Ai u drejtohej an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Komitetit p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 26 majit vendi ishte p\u00ebrball\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb nj\u00ebshit dhe vet\u00ebm nd\u00ebrhyrja e fort\u00eb e bot\u00ebs demokratike, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e SHBA-ve, mund ta shp\u00ebtonte at\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebnte prapa drejt diktatur\u00ebs. N\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb sulmeve t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs, Panepirotike, ishte presidenti i vendit, Sali Berisha, i cili e kishte shnd\u00ebrruar testin zgjedhor t\u00eb majit n\u00eb nj\u00eb fars\u00eb, duke fituar si n\u00eb regjimin e kaluar komunist.<\/p>\n<p>Asokohe, Geixh kishte dy vite q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb PD-s\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 1994, ai ishte shpallur person i pad\u00ebshiruesh\u00ebm dhe nuk u lejua t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb territorin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ndodhej n\u00eb makin\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare t\u00eb Kakavij\u00ebs. Sipas ish-presidentit Berisha, Gage kishte financuar nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb terroriste greke, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr vrasjen e kat\u00ebr ushtar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb fshatin Peshk\u00ebpi t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs, tragjedi q\u00eb futi n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb pakthyeshme marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes dy vendeve fqinje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mars 1997, nd\u00ebrsa raportonte n\u00eb Parlament, ish-shefi i SHIK-ut, Bashkim Gazidede, shprehej: &#8220;Nikolla Geixh ka qen\u00eb i shpallur p\u00ebr ca koh\u00eb, person i pad\u00ebshiruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pastaj, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb zhvillimeve politike, i \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr etiketimi &#8216;non grata&#8217;, ka ardhur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pastaj \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur p\u00ebrs\u00ebri &#8216;non grata&#8217;, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb lejuar t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 26 majit, kur po vinte bashk\u00eb me z\u00ebvend\u00ebsin e tij t\u00eb POAK-\u00ebs&#8221;. N\u00eb vazhd\u00ebn e sulmit ndaj armikut t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm edhe deputet\u00ebt e PD-s\u00eb, denonconin &#8220;komplotin greko-amerikan&#8221; ndaj qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb PD-s\u00eb. Ish-deputeti i PD-s\u00eb, Blerim \u00c7ela, po n\u00eb at\u00eb Kuvend do t\u00eb shprehej: &#8220;Lobi grek n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, dihet bot\u00ebrisht se \u00ebsht\u00eb i fuqish\u00ebm dhe se, n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn e Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Bardh\u00eb, k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e presidentit Klinton jan\u00eb me origjin\u00eb greke e miq t\u00eb Nikolas Geixh.<\/p>\n<p>Ambasadorja e SHBA-ve, zonja Mariza Lino, b\u00ebri nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb n\u00eb &#8220;Z\u00ebri i Amerik\u00ebs&#8221; se nuk ka nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ne politikan\u00ebt po b\u00ebjm\u00eb sikur e besojm\u00eb. Por, a e beson populli shqiptar k\u00ebt\u00eb deklarat\u00eb? Edhe f\u00ebmija i djepit e di se k\u00ebt\u00eb katrahur\u00eb e kurdisi Amerika dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zor i madh t\u00eb disekuilibrosh Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e varf\u00ebr ku, njer\u00ebzit pa karakter, blihen p\u00ebr nj\u00ebqind dollar\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas Geixh do t\u00eb &#8220;b\u00ebhej i gjall\u00eb&#8221; n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2001, kur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebrplaseshin kryeministri Ilir Meta dhe kryetari i PS-s\u00eb, Fatos Nano. Ai ishte &#8220;kumbara&#8221; i takimit Nano-Meta n\u00eb Korfuz.