Por dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebto t\u00eb dyja, si gjithnj\u00eb, ai ka gjetur t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin shp\u00ebtim, at\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsimit t\u00eb masave. A kishim v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrsim?<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri doli nga strofulla dhe iu rikthye instinktit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr politik, nd\u00ebrsimit t\u00eb mas\u00ebs, pas mitingut t\u00eb 20 n\u00ebntorit. Para k\u00ebtij mitingu, mbase i sigurt q\u00eb opozita do t\u00eb kandisej t\u2019i rikthehej parlamentit, ai kujtonte konsensuset e m\u00ebdha me t\u00eb, b\u00ebnte dhe ndonj\u00eb shaka mikluese dhe lojcake etj., etj. Pra, nd\u00ebrsimi b\u00ebhet kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb njeriu, jo kund\u00ebr opozit\u00ebs, kund\u00ebr protest\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, pra nuk atakohet nj\u00eb mas\u00eb. Kryeministri k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebn n\u00eb parlament, kryen nj\u00eb ritual vrasjeje \u201csimbolike\u201d para ekraneve televizive dhe ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kemi qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb saj. N\u00eb fjalimin e tij, pasi e zhvendosi Edi Ram\u00ebn nga opozita dhe e b\u00ebri kreun e mafies puniste, ishte me dar\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019i shkulur asaj\/atij \u201cdh\u00ebmb\u00ebt, dh\u00ebmball\u00ebt dhe nofullat\u201d. Shpikja e nj\u00eb feste<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr mekanizmin e tij t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsimit t\u00eb mas\u00ebs kryeministrit i duhet dhe i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur gjithnj\u00eb nj\u00eb dat\u00eb, po jo nj\u00eb dat\u00eb dosido, atij i duhet dhe i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur gjithnj\u00eb nj\u00eb dat\u00eb feste. Kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me ngaz\u00ebllimin e mas\u00ebs, me thirrjen e nj\u00ebkohshme t\u00eb lukunis\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cvrasje\u201d, po dhe p\u00ebr fest\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 masakrimit simbolik t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs, q\u00eb t\u00ebrthorazi \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim i mas\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, kryeministri nuk do t\u00eb resht\u00eb s\u00eb prodhuari skena dhe mikroskena deri m\u00eb 8 dhjetor. Por kjo s\u2019e shqet\u00ebson dhe s\u2019do ta shqet\u00ebsoj\u00eb aspak at\u00eb, mjaft t\u00eb tremb\u00eb mas\u00ebn kund\u00ebrshtare, anasjelltas t\u00eb nxis\u00eb t\u00eb tijt\u00eb: (\u201ce shihni, jan\u00eb frikacak\u00eb, ia mbathin!\u201d) <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fillim kishte nj\u00eb lloj paqart\u00ebsie, nxori Lul Bash\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar. Mir\u00ebpo e kuptoi shpejt se s\u2019ka nxit\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr shtimin e mas\u00ebs kund\u00ebrshtare sesa nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr i Brendsh\u00ebm. Por tani e ka qart\u00ebsuar pozicionin, tani ai ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje institucionet. Mir\u00ebpo nuk i ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje si ligj, si detyrim publik etj., etj. Kryeministri e di q\u00eb k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebr tekstet shkollore dhe universitare. Ai i ka marr\u00eb institucionet n\u00eb mbrojtje gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb nxitjes s\u00eb mas\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve. Nga foltoret ai po thot\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb thot\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund: \u201cPreki, preki po deshe, preki po ta mbajti!\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Pra, po p\u00ebrdor dialogun tipik t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs. Por dhe kjo s\u2019e shqet\u00ebson aspak: ai e di q\u00eb masa \u00ebsht\u00eb rrug\u00eb, rruga \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuha e saj, gjuha q\u00eb ajo kupton m\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Lukunia ndar\u00ebse. Premisa e d\u00ebshtimit<\/p>\n<p>Mitingu i 20 n\u00ebntorit ishte nj\u00eb ngjarje, ndoshta dhe nj\u00eb pik\u00eb kthese historike: shqiptar\u00ebt, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha pritshm\u00ebrive, treguan q\u00eb din\u00eb t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb p\u00ebr vot\u00ebn. Pavar\u00ebsisht nga kasandrat e tij, pavar\u00ebsisht nga lakenjt\u00eb e tezave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve pa histori, pa kultur\u00eb qytetare e bla&#8230; bla&#8230; bla&#8230; shqiptar\u00ebt treguan q\u00eb motivohen p\u00ebr protest\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb vot\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. Kjo, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, tregon se Edi Rama dhe lidershipi socialist bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb djatht\u00ebt q\u00eb i jan\u00eb bashkuar asaj proteste dhe protestave t\u00eb nes\u00ebrme kan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar nj\u00eb objektiv t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb q\u00eb ka konsensusin e masave: hapjen e kutive. P\u00ebrqendrimi te ky objektiv do ta shtoj\u00eb mas\u00ebn e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Mitingu i 20 n\u00ebntorit \u00ebsht\u00eb preludi i d\u00ebshtimit politik t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, sepse mjeshtri i nd\u00ebrsimit t\u00eb lukunive (dhe kjo shpjegon dhe sepse Partia Demokratike vazhdon t\u00eb mbes\u00eb nj\u00eb parti e \u00e7organizuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb organizuar, s\u2019ka lista, s\u2019ka nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar, nj\u00eb vot\u00eb etj., etj.), e ka prekur lukunin\u00eb e tij te thembra e saj e Akilit, te ndarja e pres\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Dy fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb: Masat, dhe lukunit\u00eb q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb posht\u00eb tyre, shnd\u00ebrrohen nga nj\u00eb tip n\u00eb nj\u00eb tip tjet\u00ebr lukunie.
