Pasojat negative p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb d\u00ebshtimin e qeveris\u00eb Berisha p\u00ebr t\u00eb organizuar zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme, lejimin e lul\u00ebzimit t\u00eb korrupsionit n\u00eb nivelet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta qeveritare, shtypje t\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb fjal\u00ebs dhe sabotim aktiv t\u00eb parimeve t\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb ligjit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe, Shtetet e Bashkuara kan\u00eb pasur fatin t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie speciale me popullin shqiptar. Kjo provohet nga fakti q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kesh miq. P\u00ebr momentin nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie e till\u00eb mbetet e paprekur, gjithsesi n\u00ebse SHBA-ja vazhdon ta injoroj\u00eb keqtrajtimin e shqiptar\u00ebve nga lider\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar si Berisha ky idil dashurie mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb fund. Sot ka shum\u00eb vende ku Amerika ofendohet sepse Amerika predikoi demokraci, por n\u00eb realitet p\u00ebrqafoi regjime despotike dhe t\u00eb korruptuara. Fatmir\u00ebsisht ndjenja anti-amerikane nuk do t\u00eb l\u00ebshoj\u00eb kurr\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb evituar turbullirat civile dhe gjakderdhjen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb do t\u00eb destabilizonte Ballkanin, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit europian\u00eb dhe amerikan\u00eb duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha menj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme, p\u00ebrtej \u00e7do ndryshimi. Personat n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e jashtme amerikane t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndihen mir\u00eb me instrumentet e realpolitik\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar me despot\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb rikalibrojn\u00eb instrumentet e tyre politik\u00eb. Ardhja e internetit dhe e masmedias \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb paradigm\u00eb e re p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nga turbullirat politike q\u00eb zhvillohen p\u00ebrpara syve t\u00eb popullit n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale. Kjo duhet t\u00eb kihet parasysh nga pushtetmbajt\u00ebsit n\u00eb Uashington nd\u00ebrsa po p\u00ebrpunojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kurs veprimi p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e Amerik\u00ebs me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit duhet t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrohen p\u00ebr nj\u00eb element rreziku shtes\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb s\u00eb kaosit t\u00eb vitit 1997, ende AK-47 gjenden masivisht n\u00eb duart e popullat\u00ebs. N\u00eb rastin e nj\u00eb kryengritjeje totale brenda kufijve t\u00eb mbyllur t\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00ebbeteje urbane si Tirana, k\u00ebto arm\u00eb mund t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb barazpeshim n\u00eb rast konfrontimi midis civil\u00ebve dhe forcave qeveritare. Shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb aspak d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer tek anarkia dhe konflikti i armatosur. Gjithsesi \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt e qart\u00eb q\u00eb ata nuk kan\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb t\u00eb stilit t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. Thjesht shqiptar\u00ebt duan t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb demokraci t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.