<br \/>\nN\u00eb fillim t\u00eb dhjetorit 2002, ai do t\u00eb vinte p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb pas tet\u00eb viteve n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, duke takuar kryeministrin Nano dhe kryetarin e PD-s\u00eb, ish-armikun e vjet\u00ebr Berisha, nd\u00ebrsa si rezidenc\u00eb kishte zgjedhur ambientet e ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb SHBA-ve n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Pas takimeve me Nanon dhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrin Meta, Geixh, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb, shkoi n\u00eb selin\u00eb blu, n\u00eb takimin me kryetarin e PD-s\u00eb, Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Pas takimit, gjith\u00e7ka ishte l\u00ebn\u00eb pas krah\u00ebve, sikur t\u00eb mos kishte ekzistuar kurr\u00eb. &#8220;Disa nga q\u00ebndrimet e tij n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn un\u00eb i kam kritikuar fort. Por t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne b\u00ebjm\u00eb gabime n\u00eb jet\u00eb. Tani ka ndryshime q\u00ebndrimesh dhe mua m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb pranoj q\u00ebndrimet e reja q\u00eb po thon\u00eb&#8221;, &#8211; shprehej greku p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa ky i fundit, b\u00ebri &#8220;mea culpa&#8221; p\u00ebr mysafirin: &#8220;P\u00ebr hir t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, \u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb pak m\u00eb ndryshe. Mir\u00ebpo, kur je i vendosur t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh p\u00ebrpara, nuk ia vlen shum\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebmosh. Nd\u00ebrsa gjykoj se asgj\u00eb, asnj\u00eb cop\u00eb tok\u00eb e planetit, nuk ka ndryshuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se Ballkani. Dhe p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, ky ndryshim, m\u00eb i madh se tek t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb Ballkan, \u00ebsht\u00eb tek shqiptar\u00ebt&#8221;, &#8211; shprehej ai, duke hedhur n\u00eb kosh t\u00eb plehrave akuzat q\u00eb ai dhe partia e tij kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb adres\u00eb t\u00eb nacionalistit.<\/p>\n<p>Prej at\u00ebher\u00eb, Geixh, me dhe pas raste, ka hyr\u00eb me qindra her\u00eb n\u00eb Jug e n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, me thirrje edhe m\u00eb antishqiptare se ato t\u00eb viteve &#8217;90, por qeveria shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb, edhe pse &#8220;Vorio-Epiri&#8221; \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer n\u00eb axhend\u00ebn e nacionalist\u00ebve grek\u00eb, k\u00ebsaj radhe me regjistrimin e popullsis\u00eb, duke bler\u00eb &#8220;grek\u00eb&#8221; si n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Deklarata e Nicholas Gage, president i Federat\u00ebs Panepirotike n\u00eb Kongresin Amerikan, korrik 1996<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Shp\u00ebtoni Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Berisha po e \u00e7on s\u00ebrish n\u00eb diktatur\u00eb&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb drejtat e njeriut dhe demokracia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<br \/>\nE enjte 25 korrik 1996<br \/>\nDhoma e P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve, Komiteti p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, n\u00ebnkomiteti p\u00ebr operacionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, Washington, DC.<\/p>\n<p>Zoti Gage.<br \/>\nFaleminderit, z. Un\u00eb jam k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur mbi minoritetin grek, por un\u00eb jam nj\u00eblloj i shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr privimin e t\u00eb drejtave politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, sepse vet\u00ebm funksionimi i lir\u00eb i institucioneve demokratike dhe zbatimi i ligjeve t\u00eb zbatuara nj\u00eblloj p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shtetasit, do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb q\u00eb edhe minoriteti t\u00eb ndjehet i sigurt.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti demokratik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mund t\u00eb shihet n\u00eb disa aspekte. Sot, n\u00eb Parlamentin shqiptar, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e partis\u00eb s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs mbajn\u00eb 122 nga 144 vende dhe ka 7 deputet\u00eb nga disa parti t\u00eb tjera. 11 deputet\u00eb po bojkotojn\u00eb Parlamentin n\u00eb protest\u00eb p\u00ebr mashtrimet elektorale n\u00eb maj 1996. N\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje, partia e Berish\u00ebs &#8220;fitoi&#8221; 87 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb vendeve, di\u00e7ka q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend me demokraci reale.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb nuk mbaj mend n\u00eb histori se ku ka ndodhur k\u00ebshtu, kur zgjedhjet ishin t\u00eb lira.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p><strong>2000 qytetar\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb komb\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr e P\u00ebrmet.
